[Q] [q] htc one x bootloop ! Need help - HTC One X

I successfully flashed CM 10.1.2. (JB 4.2.2) through CWM Recovery (v5.8.4.0) a few days ago on my One X. Everything was running smooth as a butter until i saw the 4.2.2 update for my One X... Then I decided that I will go back to stock, so I could update to 4.2.2 and enjoy Sense 5, but that's where my mistake was ;x. I started by flashing the stock recovery, then relocking the bootloader and trying to find a RUU that would be good for me. Then I found out that my firmware version was 3.20.401.1 and there is not a RUU for that version yet since it was released these days.. After that things went in a wrong direction as i flashed CWM Recovery v5.8.4.0 back and started to wipe the data, cache,Dalvik and stuff.. After i wiped those and tried to install CM 10.1.2 again i saw that my SD card was empty...I realized that the zip with the rom is gone.. so I ended up with no ROM. The CWM Rec remained, though, but I cant do nothing right now. When i turn on the phone, I get into bootloader and the only thing I could do from there is to get to CWM. My backup with cm is also gone.. so I am in a bootloop of which I can't get out ! The worst thing about the whole situation is that even my PC can't recognize the phone, as it says that Windows can't find a driver for it.. I have tried many drivers, including ADB universal driver,HTC Sync Manager, HTC Driver Installer and so on..
Here's the info from my bootloader screen:

[Q] Boot loop with Revolution HD 10 ROM

Phone was rooted with CWM, wanted to flash the Revolution HD 10,
got boot loop.
Tryied to flash the .img again, used the wipe script again,
reinstalled Revolution for several times with differnet settings,
still doesnt work.
So what to do about this?
Is there a way to solve this?
And if not, I did a CMW Backup
before I flashed the Revolution ROM,
can I just use the backup again or
do a Factory reset to make it work again?
Thank you guys, sorry to open a new thread,
but I really need my phone today.
Greetings!
You need to update your hboot before flashing the Jelly Bean sense roms and it's not possible for all phones, try this tool and get 11.1 while you're at it.

CID:None

Hello.
I have received a new HTC One X today. I want to install android revolution HD (jellybean) however it states my CID has to be a specific one. However when i check it says None when i check via CMD and when im in recovery it says CID-11111111. Before i unlocked the bootloader it already said the CID-11111111. I have also been able to install CWM recovery. Below is further information.

CPU-bootmode: disabled
HW secure boot: enabled (was originally disabled)
Any help or advice for flashing android revolution 18.1 would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
EDIT: Android_Revolution_HD-One_X_9.8 Installs perfectly fine. However i would prefer Android_Revolution_HD-One_X_18.1 (jellybean). But due to having superCID im a little confused on which hboot i should install. Any help anyone?
With your cid(super cid) you can install any rom...but you need update Hboot to flash jellybean . Use any firmware from any cid to update Hboot to 3.xx .

Thanks for the reply.
That's what i thought. However when ever i flash anything other than ICS within CWR i get error status 7. Also error on verification. Then it checks my CID and errors. I used an official OTA update: OTA_ENDEAVOR_U_JB_45_S_HTC_Europe_3.14.401.27-2.17.401.2_release_298985n1wwcwzs385c0bvz. That's what i used.
Then i tried installing via pc. It also failed during the installation. Same as above really.
Am i doing something wrong?. Has anyone got any ideas?
Thanks.
Another note: Even with the stock rom that was on the phone. When i try and update via stock rom it fails for the same reasons as above. says my CID is wrong. Even though i haven't changed it etc. It was CID:11111111 out of the box. I somehow don't think it is true CID:11111111 if it keeps failing on installs. The only thing it doesn't fail on is Android revolution HD ICS (9.8). I need some serious help please
FINAL EDIT. Everything is sorted. I had to change my CID because i couldn't do ANYTHING, even though it stated i had 11111111... Mods please close and delete this thread.

one x

Hi to all. This is my first post so please bear with me. This seemed the most appropriate place to post so I apologize if this is the wrong area. I also know the problem I'm about to present has been talked about before but I ask the community for more advanced help due to the fact I have done some research on trying to get myself out of trouble but I've had no luck.
The problem is with my HTC One X. I did have a unlocked boot loader and root access. I also have clockwork mod installed but no back up (yes my fault i know). Anyway the problem first started when the new system update went to install on my device. It wouldn't install so I did a factory reset to see if that would solve the problem. It didn't. So i accessed my recovery menu from adr and formatted everything. Bearing in mind this was at half past 2 in the morning and I'd been up for about 18 hours. Anyway yeah I formatted everything (again my fault) so now my phone is stuck at the htc screen. I'd be grateful if someone could point me to the rom it would of had out of the box and an explanation to install everything properly so my phone is back in that condition (or as near to).

I have tried several different roms like htc revolution, a vodafone uk rom i found that was of no use. I tried installing from zips on SD and revolution installed but was still stuck on htc screen.
Any other information needed I will provide and again i apologize from dragging up a already opened topic and if ive posted in the wrong place.
Many thanks to anyone whos willing to help
After or before flashing Rom in recovery you need to take out the boot.img from Rom zip and flash per fastboot
...therefore always read the instructions in first post from Rom thread...that should work then....do full wipe again and flash rom and boot.img per fastboot

Update the hboot !

Accidentally S-OFFed!!!

Hello, i don't know but accidentally S-OFFed my HOX;
When I bought, it cames in S-ON status (but with SuperCID 11111111)
Now, It says:
-------------
*** UNLOCKED ***
ENDEAVORU PVT SHIP S-OFF RL
CID-11111111

When I bought I upgraded to last official HTC ROM (4.18.401.3) (without updating to 401.4), first, I unlocked via HTCDEV and flashed PhilZ Touch 5.15.9 - HTC_One_X -attached- (since it's the only that works with my touchscreen and with I can charge in recovery, anyway I think USB mode not work, but for me, doesn't matter since I have flashables in phone already)
Then, I flashed the last kernel (PA3) from Alex-V (2.7 Classic PA 3 Sense 5), and "new_s2w_with_dt2w" -attached- and flashed ViperX 4.1.0 FULL Rom (obviusly first Wipe data-> Clean to install a new ROM in Philz). In the middle of the flashing, (next, next, next...I dont remove anything) the phone rebooted itself (I scared xD) and I manually powered off (~10 seconds pressing power off) to go again to recovery, I entered in fastboot and O_O I cared about the S-OFF
I share this because maybe in the middle of this steps is anything that s-off the phone
EDIT: Phone rebooted when selected "perform a full wipe" from VenomX installer
This is not useful as obtaining s-off. You already had supercid. We don't get accidentally s-off by flashing recoveries or roms. Wise advice....Let this be because it won't help us, really. Sorry.
Lol

Tbh, S-Off is merely just a status now. It's useless, especially since kernel flashing via recovery is now possible.

Read the development sections. Look for kernel lighter from thunder, or the multirom thread.
