I tried to upgrade from Qtek PTB 1.13.71 to Qtek WWE 11364_151_1030 and in the middle of it e hang-up and now he doesn’t start.
what can i do to fix the problem??

It's the default Portuguese version.
I already tried to make de hard reset and chose 0 and x and in any case doesn’t fix my problem
I read something about boot loader but don't now who to do

PROBLEM FIX!!
I just need to make boot loader (Light botom+On/Off+Reset)
after that in the screen will show with the back light off the word "serial"
Just plug the cable in the PC and repeat the upgrade
Don't use USB hubs
I can confirm that ROM upgrades often fail when the USB cable is not directly connected to the USB, but via an USB hub. If it is the case in your configuration, try connecting the Universal USB cable directly to your PC.

I've O2 XDA Exec, and i was trying to update the rom, i download the latest rom from o2.co.uk. During upgrade it first detected the rom version etc.. correct but then suddenly in the middle of upgrade it said it cannot connect to the PDA and since then it is in bootloader mode, as soon as i switch it on or if i plugin the USB cable it goes into bootloader mode, please guide what should i do now? How it fix it again? I don't mind even having it back up on old rom, but i need to get it fixed.

You can reload from the bootloader mode. The problem you have faced is often due to a defective USB cable. Please direcly connect to the original USB cable (not through hub). Before connecting open active sync on desktop go to File/Connecting and uncheck allow usb connection check box.

My Universal is dead, will only get into bootloader when plugged into the mains, not usb.

hi guys, after my testimonial i tried upgrading my device to wm6 with jwright rom but to failure attempts. then i tried helmi and it froze...please help...it's not recognized by the computer now through usb and cant' get it to go to bootloader...what can i do to resurrect my jasjar again?

I had such problem , the only way to resolve it , to change chip on your motherboard with boot loader, or if you can find jtag connectors , you can flash it with jtag.
I resolved this problem with changing boot loader chip. 150 USD in Moscow .
this is the only way to resolve it =(

I wanted to upgrade ranju wm6.
Something went wrong and now my device will not start up.
In bootloader mode I can see Serial v1.01
I tried the MTTY (1.6), but can't see a USB port. Even after killing m........exe on host PC.
That only adds an additional port(not comm), but still no USB port.
Therefor can't execute: set 14 0
Please help!!!!!
Would like to go back to WM5 (qtek rom)

Maybe i've overlooked the universal version.
I understood that the ranju 7.7 is only for the G3 and G4.
Aperently there are more versions of the universal. Where is the version number on my universal? I bought mine as the qtek 9000.
How do you flash the universal when it doesn't boot anymore?

My device seems to have been fixed.
After flashing Ranju 7.7 it took 6 times to align the screen but it is working now.

indeed I haven't been able to select the USB port in the MTTY tool. But when I try my old phone - a working universal (with broken sound) - I neither make contact with the USB port. So could it be that my laptop has something wrong?

you can try the engineering mode
The device doesn't boot, I see only O2 logo. Hard reset doesn't help and the Firmware update process stops with the first message?
1. turn off the device;
2. enter engineering mode;
3. in Main menu choose Boot Config;
4. in Configuration menu choose EBOOT-Launch Image;
5. turn off the device;
6. now hard reset or upgrade firmware.
Sometimes helps another method: leave the device without the battery for about 30 minutes, then turn your O2 XDA Stealth on.
• How to enter engineering mode?
1. turn off your O2 XDA Stealth ;
2. hold Flag, OK and Camera + press and hold Power button;
3. use navigation buttons to select the settings.

Try to remove the battery for 12-24 hours, if this doesnot work , I suggest you take it to a repair centre.....

Hello guys...I have a bada 1.1 wave 723. I tried to upgrade it to bada 2.0 with multiloader v5.67. During the update, by mistake I removed the USB cable and since then when I press the power button it shows a mobile logo then a danger logo(a yellow !) and then a computer logo... I can't find anything that helps..

With the subdued telephone. We pulsate: Volume below - cámara-power (sometimes it costs a bit that works). And if this you does not work with the flushed telephone you connect it and the multiloader must put Ready we pulsate port search and the alone telephone enters in dowload mode and already you can flasehear.
