AT&T Tilt 2 - How long did it take to receive it?

I just ordered my Tilt 2 today around 2:00pm PST. I got them to waive the overnight delivery fee and the CS rep said I should receive it tomorrow. I have checked the status on the website and it says "backordered."
I've since read numerous posts in this forum about others having the same issue. What I'm wondering (for my own peace of mind hopefully) is how long did it take to you to receive yours once you ordered it?

I ordered mine late Friday night, shipped yesterday, got it today with overnight shipping.

Ordered from premier on Thursday, got it Friday

Ordered today at 11am on the phone, got the order confirmation email 2 hours later and just got a fedex number email a couple hours after that saying its shipped and being delivered tomorrow. No mention of any backorder like some people are getting.

ordered mine saturday afternoon and received it today. att is pretty good with their priority shipping. i handle some of the blackberry ordering at my work and we always get priority shipping and always arrives the next day.

Ordered mine LATE Monday night, shipped earlier this afternoon, scheduled to arrive on Thursday.

It's now 7 hours later and it still says backordered. Maybe they have run out?

Probably. And since the Touch Pro 2 on Verizon has been out of stock for so long, the new inventory probably won't be in for another month or two. Probably in time for the holidays though!
Just kidding...that's just how AT&T's inventory system works for some reason. It'll probably ship tonight/tomorrow morning, and you'll have it before the weekend.

Wow, you really crushed my spirits for a minute! I'm really hoping I get it tomorrow, as promised. I'm just so anxious I feel like a kid the night before they go to Disneyland for the first time. I can't even look at my Blackberry Bold right now because it just makes me want my Tilt 2 more!

Ordered it Thursday night at 8pmish and got a tracking number by noon the next day. So called "Two Day Shipping" got it here Tuesday. It was worth it, but it took longer than I cared for...

Ordered mine today on the phone around 1pm. I thought I was just getting priority, but looked online and found out it will be here tomorrow by 3pm. Sweet! Thanks for the free overnight upgrade ATT. After the rebate I get the phone for $125. I'm stoked!

What time did you find out you were receiving it tomorrow?

Friday, 5pm - finalized order over the phone
Friday, 9am - FedEx got item for shipping (MN)
Saturday, 12pm - at my door (CA)
Free next day shipping.. crazy.

I called up 866 498 800... got xferred to retentions...
second time they gave a price of 299.. then reduced it to 279 n gave me 15 off of first 3 bills.. i also have some other discounts by referring some frnds.. 25 bucks.. so over all a good deal..
All this happened tuesday evening.. and I am sceduled to get my beauty on wednesday 3PM EST ...
oooooh boy I am so excited...

Did you get an email with a confirmation that you'll receive Wed by 3pm or did you find out through the AT&T website?

The rest of the loyal att customers are going to have to wait another week or two. The local stores can only pre order but att will not release the stock to ship anytime soon. They only shipped the dummy phones to the stores, so i got to play with that. One store had the screen protection kit for the tilt 2. That might be a sign it is coming soon.

So frustrated right now...it's like I'm obsessed...checking the order status page every 5 mins!!!!

T-mobile UK have 1300 units in stock @ 13.40 GMT 26th March

Apologies for starting a new thread but I (as well as a few others) have just had confirmation that T-mobile now have them in stock, ready for next day delivery.
I was told by the rep that the new phones go through a quarantine process that can take anywhere between a couple hours to a couple of days- the Desire was given the go ahead; whereas the SE X10 had to be 'given back to the manufacturer'

I have to thank you for telling us this. I just contacted T-Mobile and managed to get the operator to despatch it today. I had ordered my phone on Tuesday, the 25th and I had no status updates until today. A quick call to T-Mobile and now I have an email to confirm that my phone's winging its way to me. Hopefully I get it tomorrow or Monday!!

I have no doubt they will come tomorrow as long as they are ordered before 4pm they will arrive tomorrow.

Yeah thanks fortunately someone actually kept there promise and called me as soon as it arrived and has dispatched mine out for tomorrow.

I have received the email from t-mobile saying my phone has been despatched... but for delivery on a SATURDAY?!?!?!? I think it's far more likely it will not be delivered until Monday.

It's not a normally delivery it's a courier delivery for between 9am-1pm.

The woman on the phone did tell me that "Delivery was free for the Desire". I am thinking this is the special saturday delivery they normally charge £7 for which is done by some company other than Royal Mail.

Yes, exactly... couriers charge extra for saturday deliveries... but I will indeed be pleased if it does arrive tomorrow I wish they had an order tracking on t-mobile.. I have an order ref number, but no way of tracking it... I also want to look at it because they sent me 2 emails for the order, and wondering if I maybe clicked twice on submit or something and have 2 coming!!! :/

AT&T Penny Sale Shipments

I've been checking my email every 5 mins to see if my phone has shipped yet. Just can't wait to get it, hoping for Weds. Anyways, to try and gauge how AT&T is doing on the processing how about every one post the time they ordered, what shipping method they ordered and what phone they ordered and update their posts once it has shipped? I'll go first.

I ordered at 12:30am EST on Saturday for free 2 day shipping (Premier), received shipped email with Fedex tracking info around 1:30pm that day, and my package is scheduled to be here tomorrow.

I have Premier as well and mines is still processing. Did you order a Titan?

Lucky! I was ready to order at about 11:30pm ET on Friday night (the sale went live a little early, I guess) but I went through checkout about 5 times and it never would apply the instant rebate, even when I tried a few times an hour until after midnight MT. I had no desire to pay the $300+ and then try to get a refund from AT&T later.
I also have Premier, so I called in to "business care" in the wee hours of Saturday morning, but they couldn't access promotions so told me to call Premier SALES (separate department), which is only open M-F. I told them the sale was only good on Saturday, so they said they put a note on my account to guarantee that Premier would honor the deal on Monday.
Didn't want to take that gamble either, so I called "regular" sales when they opened on Saturday (which turned out to be 8am MT). I ordered the Titan, they honored the penny deal, and said NOTHING about being sold out or backordered yet. That said, I STILL have not received my shipping confirmation email, and checking my order on the website says that it's processing, not backordered, but not shipped.
Wednesday would be a welcome surprise, but I'm not expecting it and I've been using this Samsung Solstice for 2 months now since I accidentally "laundered" my Focus, so I suppose I can eke my way through a few more days.

This was posted on the Titan board. Just checked it this way and it says backordered Going through Premier it just says processing.

Just got an email saying I'm backordered too
So I will have to wait on my Focus S.

I ordered through Best Buy for $0 w/ upgrade and it shipped today. It should be in my hands tomorrow or Wednesday.

Just got my shipment email with tracking #. It shipped today will be at my house at 3pm tommorow. Sadly I work, perhaps I can call and have fedex deliver it later...

I just went to the store and had them price match.

I ordered my Titan at 8:45am on Saturday. I called the store to see if they would honor the deal first and they said "no".
I have not received a shipping notice, but checked my order status and it shows that it has shipped already via USPS.
So, for those without shipping e-mails, go to the ATT website and check your order status.

Ordered 11/26 using the device upgrade page on the AT&T website. Shipped 11/28 via USPS. Hopefully will arrive in the next few days.

ordered 2 Focus S on Sat 2pm ish and it has been on backordered since yesterday
then it just got shipped out earlier, should be here on Thursday.

It was for either new customers, or customers adding a line, or customers who were upgrade-eligible (within the last 6 months of a contract). It did require a 2-year contract, so if you're early in an existing contract, it wouldn't have worked.

UPS Tracking stuck for three days...

I ordered my GNex off of the playstore on Friday the 29th of June, now it's July 2nd and this is all my tracking info says:
"A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated."
Under that it says the label was created on the 29th.
Google Wallet tells me that my order was shipped, but it looks like it has not been.
Dafuq guies?

You have to realize UPS doesn't ship over the weekend. I ordered mine Friday as well and am in the same boat; however my taking info predicts the 3rd as my delivery date

Doesn't ship, as in, move packages? They most definitely do, how else would they make Monday deliveries?
Good to know I'm not alone however, mine doesn't give a projected delivery date.

Chill. It'll probably leave today. If you order on Friday, UPS pickups (and deliveries in many areas) are in sleep mode until Monday. It will probably leave this afternoon when they pick up all their stuff and you'll get a shipping confirmation this evening. Most shipments have been delivered by the next day (even though it says it's 2-day shipping).
If not, wait til Thursday and try not to defecate in your pants.

You ordered Friday, and they boxed up your GNex and printed and stuck a shipping label on it. UPS does move packages through the weekend, but they don't pickup, so it was still probably sitting at Google's warehouse until UPS picked it up this morning.
Hopefully, you'll get it tomorrow, if not, Thursday

Didn't they stop the sale of us galaxy nexus?? Not trying to rain on anyone's parade but could that be the cause?
Also there is no weekend work at UPS, if you ordered before 4pm Friday expect it Tuesday after 4pm expect it Thursday because Wednesday is a holiday. Take it from a past employee....

I think it does say in the play store, "up to two business days to process and two business days to ship." With the holiday conveniently On wednesday, I would say expect the phone by friday. Sorry to be a downer.
But look on the bright side. I ordered the Nexus 7, and NOBODY knows when that will start to ship! So at least you will get your toy sooner than later!

The shipping label had been printed, so most likely processing is already over.
But I agree with you. The OP will get his GNex soon. It's just infuriating having a tracking number and seeing you package not moving. I had my GNex delivered to the hub a few blocks from my house Friday night and it was just sitting there taunting me till Monday night when UPS finally dropped it off my door.

they have a ups processing machine at their warehouse where they ship from. when you place the order, the item is picked and packed, then the label is printed. this may have been after their ups pick up for the day, depending on their pick up time. so the label was created, but, the item wasn't picked up by ups. once it is, you will see it arrive at the sorting facility, from then on it will be 2 day point. weekends are not counted in those days, so it's only been a 1/2 business day since your order.

I will kill someone. My GNex flew out of my pocket on a roller coaster on Saturday and I immediately ordered a new one from the Play Store. My credit card has been charged. I will be hella pissed if my order gets canceled because of the injunction and I can't get another one.

12:40PM and still no update...
I expect the arrival at sorting facility and what not at around 3-4pm and then tomorrow morning at 10ish it would have arrived in my city. Needless to say, the last truck to leave would have been at 9 - forcing me to wait until thursday.
If that were to happen, can I just go to the post office tuesday, and pick it up myself? BEFORE an attempted delivery?

Ordered Sat, got tracking # Tuesday and since it 4th of July on Wednesday. I guess ill get mine on Thursday. I'm so excited! hope mine doesn't come with that purple tint.

General Pixel Stand 2 Delivery Dates

I just ordered the Pixel Stand 2 and noticed a delivery date of early February.
Let's see those other delivery dates.

I had to wait until I got my GStore credits for pre-ordering the P6, so today was the earliest day to pre-order the charger :/

Mine is coming December 15th-16th.
I had initially ordered it with free shipping (December 18th-20th), but when I did that with my phone it took an extra week as FedEx is very slow at delivering packages. When I spoke to a FedEx agent they told me only 2nd day and express delivery get delivered on time...so, I paid a little extra to hopefully get it on the date "promised" since it will be 2 day shipping instead of ground shipping

Small update on the matter: I looked up my order again, and it was automatically moved to mid-December. Jay!

Dec 17th-18th. I preordered as soon as preorders were announced.

Mines says:
Ordered Nov 18. Delivered by Dec 18 – 20

December 15th here in Ontario, Canada. I pre ordered the first day it was available tho.

Awesome to hear. I just checked my Google Store order and even though it's not yet shipped, I can't cancel the order anymore, so I guess that's the "first" step towards shipping.

Mine has shipped, royal mail 48 hour delivery, so should be here on Wednesday.

So mine 'shipped' but tracking is still not valid. It is not with the carrier yet. Supposed to be here Friday or Saturday. If it is coming from Carol Stream IL like the phone did it will still probably make it.

Mine's going to be delivered at some point today...Initially was slated for Dec. 15th-16th.
EDIT: It got delivered at 11:00am, a bit over 3 hours ago.
