Hello (first of all..excuse me for my English).
- I've got a HTC one X (europe). **unlocked**
- I got ClockworkMod v5.8.2.4.
- Endeavoru PVT ship S-on RL
- Hboot-1.72.0000
- CPLD none
- Microp-none
- CPU bootmode: disabled
- eMMC-bootmode: disabled
- HW Secure boot: enabled
- MOdem path: OFF
I've rooted this Phone and i got superuser. I want to install miuiandroid_multi_endeavoru_4.4.25_jb-4.2.
I did:
- wipe data factory reset.
- wipe cache partitiono
- wipe dalvik cache
- a flash
- in mount and storage -> format system.
Normally i can install the new rom with install zipp from sd card..but this time the install give a ..status 7 installation aborted.
On xda i found how to resolve the status 7 problem. So i solved the status 7 problem. But the files are on my computer. I want set them on my htc one x, but my computer isn't seeying my htc one x anymore..sometimes he sees the htc bij cd-rom and harddisk en sometimes only hard disk..but i can't get into the Phone. Drivers are installed.
Now the problem begins....i don't have any system anymore..the Original htc sense was gone...i think that happened by fomat system.
I just want to set the fixed status 7 files on my HTC but i cant get in it.
When i start the Phone he's hanging in the startup screen from HTC. Green HTC quietly brilliant. The only thing that i can do is gett in the clockworkmod.
What do i need to do to get this problem fixed.

If i could..i would do it...but I can't get in my Phone..so if i dowload Philz recovery..i have to set it on my Phone..thats the problem..i can't get in my Phone's memory (sd).
You need to flash the recovery via fastboot. The file needs to be in the fastboot folder on the pc and the phone in the bootloader.
Then flash it with fastboot commands
Fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

yah @Mr Hofs is right you must to use command fastboot flash recovery recovery.img where recovery.img must to be in the fastboot folder
Hmm...the problem was...my Phone died during the things i did.
I brought my phone to a Phone fix store..instead off 1 day repair..he tryed 1 week to repair it. He also used ODIN..but the Phone stopped everytime ay 80% en then the Phone recovered itself en was hanging in de android image startup mode.
Conclusion: R.i.P. my htc one X. It was easier on the htc desire
Does anybody now if i can save my files on the internal sd card..like foto's, adresses etc.
Maybe in windows safe mode..of something like that...i don't know.

What do you mean by fastboot boot .img???
Here are the correct steps:
1. Find a good compatible rom for your phone and put it on sd card.
2. Go to recovery.
3. Wipe factory/data.
4. Wipe again just in case.
5. Wipe davlic cache.
6. Wipe battery stats.
7. Install ROM.
8. Install GAPPS.
9. Reboot. Give it some 10 minutes to boot fully at max.

I have done this based on the tutorials I've read on the forum which state that when the bootloader is HTCdev unlocked, one must always use the fastboot command to boot the boot.img after flashing a new custom ROM. However, the phone is still not booting, it stays on the white screen with the HTC logo. Tutorial - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1752270

1. Find a good compatible rom for your phone and put it on sd card.

I have a similar problem. I rooted by phone old-school and then flashed CM9 and it worked perfectly but then I got a Class 4 8GB card and CM9 would not boot with that card so I tried flashing it again but it still doesn't boot, though if I flash CM9 with my 2GB card, it does work.
I would appreciate any help.
Either your Wildfire S is a 2012 one or your sd card is corrupt, like the guy above.
Most likely it's problem no. 1.

Yeah, I live in Pakistan and they don't have any 8GB cards other than Class 4 ones.
So I just have to work with a 4GB one.

Hi,
I was running CM10 nightlys on my HOX, but I had strange errors with it.. so I thought I'll flash [ROM][Oct 10]Jellybean 4.1.2 for Endeavoru AOSP Build [JZO54K] over it.. did that via Rom Manager and flashed the boot.img manually via fastboot.
Now... my phone stops boot loops at the HTC "quietly brilliant" screen.
It's a standard international endeavor. Unlocked, no branding

it gives an error or it doesn't recognize the files on the sd card? explain better so we can help you
Just a clarification, when you mount the SD card via recovery - you'll have access to it from your computer once you connect it to the phone with the USB cable.
Once there, copy a new rom file into the SD then Unmount it via recovery.
Give it a few seconds to auto-mount itself to the phone then you'll see the file in recovery as a zip to install.
Remember to first flash the kernel (boot.img) in HBOOT then in recovery wipe user data then flash the new rom you copied
By the way, try flashing an ICS rom.
S-ON device with HBOOT v0.43 can't flash Jellybean roms.

Hi guys,
I just tried to flash Kaos Droid V5.1.5 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2236343).
I did a factory reset, and wiped the cache, as well as formatting /boot, /cache, /data, /system (pretty sure that's not a good thing...) before flashing the provided rom and gapps. I followed that up by flashing the boot.img provided with the rom, before then restarting.
When trying the power the phone on, I get the HTC 'quietly brilliant' white screen, which then goes black, and loops back to the white screen. When trying to get into recovery, the phone goes the the white screen, goes black then gives me a flash of the CWM logo, before looping back to the white screen.
I've tried re-flashing the recovery (both CWM and TWRP), through the HTC All in One Kit, but that hasn't worked. I've also tried reflashing the boot.img.
Really not sure where to go from here...any help would be appreciated
Also at the top of the bootloader is:

Just need to boot into recovery, cwm/twrp (think that's the name) then you can wipe cache from there.
Sent from my HTC One X using xda app-developers app
Hold the power button and the volume down button together as long as it takes to reboot into the bootloader, go to the recovery from there and perform a full wipe again to be sure, don't forget the dalvik cache and reinstall the rom to be sure its a 100% install. In cwm recovery the dalvik cache is under the tab advanced.
Nevermind I fixed it using the all in one kit. I was asking about wiping cache because I couldnt access recovery, but oh well its all fixed now.
Thanks to everyone who replied

Hello there! Would love to get some help from you more experienced guys =)
This is my first post here. Be nice =)
Okej, so.. yesterday I unlocked my bootloader and rooted it following OneXRoot.com. This went good without any problems. But then when i wanted to put in "cm-10.2-20130906-NIGHTLY-endeavoru" into my HOX (following cursed4eva youtube video), i stuck on the HTC logo. I dont even have any access to my HTC Storage on the PC.
I already copied the boot.img (from CM10.2 zip-file) to the onexroot folder with the fastboot files and wrote the commands "fastboot flash boot boot.img" and erase cashe in the CMD.
Ive tried to wipe all data, cashe and dalvik cache. = No change.
Ive tried to restore my backup i did right after the unlocking, before the rooting and install of cm10.2. = No change.
Information:
Im from sweden, and have the HTC One X 32 GB tegra 3 quad core.

Thats the problem, its not recognizing it anymore. It did before i tried to flash CM10.2.
I did push "mount USB storage" and "format /sdcard" in revocery once. Can that make it a problem for me to access the storage from the PC?
Im getting a code when typing "fastboot devices" in cmd. Feels like its connected, but still cant access to the storage..

Hi guys,
I'm hoping someone can help me I'm desperate.
I have rooted my HTC One X - and i wanted to install a new ROM. Maybe about a month ago now I got stuck and left it as I had a replacement phone. Now the replacement is messed up and I need this phone back on-line so I'm pleading with someone to help me. On top of that if it wasn't bad enough I lost all my data on pc.
It a nutshell, once I successfully rooted my phone I followed some guidance online and installed clockworkmod recovery v6.0. 4.8. at the time I had then been able to connect my phone to pc and copied over the following zip files:
cm-11-20140804-SNAPSHOT-M9-endeavoru.zip and
gapps-kk-20140606-signed.zip.
I followed the instructions and wiped all data factory reset, including the partitions and wiped dalvik cache.
I then installed the ROM zip followed by the gapps zip rebooted the phone and it would not pass the white HTC screen and was perm stuck on this. I have tried everything and I'm pulling my hair out. Read so much day on end and feel like I'm just getting no where. I don't like stating threads as i normally find my answers.
I would really appreciate some support or guidance to fix this issue please.
Please see below the following is showing on my boot-loader screen. The problem I'm having is that I cant access the phone at all and it just wont connect it to the PC to allow me to copy new files over to the storage to then run via recoverymod. How can I do this please. as its just sticks.
Yesterday I read something about boot.img I then downloaded Flash_boot_33.x_0.1 and ran the install-boot windows. This has all run OKAY. After which when I reset the phone it went past the white HTC screen on to the cyanogenmod and I thought sorted, how wrong was I where I now have a blue spinning arrow, and it continues till battery dies.
This is how my boot-loader screen reads:

Are you flash Philz 5.15.9 there 100% the mount sd card work tested more then 100 times. Exactly Philz 5.15.9. To flash recovery you need only fastboot
So what your saying is that I can download this flash Philz 5.15.9 and then run it via my pc through fastboot. This should then boot my phone properly.
I cant find flash Philz 5.15.9 download any links.
Thanks
Correction - found the link -

Right so I have downloaded Philz 5.15.9 and I have run the exe on pc. Nothing has happened, how do I copy to sd storage or copy anything to the sd card. I am unable to get past boot screen when i turn phone on.
Yes finally sorted if anyone is interested to how, its seems like I had the wrong boot img. So from my original download folder I used fastboot to run just the boot.img and its working now, i used the below instructions step by step and used my boot img.
Result.
