Try downloading stock B506 and load onto dload and reinstall it.
If that still doesn't work then try this, but I think you'll need to be in fastboot mode...
EDIT: Just follow instructions on my thread for the TWRP Installer.
Use my tool here to install twrp.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2709607
1. Download my tool.
2. Extract.
3. Open TWRP installer. Make sure your phone is in fastboot mode.
4. Choose option 1. When it asks you which rom you use, choose 3 (skip).
5. Hold down power and vol(+) and vol (-) buttons.
6. Click wipe button in twrp. Wipe system, dalvik cache, data, cust, internal storage. Note: you will lose all your data.
7. Then go back to main menu, choose install.
8. Find your zip you put on your sd card and swipe to install.
9. Reboot and have fun with OMNI rom.

Hi !
If you already flashed B506CN, you can flash now stock recovery for B506CN , to be able to flash UPDATE.APP from/dload folder !
Put your device in bootloader mode :
> adb reboot bootloader
or
> please press and keep, at the same time : power and volume down till your device shut-down ! Now , release power button but keep pressing volume down till you see Huawei logo : Huawei Ascend ! - In this moment you are in bootloader mode, and you can flash stock recovery for B506 from here !
Good luck !

lootjelo,
I have removed the TWRP successfully, however when I try to install firmware B125 it keeps giving me a Fail message.
I have tried updating using configuration->update... etc, and also trying to install it using power+vol up/down method, but keeps me saying Fail.
I have tried B111 and B125, so I believe is not the firmware.

Actually I think that you need to return to stock recovery and then use the update.app.
To do that you must be familiar with adb and then follow the instructions given at the [INDEX] Club Huawei Meets XDA [ News / Leaks / Mods / ROMS ] .
As it states:
Download Stock_Recovery_B118.zip
Put your device in fastboot mode ( > adb reboot bootloader )
Flash recovery via fastboot ( fastboot flash recovery recovery.img )
Reboot via fastboot ( fastboot reboot )
If you need more help regarding the above procedure read very very carefully this and follow the given steps.
In any case you must bare in mind that since you have KK rom you have changed your recovery and probably this is the reason you cant go back to an original firmware by simple using the update.app.
Good luck

Hmm, that's odd..
Just to make things clear
1. What rom you used before?
2. What recovery are you on now (stock, TWRP, CWM) ?
Also try this. If you have made a nandroid backup before you may follow the instructions in this post from surdu to put TWRP in your p6 and restore it.

Can you check it? Power off and then power on your phone while holding only the volume up (+) button. If it is stock then you shoud see the 3e recovery (if I remember correctly). If not then you haven't the stock recovery.
One more thing. Your phone works ok? I mean that it boots and the it works as it should? Because if you change the recovery, then you probably should have a bootloop with the HYD52ROM_V7 (just a guess, not sure)

It takes more than five minutes for the new ROM to boot. It taked longer ? And also you should follow tutorials in here about flashing ROM's and how/what recovery you should install at the right time during the upgrading process. Especially when you upgrade from JellyBean to KitKat.

You flashed from CWM, that's why you have this problem. Download a ROM that can be flashed by dload method, and that ROM must be a stock ROM. Stock ROM's are not in a flashable zip's format, but they are in a form of an update.app file.
Create a folder in your sdcard and name it dload. In dload folder put the update.app file. After that press volume up + down + power button all at once until you see the HUAWEI logo, after that release those buttons.
For this to work you must have stock recovery.

hey guys,
i have a big problem.
i unlocked my one+ 3 2 weeks ago and installed twrp and cm13. all worked fine.
yesterday i read the news from cm the first devices will get offical cm14.
so i donwloaded the first rom and updated my phone (without a wipe!).
the cm14 starts good and all worked fine.
But, i find out, i can´t hear a phone call.
so, i want to go back to the twrp to restore my backup of cm13.
the problems begins....
i can´t boot twrp. i see the bootloader screen and after switching the screen to recovery (normaly) i got a black screen (seems like to shut off the screen).
then i tried to reinstall it, nothing.
after a full evening of trying i wiped it (factory reset) from android 7.
after the reboot i got the same problem. -> black screen after bootscreen Android won´t start, recovery won´t start.
then i downloaded a toolbox and installed the stock recovery -> no change -> black screen.
then i tried to find a stock image als *.img format to flash it with all (kernel and recovery, etc) with fastboot, but i didn´t find an image.
my last try was to make a full wipe with "fastboot -w". but this won´t work too.
so, now my phone will only boot into fastboot and thats it.
i need urgend help.
can anyone tell me what i can do? how can i install any os and wipe via fastboot and with no recovery?
thx a lot for your help.

Lots off people are getting this problem and trust me for some reason people post steps to fix this that are complicated for people who are just getting to playing around with TWRP.
Look, download the original TWRP recovery from here, https://dl.twrp.me/oneplus3/ the one you need is the 3.0.2-1 . I used it and I got back to MC13 From MC14.1 which by the way is now working pretty good. Once you fastboot flash recovery .this 3.0.2-1 recovery you can actually use it with MC14.1 as am doing right now. In any case. flash recovery >factory reset > adb your MC13 Zip to the phone > reboot...
Remember All Of This Steps Are Always Taken At Your Own Risk !!
Best of luck!!! [emoji6]

Thanks for your reply.
to flash only the new recovery will not help.
tomorrow i will try to flash, wipe (with "fastboot -w" and copy the zip file.
Will the copy install the cm13 version? or do u mean sideload to have the cm13 zip for the twrp to flash?
Try to flash the modified twrp. Check the official topic for cm 14, it is linked over there

@superiscch just provided you with the TWRP that works. This is what i did !
Flash the recovery provided on the link >boot to the new recovery, you well see the version at the top left corner as 3.0.2-1 > factory reset > adb sideload the MC 13 ....... Reboot system > than add your choice of google apps to the sdcard root > reboot to recovery > flash google apps from with recovery than reboot, you would be golden. After, if your interested just flash the TWRP from the original twrp team. Cuss the one you just installed is modified, it be your choice !!

Hey guys,
thx for your replay. i will try it after work.
but i have one question ... what do u mean exactly with " adb your MC13 Zip"?
do u mean to transfer the zip to install with twrp or is there a command to install the zip to the systempartition?

Okay... Look, once you have flash the modified recovery and you reboot. You be able to boot to your OS. Than you have to simple options 1. Load the CM13 ZIP file to your sdcard which you can use for installing with recovery
2. Boot into recovery and side load the MC 13 ZIP file into your phone using adb...sideload would be using adb
ADB... adb sideload <name of file> without the brackets...
Good luck man

I found 2 versions of the instruction about going back from custom ROM to stock OxygenOS. First one tells about ADB commands which results with full stock, with standard recovery, unrooted system and locked phone. The second one is shorter, it's just flashing official zip with TWRP.
So my question is: Am I "losing something" after going with the second option, I mean TWRP-way? As I understand the only difference is that I'll keep TWRP itself and my phone will still be unlocked, when everything else will be ok (official camera firmware, kernel, etc.).
Thank you in advance for the answer if I'm wrong
The official zips in most cases also erase your twrp recovery and you will end up with the stock recovery and unlocked bootloader
I'm also thinking about going back to Oxygenos. But haven't done it. Looking for answers for you question.
Besides, could you please give me the link for the first method? Thanks
It's like flashing any other Rom? You clean flash by wiping everything (except Internal) and flash the OxygenOS you want (plus SuperUser).
Heres what you gonna do
Download oos full zip
Flash it on twrp then after that dont do a reboot just flash twrp as recovery then reboot to recovery and then reboot to system
If you wanna lock the bootloader and stay fully stock ( this will wipe your whole phone so backup )
Then flash oos full zip through twrp then reboot to bootloader
Then sideload oos recovery
Then go back to bootloader and relock bootloader thats it

You want to ADB push?
Go to OnePlus site. There you have step by step instructions.

I want to keep twrp and stay unlocked
1. flash the oos full zip
2. reboot to fastboot mode and flash twrp
3. go to twrp and reboot to system
Is this right?
Besides, I'm using twrp 3.0.4-1. Does it matter?

I clean flashed the full zip. When I try to boot to bootloader, it didn't enter bootloader mode. The system boots, and it's been showing boot animation for more than ten minutes. I'll wait patiently.
BTW, how do you flash twrp while you are in twrp?

Okay. Never notice that tab in the corner.
So right now, I end up with oxygenos(still booting...) without twrp.

Force shutdown the device and entered fastboot, flashed twrp recovery. And now twrp asks me to input password to decrypt data. I have no idea about what the password is. I also got dm-verity error after flashing the full zip. Help needed.

I did a factory reset in twrp, and the system boots well. But unfortunately I lost all my data. Factory reset also formats internal storage?
I have all my photos backed up in google photos. The only loss is the image quality is not original. Anyway it's not end of the world.
