can someone post xperia M default fonts
What you wanna do is install ifonts app from the google playstore. Open it. Press on the local tab and click factory font. Grant root access. Complete installation. Reboot. Voila, you are back to stock fonts.

All of a sudden I kept getting force closes when trying to open up MMS app. I uninstalled the app using Titanium Backup. I am now trying to install the app again using Astro File Manager and also tried using Appinstaller. I copied the MMS.apk from the original Bonsai 4.0 zip file on my computer to my SD card.
When trying to install .apk with Astro I keep getting application not installed error.
Can someone give me a good MMS.apk I can install and also let me know if I need to install the .apk a different way.
I am running Bonsai 4.0

Do I have to use "root explorer" I used astro explorer and placed the .apk into the system/app and nothing changed. I rebooted the phone and still nothing.
Any other suggestions would greatly help.. I need my text back.
Remember to use the original name of the app
For example if the name if the app is a.apk and you rename it to b.apk it won't work

Have you tried just flashing one of the mms apks from the transparent collection on this forum? Not sure if you WANT transparent, but I had a similar problem to yours, and I just went with the transparent ones and it worked for me. And I got some pretty colors to boot.

Anytime someone says to use root explorer, i use Super Manager. Its free, has root functions and can mount /system r/w.
Is there a way to manually add an app to super user whitelist that doesn't normally request su permissions? Trying to get elixir 2 Widgets to have elevated privileges without the admin add on or pushing it to system apps (gets erased every time I flash a new cwm9 nightly). Thanks for suggestions!

yes you can if your phone is rooted, all you need to do is extract the keyboard.apk from the rom you want the keyboard to replace your own> put the keyboard.apk on your sd card and disconnect from the computer. using root explorer place the keyboard.apk to system/app mount root explorer as r/w then it will ask if you want to replace the keyboard.apk just say yes change permisson to rw-r-r exit root explorer and reboot
What the name for apk keyboard in gin2jb? Is that textinput.apk ?

I too didn't backup my default keys... But why you need your default softkeyz? You can get same keys in Softkeyz
(DONT TRY THIS UNLESS SOMEONE CONFIRMS IT!)
I think deleting the systemUI and then rebooting should help

If you delete the systemui you won't have one when you reboot.
It's like telling someone to delete their system32 folder and then rebooting, it won't magically restore itself.
The only ways to get the default files back would be to find similar files to the originals in softkeyz or restore the default Systemui file. I can't provide you with it so you're gonna have to find it yourself, there are odexed and deodexed versions on the forums if you look.

You are on the right track. Once you root supersu icon should appear (if using cfsu). Then go to your app drawer and drag supersu to top corner to disable. Open any file explorer app and goto /system/data/apps and find superuser.apk and double click. Install. Open supersu and install binary. Reboot and you are golden, should be rooted.
