I just ordered my Tilt 2 today around 2:00pm PST. I got them to waive the overnight delivery fee and the CS rep said I should receive it tomorrow. I have checked the status on the website and it says "backordered."
I've since read numerous posts in this forum about others having the same issue. What I'm wondering (for my own peace of mind hopefully) is how long did it take to you to receive yours once you ordered it?

I ordered mine late Friday night, shipped yesterday, got it today with overnight shipping.
Ordered from premier on Thursday, got it Friday
Ordered today at 11am on the phone, got the order confirmation email 2 hours later and just got a fedex number email a couple hours after that saying its shipped and being delivered tomorrow. No mention of any backorder like some people are getting.

ordered mine saturday afternoon and received it today. att is pretty good with their priority shipping. i handle some of the blackberry ordering at my work and we always get priority shipping and always arrives the next day.

Probably. And since the Touch Pro 2 on Verizon has been out of stock for so long, the new inventory probably won't be in for another month or two. Probably in time for the holidays though!
Just kidding...that's just how AT&T's inventory system works for some reason. It'll probably ship tonight/tomorrow morning, and you'll have it before the weekend.

Wow, you really crushed my spirits for a minute! I'm really hoping I get it tomorrow, as promised. I'm just so anxious I feel like a kid the night before they go to Disneyland for the first time. I can't even look at my Blackberry Bold right now because it just makes me want my Tilt 2 more!
Ordered it Thursday night at 8pmish and got a tracking number by noon the next day. So called "Two Day Shipping" got it here Tuesday. It was worth it, but it took longer than I cared for...
Ordered mine today on the phone around 1pm. I thought I was just getting priority, but looked online and found out it will be here tomorrow by 3pm. Sweet! Thanks for the free overnight upgrade ATT. After the rebate I get the phone for $125. I'm stoked!

I called up 866 498 800... got xferred to retentions...
second time they gave a price of 299.. then reduced it to 279 n gave me 15 off of first 3 bills.. i also have some other discounts by referring some frnds.. 25 bucks.. so over all a good deal..
All this happened tuesday evening.. and I am sceduled to get my beauty on wednesday 3PM EST ...
oooooh boy I am so excited...

Did you get an email with a confirmation that you'll receive Wed by 3pm or did you find out through the AT&T website?
The rest of the loyal att customers are going to have to wait another week or two. The local stores can only pre order but att will not release the stock to ship anytime soon. They only shipped the dummy phones to the stores, so i got to play with that. One store had the screen protection kit for the tilt 2. That might be a sign it is coming soon.
So frustrated right now...it's like I'm obsessed...checking the order status page every 5 mins!!!!

Apologies for starting a new thread but I (as well as a few others) have just had confirmation that T-mobile now have them in stock, ready for next day delivery.
I was told by the rep that the new phones go through a quarantine process that can take anywhere between a couple hours to a couple of days- the Desire was given the go ahead; whereas the SE X10 had to be 'given back to the manufacturer'
I have to thank you for telling us this. I just contacted T-Mobile and managed to get the operator to despatch it today. I had ordered my phone on Tuesday, the 25th and I had no status updates until today. A quick call to T-Mobile and now I have an email to confirm that my phone's winging its way to me. Hopefully I get it tomorrow or Monday!!
I have no doubt they will come tomorrow as long as they are ordered before 4pm they will arrive tomorrow.

I have received the email from t-mobile saying my phone has been despatched... but for delivery on a SATURDAY?!?!?!? I think it's far more likely it will not be delivered until Monday.

It's not a normally delivery it's a courier delivery for between 9am-1pm.
The woman on the phone did tell me that "Delivery was free for the Desire". I am thinking this is the special saturday delivery they normally charge £7 for which is done by some company other than Royal Mail.

Yes, exactly... couriers charge extra for saturday deliveries... but I will indeed be pleased if it does arrive tomorrow I wish they had an order tracking on t-mobile.. I have an order ref number, but no way of tracking it... I also want to look at it because they sent me 2 emails for the order, and wondering if I maybe clicked twice on submit or something and have 2 coming!!! :/
Ordered a Galaxy Nexus last night and i have some questions on the shipping procedures, after purchasing it from the google play store i got the confirmation email and have still not received a shipping confirmation email or any updates of any sort, when i view my order I just get google received order and confirmation email has been sent. I am on vacation in the US at the moment and i am set to go home on tuesday and i am now worried that it wont be here by the time i leave. I ordered it as i thought it would be here easily by tuesday because of the 2 day shipping but i am now starting to worry. Is anyone able to give me some piece of mind on this, would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance
You might get tracking information later tonight. If not, they most likely haven't processed your order yet and will ship out Monday.

Not looking good for me then, unless they proces the order tomorrow which i doubt and have it ready for shipping on monday and even if it was so the chances of it making it to me by tuesday at 3PM are slim, thanks for the contribution though .

Yea, I ordered mine yesterday the 26th and have not heard anything.They say it may take 2 days to prosses the order. Since UPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends they will probably ship Monday. Google ships from California and I live in Nevada so I am hoping to get mine on Wednesday.
I ordered my nexus on monday evening and received it friday . It took them 2 days to process the order.

If you go looking around the play store, you will find they ask you to wait up to 2 business days to process the order then up to 2 business days for the shipping.
I ordered mine on the 23rd, Mine will be at my mail forwarding address on Monday the 30th.

I ordered mine on the Sunday night(the 29th) and it still just says recieved. I called Google support and the guy told me it takes 3-5 days JUST for processing, then another 2 days to ship. X_X
Ordered mine on the 25th at noon. I didn't get a shipping email till Monday and got it today (7/31)..

Same here. I don't understand why it takes so long to process. I've had eBay items from across the country processed, shipped, and delivered faster. Also, according to UPS, it shipped from Kentucky.

I ordered mine on the 26th of July (Thursday). Immediately got a confirmation email but not a thing more until Monday the 30th. It had a tracking number and was delivered the same day (the 30th).
So it was actually shipped day after I ordered it but didn't get a tracking number until the day it was delivered!
Ordered mine on Saturday, and got the shipping info in two business days and it's already in my area and should arrive in a couple hours

And amazon tells me it looks like there is a delay it now says 2 to 5 weeks.... And that is confirmed if you go like you are trying to order today... I hope that is just for new orders

On their end it looks like things show as being on time so it should either ship out today or even tomorrow. I'm so jealous of everyone that already has theirs. I even already have all my accessories here before the phone is here.
That is funny I ripped them a new one because my neighbor got his yesterday and ordered two days after I did... They told me that all orders were pushed even pre orders... So now I *****ed about the Samsung promo.... They have it set if it does not ship by my date listed I will get a credit for the promo I would have got... Lol after all said and done this only cost me 55 bucks out of pocket lol

I'm kinda curious why amazon couldn't ship out the phones so we could get them today. It almost seems like they had to wait to order the Note 4 until the 17th as well.
I know this if off topic but that nexus 6 is looking good if our notes don't come I might have to switch...

I thought they'd do that as well. When I preordered my PS4 they shipped it a few days early so it was on my doorstep on launch day. They're able to ship things out early so we get them on launch day so I'm also curious as to why they couldn't just do that. It looks like all the carriers have done that too.

I called them last night around 10:30 PM Central and they said everything us still on schedule. But I'm having trouble beliving them since it's now 10:21 AM and it still hasn't shipped.

Lucky. Mine still says not yet shipped. Looks like they have them in stock though since now the product page says they have 20 left in stock (at least for the black one).

If you have the standard free 2day shipping call them up and get on them about this whole situation and tell them you would be happy of they could upgrade you to one day for free.... They did for me a while ago... Then yours should be there Monday as well

Yea I already paid for one day shipping for 3.99 since I have Prime, so mine is guaranteed delivery for Monday.
UPDATE: My card was just charged and my order status changed to "shipping now!" I cannot contain my excitement.

i talk to live chat from razer support and they told me its normal since its coming from hong kong. however, it will take up to 5 more days to process!! =(

I emailed Fed Ex and told them "Dimensions 35x30x7 cms" shown in the tracking i information I got from your website are length and/or width. If the fool in customs clearance is too ignorant to know that, then they shoild be looking for a new job.
That bad part for me is, once it finally makes it to the US destination, I have to wait 8 more days for it for it to be sent to me at my APO address. Had I known it was coming from HK, I could have had it shipped direct to my Korean apartment address.

i just called and raised hell. I told them I am well aware that they are holding up 100s if not 1000s of packages for the same reason they are mine and you all's. He told me he can also clearly see weight and dimensions in the info, but I have to wait and call back in an hour when the IPD(International package distribution) department opens. Anyone want the number? 18002474747. opens at 10 am EDT.

I just got off the phone with FedEx International Dept. and they told me it's a bulk shipment that cannot clear customs as it stands now. They said no idea as to when it will clear!!!! Once it clears 24 to 48hrs until delivery. This SUCKS!!!!

The Microsoft store 30 mins away from me have plenty instock and Ill be hear waiting for days to get mine. This is BS.
Looks like that have now release the hold. It is showing Friday shipping for me now.
Just a heads up for anyone thinking about maybe getting a refund.
Mine just cleared, still scheduled for delivery tomorrow before noon..

mine has been released and is moving again. I spoke for everyone that had a phone stuck in Memphis so I hope everyone's else is released and moving as well.
I wouldn't be too happy guys the shipment cleared TN and went back to AK and it look like it's going back to China I'm like you waiting for the phone.

What method of payment did you use?
I spoke with PayPal earlier today & they told me that if I refused delivery, as soon as that shows up in the shippers tracking (FedEx), you will receive a refund instantly upon request....................Ditto if you could show a current customs issue/hold.
If using PayPal Credit, the refund process is going to be much longer, up to 90 days, which is typical for any refund on PayPal Credit. You're not liable for any payments on the credit amount or interest, but, for it to go away completely, three months on PayPal Credit.
I'm going to call PayPal again, to get a 2nd opinion, just want to make sure the answer is the same & if so, I may refuse delivery, not too pleased with the runaround with Razer, no phone support for orders, just chat & email.

I was gonna refuse shipment,but,after another call to PayPal,refunds aren't "instant" after refusing shipment,as I was told earlier today.
At minimum,not until the returned merchandise is actually received by Razer & probably guessing a few days tacked on to that.
My reasons for returning were two-fold:
1) Not pleased with the lack of telephone call support for order issues.
2) Ordering from the Microsoft store would save on state sales tax (none for me,YMMV depending on which state you reside).
The savings on the sales tax,while it is a decent amount,in my case $56,isn't worth the extra hassle of returning it to Razer & awaiting the refund process.
My angst w/Razer will subside by tomorrow & as if I'm gonna refuse delivery on a new toy,LOL.................. :laugh:

So maybe it was the pallatized bulk shipment that didn't have the weight? Well maýbe our man Mr. Tan straightened them out. lol

wow that is pretty confusing. it looks like it was on a later shipment, and looks like it went straight to AK. then somehow made a trip to China and back to AK.(in a matter of hours) Maybe all these orders overwhelmed Fedex. Yours shows red but says it's been released. Our travel info is completely different too.
* after reading all the confusing wordage again, it almost seems like it was scanned for AK destination before it left, but then got held in China to get proper documentation, so it wouldn't have the same problem ours did.

It seems they cleared the restriction yesterday at Memphis. Mine was delivered home this morning but no one was at home. They took it BACK!!!. I might go to one of the Fedex facilities to pick it up myself. Well, the refund time sounds ridiculous. Can't wait to see the phone in my hands...Wish you all the soonest delivery at your door~
