Hi guys, I've just got an LG G3 (D855) in the past 2 weeks, and so far I've not rooted it or anything yet, however, I'm looking to. I just need to find that one special ROM and I've not got as much time as I used to and I was wondering if anyone knows of a ROM that's similar to Omni as that was my favourite on my S3.
The main features I'd like are:
Debloated
Smooth
Small
Stable
I just feel that having a close to stock android, bloatless experience that's stable is the best way to enjoy my phone. If anyone knows of any ROMs, feedback would be much appreciated

Can someone post their opinions and or advise regarding the current custom roms for Note 10.1 P605 LTE? I just want to know which one I should download. I will be coming from a stock rom. Are there any roms out there which is stable and has a great battery life. I will mainly use my tab for school purposes. Thanks!
I hope someone will notice and reply to this post Thanks!
I think the Hanspampel's xkat ROM is the best, but there aren't many differents. It is an Stock-based ROM and not much modified.
The two AOSP-based Custom ROMs(Cyanogenmod and AOKP) are not completly stable and bugfree, but for that very fluid.
I see, thank you for replying
I'll wait for more suggestions from others
Personally I would stick to the tried and true cyanogenmod. It offers a fast stock like experience and is fluid. Try to aim for a stable build. Keep in mind that some of the same pen features might not work which is the key selling point of the note.
Would you prefer the cm rom which is based on AOSP or a samsung based rom?
Anyway, is there's also a custom rom which is samsung based which improves the battery life?
Current on my stock 4.4.2 rom, I roughly get 9 hrs of screen time. Is that normal?
Lasty, I would like to ask if it is really an issue that our P605 doest produce a stereo sound on it's speakers?
Dear Arc s users,
I had this great phone for 2 years and i did the installation of some roms to try which is the best rom for performance and i remember that the 4.4.4 roms are the best.
Now i have bought an htc one m7 and after 3 months that my Arc s was inutilized, i decided to give it to my sister.
I did the flash of slim rom and the first impression was GREAT! Good performance and stability. But my sister says that the video are not working (YouTube and Facebook) and the app on sd are not working.
I know that there isn't the perfect rom, But i just would like to know what is, at the moment, the stable rom for our phone.
It does not matter if it is gb, jb or kk (my sister doesn't know the difference). I just need a Good rom.
Please could You help me to find the Good one?
Thank you so much and sorry if i do this question, But i love this phone and i would like to see it in use instead to see it on my desktop.
Thank you again.
All Custom Rom is the best , Just try and see what is the best for you

flash the Legacy Xperia ROM build 06/09/14 its nearly bugless, very good for daily use. no battery drains, all important stuff works. (incl. video).
your sis will have fun.
Thanks!
I'm using Carbon and its so smooth and no lag....
i am not saying that this is the best because all the custom rom
can improve your phone
I've spent a few weeks on here looking through the various threads and ROM experiences. Based on what I read, I decided to give CM12.1 stable release a shot on my D851. It was absolutely perfect except for one minor issue. I couldn't get my dumb fitbit to sync with my phone over bluetooth. Everything else worked great. Performance, de-bloatness, UI...all perfect. Is there something similar to CM12.1 with the stability. Is it possible that I did something wrong during the flashing? I don't care about marshmallow, i'm more interested in a stable lollipop that will give me performance and simplify the UI. Seems like BlissPop would've been a good ROM to try, but I can't seem to find it for the D851 (maybe it's not supported). TIA for all the help.
I just got into Rooting my S4, I used to have an S3 so i'm no noob when it comes to development. the issue i am having is that since I got an S4, I see so many different Custom Roms that I don't know where to start so I thought that someone might be able to help. I just want to know your opinions on the best Custom Roms as far as lollipop and Marshmallow go for example...speed of use, OTA updates, actively developed etc. thanks for the help!

Welcome to the S4!
There are a lot of great ROMs out right now. Just an FYI, marshmallow is stable on the S4, however, there are a few generic problems in marshmallow with Bluetooth, particularly if playing audio to a Bluetooth device when receiving a phone call. Other than that, it is pretty solid and notably smooth and fast, just like lollipop.
There is a pretty good CyanogenMod 13 and Beanstock 6.0.1 out right now in the development forum, and they update fairly regularly.
There is also a really feature rich AOKP 6.0.1 that is really solid, and a PAC ROM 6.0.1 in the forums too.
If you want features and more features, I really recommend AOKP. If you want a suped up kernel, I recommend CM13 by @javelinanddart.
If Bluetooth is a must, I recommend SlimLP, or the older Resurrection remix 5.1.1.
The great thing about custom roms, is it is like ice cream, there are lots of great flavours, and there isn't really a wrong choice. Hope that helps!
Thanks for the info! I was starting to get a little overwhelmed because their are so many choices that i didn't know where to start but now I have some direction.

I agree with you hotshot247, there is sooo many. I have been toying with Team OctOs Oct-MM. It is very nice and very AOSP, with just a few tweaks available via there app. But like Alaska said it does have an issues when you are playing music/audio on Bluetooth and get a phone call.
I have also been toying with Albe95 S6 FULL PORT. It is a Touchwize 5.1.1 ROM. I didn't realize how much I like Touchwize and how much I have become a custom to it. For the most part any of Albe95 ROMs look good to me personally.
Albe95 also has another ROM I have been looking at, Albe95 LolliROM [S6/S7/N4/N5 Feature]. It is 5.0.1 base. It has a lot of features and app ports from some of the newest Galaxy phones.
Hi guys,
I'm still using this age old tablet and I hope I can get a few more months of life out of it. I'm currently on Lineage OS 14.1 (lineage-14.1-20181111-nightly-v500-signed).
Can anyone tell me which custom ROM is the latest and/or best version to use? I'm mainly looking for a good performance, not any fancy features. Since the tablet is quite old itself I'd love to get the best performance possible. Thanks!
