Anyone have any news on their amazon preorders? I keep checking mine and it's says "not yet shipped" but it has a delivery date of monday. I preordered it when they first became available.

Same here... I have one day shipping it says for Monday.. I know if you had the free 2 day it shows Tuesday... I also got off phone with them because my neighbor got his yesterday.. And amazon tells me it looks like there is a delay it now says 2 to 5 weeks.... And that is confirmed if you go like you are trying to order today... I hope that is just for new orders

I got off the phone with them this morning and they said that the "two to five weeks" of delivery time is only for new orders. On their end it looks like things show as being on time so it should either ship out today or even tomorrow. I'm so jealous of everyone that already has theirs. I even already have all my accessories here before the phone is here.
That is funny I ripped them a new one because my neighbor got his yesterday and ordered two days after I did... They told me that all orders were pushed even pre orders... So now I *****ed about the Samsung promo.... They have it set if it does not ship by my date listed I will get a credit for the promo I would have got... Lol after all said and done this only cost me 55 bucks out of pocket lol

I'm kinda curious why amazon couldn't ship out the phones so we could get them today. It almost seems like they had to wait to order the Note 4 until the 17th as well.
I know this if off topic but that nexus 6 is looking good if our notes don't come I might have to switch...

I thought they'd do that as well. When I preordered my PS4 they shipped it a few days early so it was on my doorstep on launch day. They're able to ship things out early so we get them on launch day so I'm also curious as to why they couldn't just do that. It looks like all the carriers have done that too.

I called them last night around 10:30 PM Central and they said everything us still on schedule. But I'm having trouble beliving them since it's now 10:21 AM and it still hasn't shipped.

If you have the standard free 2day shipping call them up and get on them about this whole situation and tell them you would be happy of they could upgrade you to one day for free.... They did for me a while ago... Then yours should be there Monday as well

Yea I already paid for one day shipping for 3.99 since I have Prime, so mine is guaranteed delivery for Monday.
UPDATE: My card was just charged and my order status changed to "shipping now!" I cannot contain my excitement.

I just ordered my Tilt 2 today around 2:00pm PST. I got them to waive the overnight delivery fee and the CS rep said I should receive it tomorrow. I have checked the status on the website and it says "backordered."
I've since read numerous posts in this forum about others having the same issue. What I'm wondering (for my own peace of mind hopefully) is how long did it take to you to receive yours once you ordered it?

Ordered today at 11am on the phone, got the order confirmation email 2 hours later and just got a fedex number email a couple hours after that saying its shipped and being delivered tomorrow. No mention of any backorder like some people are getting.

Probably. And since the Touch Pro 2 on Verizon has been out of stock for so long, the new inventory probably won't be in for another month or two. Probably in time for the holidays though!
Just kidding...that's just how AT&T's inventory system works for some reason. It'll probably ship tonight/tomorrow morning, and you'll have it before the weekend.

Did you get an email with a confirmation that you'll receive Wed by 3pm or did you find out through the AT&T website?
The rest of the loyal att customers are going to have to wait another week or two. The local stores can only pre order but att will not release the stock to ship anytime soon. They only shipped the dummy phones to the stores, so i got to play with that. One store had the screen protection kit for the tilt 2. That might be a sign it is coming soon.
So frustrated right now...it's like I'm obsessed...checking the order status page every 5 mins!!!!
Just had a call from T-Mobile - my phone will be with me by 1pm tomorrow.
Just called them myself on the strength of this and was told that they are out of them already, so I assume that they went to existing orders. I only ordered on the 30th (was only eligible for upgrade then) so people who had earlier orders may be lucky. Guess that Means I shall have to wait till next Tuesday at the earliest now.

how do you use the chat facility? do you have to me a present member of t-mobile?
No you just view desire price plans and you will be offered to chat if they're available.
Speaking of chat.. They are very rude. They seem to have no idea if they are in stock. I told them Ill order one right now if they have in stock. and they said they couldnt price check mobilephonesdirect.

Just checked the T-Mobile website and my upgrade has been processed. Of course delivery is not possible now for the 4 days of Easter, but at least I know it will be on its way.

ADDENDEM: just got off the phone, was told there was a 40% chance I could get it Saturday (I assume that this is due to limited deliveries on the weekend), but then he checked and confirmed it will be Tuesday.

My "quote" in the email they sent says estimated delivery date Oct 23-26. I paid for 1 day shipping and ordered at 10:40PM CST after learning there is in fact a notification light..

Ok, i ordered from Carphoneware house (UK) and they say 19th Oct.
I actually went and requested an invite for Project Fi last night and to my surprise, I got an instant invite! So, I signed up and bought a 5X. Here's the kicker though...the website said that it would ship in 3-5 days! I'll believe it when I see it, but who knows? Maybe they are giving preferential treatment to Project Fi people. Or maybe that was just the shipment of the SIM card.
EDIT: Just checked my account and it is saying that the phone leaves the warehouse in 2-3 weeks.
I hope the "sometime in October" means early October, but I doubt it. I want Google to be early shipping it out but they ain't no Apple or Samsung so I am not holding my breath. Mine will take 3-4 weeks to ship out (Oct 30-Nov 3)

It's weird...in the listing of all my orders, it says that it leaves the warehouse in 2-3 weeks. But if I go into more info for the order, it says 23-27 October (which would be more than 3 weeks after ordering). So, I guess it's the same as everyone else.
BTW, 32GB Quartz model.
I ordered from Clove, says they'll ship on 19th October so I'm guessing it'll be here a few days after that date... I hate waiting!

I believe the est dates to be "worst case scenario". If I have to wait till Oct 28 then that's fine, but I don't want to!

28th? my first one was within 5 minutes also and it was 10/22 estimated. I cancelled that order because wrong shipping address and went to 10/27 estimated. I did two day shipping for both

Mine still shows April 4th to 6th as status. But I got the ship notification for it with tracking number. AT&T systems probably can't handle this early ship stuff

In years past I remember reading about people getting their phone shipped by USPS and I always got FEDEX. Luckly.
I guess its my turn to get the snail mail. I agree, it makes no sense why they ship some overnight and some 3-4 days. Poor customer service and terribly inconsistent. I use to work for them a few years ago and I guess they havent changed much.

Until you actually see scans (i.e. a physical package moving within the UPS system) then I wouldn't get too excited. Sounds like the label was electronically sent to UPS but your (phone) isn't going to be handed to UPS for another week. That's 168 hours.

In my past experience with Sprint, they would hand them to UPS and UPS was told to hold them until such and such date. Same way apple has always done it.
This year, have the legit sprint order page, UPS, ETC all saying 16th delivery. I'm also less than 2 hours from the sprint warehouse they ship from.
Not saying I will for sure get it, this is just really weird for sprint.

Past 6 pre-orders not once has Sprint told me my product had shipped until the intended ship date. I knew it shipped early as UPS had tracking, but UPS has ALWAYS picked the package up early and held it. So if that's changed, it's a new practice for Sprint, least for me.
Same thing Apple had done for years. They would ship them early and UPS would hold them sometimes as long as a week before delivering. I think Apple may have stopped though since their packages were obvious and phones were getting out early.
Not to mention I've gotten pre-orders early before. It was actually how I got lucky and got that Samsung bundle of the 256Gb MicroSD and the bluetooth headphones for $100 at the time few years ago. I remember because most of the sprint customers got that deal, most everyone else didn't make it in with a few exceptions. Want to say we had the phone like 3-4 days early that time.

It might have been the Note 8, hair foggy on all that. I also remember best buy being late by a few days on pre-orders. No one with a best buy pre-order could get the $100 samsung bundle from what I remember. Not a place I'd pre-order from.
I checked another spot it dawned on me to look, UPS's app shows a 16th delivery date, but also list August 21st. Since it's 2 day shipping, the August 21st date would have to be a requested date I imagine. Still going to be earlier than the rest of the carriers I bet

It might have been the Note 8, hair foggy on all that. I also remember best buy being late by a few days on pre-orders. No one with a best buy pre-order could get the $100 samsung bundle from what I remember. Not a place I'd pre-order from.
I checked another spot it dawned on me to look, UPS's app shows a 16th delivery date, but also list August 21st. Since it's 2 day shipping, the August 21st date would have to be a requested date I imagine. Still going to be earlier than the rest of the carriers I bet

Yeah bestbuy is pretty bad for pre orders. When I worked there we would somehow misplace them only to find them a week later. Sometimes we would receive them but they would sit in our shipping area for days without being scanned in so basically it would show in our system as not in stock. Deliveries were a low priority in our store so even when a customer would show up to pick one up I wasn't able to just scan them in they would have me do something else in the store instead. I highly advise not ordering from them. Those examples are just few of many that would happen. The most extreme examples are breaking them from heavier packages falling on top or actually throwing them into our sorting containers. We return a lot of cellphones for the reason but managers didn't seem to care.
So looks like it's being delivered tomorrow. Still a few days early from what I saw as official release is friday. Got my case in and despite the reviews I saw acting like it was gigantic compared to the Note 9, it's not really that much bigger in physical form. They are nearly identical.

Yeah I went to T-Mobile last week to compare. Can't really tell if they are different or not. Just the screen that's bigger.
Nice. Mines not coming until 18 days after the phones released... ? So much for a "Pre-order".
