Alright, the full tutorial:
Install rom as said on the first page, then get the build.prop from the stock rom or the one I attached, then get something like Es File Manager or root manager, it doesn't matter, mount the /system as writable, delete the build.prop that's there, paste the STOCK build.prop there, change permissions if needed, reboot, that's it. "
After the reboot it gave me bootloop and when i tried to repair by using flashtool my phone hasn't been recognized and i don't know what do do to recovery it. I tried to flash the ftf for t2 ultra and the one for the dual variant.
I've installed flashtool and the drivers that came in it, but it keeps telling me it could not find them.
Another problem is that i couldn't set the usb debbugging options if i remember...
Can somebody please help me?
EDIT
I've been able to enter in trwp recovery mode from the device and to flash the rom zip once again, then i restored to a previous backup did before installing the rom and the phone back to life.
The sms bug in the decepticon roms still remains despite i tried the tutorial linked above. Still needing another solution for this.

Got the Xperia Play (rooted, su, cwm5, cwm xperia recovery, busybox / eu version)
Today I tried to Install cyanogenmod 7.2
As told on their page I perfomed a backup of my current Rom (Stock) backup was about 700mb.
Formated and performed a factory reset (did not delete data on sd)
and then tried to install the mod via the update.zip from the recovery screen.
Instalation got aborted Status 7
tried it also with cyanogenmod 7.1
same result, aborted cause of Status 7
This wouldn't be that much of a problem. But now when I want to connect my phone via usb I can't do anything. Shows me Removable disk (m and when I click it, it says insert disc.
Also can't connect it via pc compenian aswell...
Has anyone got a solution for me? If there are open question just ask and I will clearify anything. Thanks for taking the time and reading my thread (thank you if you are going to try and help )
PS: Only Idea I now have left is using fastboot and flashtool and get the backup I did back on the phone... will that work ?

I had that issue with my X10Mini
Also, when flashing a Rom its best to "apply zip from sdcard" instead of "install update.zip"...I had nothing but issues with that :S

What CM11 build are you using? The ones from FXP or the official?
I'm currently experiencing a similar problem. I've installed ZnxtEvolution, and it lags a LOT. I tried installing 6 other ROMs, including CM11 (official). All of them worked, but didn't read my SIM. Please help; I'm sick of this ROM.
PS: I'm guessing there's a kind of zip file to flash, or something..? idk :\

Hey there,
I think I understood what you have told and I have few questions to ask,
First were you on stock 4.3 before flashing?
Second did u wipe cache,data,dalvik and format /system before flashing?
After u installed did u check the Sim subscription it asks after 1st bootup .if not go to settings and do it.
See I am no expert , just a beginner like you are.so hope this helps. Thanks

I flashed cm11 after 4,3 xperia m auto upgrade only.
I don't know which cm11 build i flashed it, but at startup of my mobile i was at wifi setting that time some sim message flash but i went away as i touched the wifi screen option by mistake.
can you or anyone else provide me with working sim cm11 build over here or in pm
and also the way to configure sim from settings if not at startup.
Actually after this my mobile undergone a shot circuit itself so needs a repair so can any one estimate what is the cost of repair of such issue, my estimate was 800rs/ 80EUROS as per some website.

I don't really know how much repairs cost, but after the repair, I suggest you do this:
GOING BACK TO STOCK ROM
1. Backup everything you need (messages, contacts).
2. Download a 15.4.A.1.9 firmware (FTF) in here or here, your choice.
3. Download and install Flashtool from here.
4. Place the downloaded firmware to the C:\Flashtool\firmware, or wherever you put your Flashtool installation, as long as it is in "firmware" folder. (Make sure the file you downloaded is in .ftf (file extension), if not and it is in .zip or .rar, then extract it first.)
5. Open Flashtool.
6. Power off your device. (Prepare your USB cord.)
7. Connect your USB cord to your PC FIRST, then hold the volume - down while connecting it to the other end of the cord. (The phone's LED will light up into green (it means it is in flash mode).)
8. Click the lightning button and select Flashmode.
9. Pick the firmware you downloaded earlier, then click Flash. (MAKE SURE there is no option of "TA" in the list on the right side. If you ever find one, uncheck it.)
10. After flashing, remove your phone from your PC, then power it on. (The first boot normally takes longer.)
11. Set-up everything after the boot.
FLASHING CM11
1. Download a custom recovery and flash it. (I'll assume you already know this one.)
2. Download the latest official nightly build from here.
3. After the download, put it in your preferred storage in your phone.
4. Boot into the custom recovery and wipe /data and /cache.
5. Flash the downloaded CM11 ROM.
6. Reboot into system. (Again, the first boot takes longer.)
That's pretty much it. I hope it helps!

Just got my P8000 and job one was to flash Eragon rom - fantastic. Seem to me that web pages have a yellow tint although home screen is perfectly fine displaying pure white. Anyone have a fix ??? Also I like the ported HTC camera and gallery but it seems impossible to have pictures save to SD card (Kingston 64GB class 10) and the gallery app even throws an error message of a problem with the SD storage when I try to move them.
Yes I know I can move them with ES file explorer and it is not too much of a chore but ???

No, Super Su apk did not work for me. I did get the recommended (by Eragon and Elephone) method to work eventually by using latest version of SP flash tool (v 5.1532.00), as mentioned in my post, and Philz recovery. It just took some time. Also my Windows 7 ultimate really protested about unsigned drivers but I found a solution by Googling and ran a command line instruction which solved that problem. If you are unable to find the source for that SP flash tool I used PM me and I may be able to send you the link - just can't do it in this forum I think.

I am having a rooted g3 d855 with TWRP installed properly.

Unfortunately there were some features missing so i decided to try other nougat custom roms.
I backed up my whole system ( +modem) before testing.
I tried the to install the [OFFICIAL][7.1.0_r7][OTA] XenonHD 7.1 ROM

so copied the zip file and the gapps on to my phone, started TWRP
- Did a factory reset
- Wiped the dalvik cache
- Intalled the XenonHD-161115-experimental-d855.zip
- Installed Gappy micro for ARM 7.1
everything worked fine after flashing i was asked in TWRP if i wanna root the system because it is unrooted. I Chose YES
and Then IT HAPPENED
The screen blacked out an couldnt get into TWRP with "Vol Down + Power OFF".
It was Hardbricked
so I followed the steps in XDA Thread

Everything worked untill Step 5
5. Now fire up BoardDiag by willcracker be sure to run it as administrator. It is in this post named willcracker.rar There are some pictures on how to flash with this app but I will describe it as well. First we are going to need to extract your tot file. This can take some time. Like 10 mintues on a decent PC. The app may look like it froze up but it is just thinking. When it is complete move on to the next step.

I do not have an .tot file
i googled that and dint find the right solution for my problem =). found several extractin programes but the y are all for .KDZ file.
Additional to that the instruction i need the exact .TOT file from my system.
I assume that my system is [OFFICIAL][7.1.0_r7][OTA] XenonHD 7.1 ROM after i Flashed it .
But where do i get the TOT file ??????????????????????????
PLZ. Can anybody help me or know some advice to unbrick my G3.

So it was dead.. as in...DEAD.. no red light when charging.. no screen activity.. even my pc didnt wanna recognise it.. took me about 18 fkn hours to try and get "back to stock".. lol.. well 3dys straight and a batterybank later and my lg is up and running again.. its on stock rom for now..(only cause i dont wanna look at it for a few days) but have hope.. with maximum effort you can fix that.. also.. This forum is missing special section for phone HTC desire 620 and i have to write it here in general "desire" section and becouse of "To prevent spam, you must have a higher post count in order to make a new thread in this development section.�But feel free to make new thread in the non-development sections like General, Q&A, etc. Thanks for your understanding!" I'm force to write this thread in General Secion. I hope there is not big deal with this and moderator will not delete it rather moving it to right section and let the others desire 620 users take benefits of such good ROM from CM.

Register on site https://www.htcdev.com/bootloader/and simply follow the steps
2. Install TWRP.

3. Do backup of your current system via TWRP.
4. Do wipe/factory reset
5. Install ROM.

7. Install SuperSU.
8. Restart phone and enjoy! :highfive:
Bugs foud so far by me, to confirm:
- display percent of battery in battery icon on bar is not working
display percent of battery next to icon or hide percent is work fine.
Edit: Now it's working. I think it's after install Theme for CM12 from Play Store.
- Flash light and Torch dont work when battery is low and there is no information about it.

i am trying to find a rom for the HTC desire 620 right now as i have just got one to keep me going till i get an upgrade in a few months.... Is there any others you know of?
Problem with CM 12.1 for HTC Desire 620
Please guys I just successfully flashed CM 12.1 on my HTC Desire 620 it worked well at first but after i downloaded some apps from play store, my device just blacked out and started showing CM boot animation for several minutes, then it showed android is starting optimising apps after optimising, I thought the device will boot but it went back to the CM boot animation and that is how it has been doing. I have used TWRP to do a wipe now everything is normal but if I download or install an app the problem starts again. Please I need your help

Even I tried flashing a new ROM (CM13) and now I cant even enter the ENGINEERING MODE , says that engineeringmode.apk is not installed. But even though I have accessed engineering mode in a different rom, the CDS info option was not highlighted to be clicked on and I couldn't fix it.
Please someone help me with this problem

Where did you find CM 13
Solution for invalid imei on Htc desire 620
If your device is custom rom and showing invalid imei ,then firstly flash stock rom on your htc desire 620 with flash tool in PC. Then note down your imei no.(printed on back of your phone). Root your mobile with kingroot.apk. Install chamlephon on your device. Then type your imei manually on that application.then restart.your imei will be repaired.
If you want to install custom roms then firstly install Mobile uncle tool and select backup and restore IMEI then backup the imei to extsdcard. Then flash your custom rom. And if its showing imei error then root with kingroot.apk and install mobileuncle tool.apk,then select restore imei from extsdcard then reboot.IMEI will surely get soluted. Hit helpfull if you like this thread.
