Arcsoft MMS problem help

I am having a problem getting video to attach to the MMS while using Arcsoft MMS.
Here is want I am doing click new MMS then click the Insert picture/video. Then I click on the video camera icon. I take a clip, and click the "go back" arrow button, but the video is not attached.
I also tried it from clicking camera button, then taking mms video and pushing the email icon. It opens up the SMS/MMS (poutlook) for a second and then shuts down.
I am using Arcsoft 5.0.31.19. I also tried 5.0.31.7 and 5.0.31.16. same problems.
Thanks for any help.
Anyone else having this problem?
I just tried it on my phone and it worked. I am also running Arcsoft 5.0.31.19 and the same rom as you.

Because when I try to from the MMS setting of camera it just pops up and then goes away.

I did just as you described. I chose to attach video, I captured some video, then hit the back arrow and it showed the video as attached in the message.

[Q] Video MMS question

I have a quick question,
I come from the Epic 4g and when I would want to send a video MMS I would just say that I wanted to attach a video on the SMS app, and when the video recorder would open, it would ask me if I wanted the video compressed for MMS or long duration. Placing it for MMS would let me record a short video that I was able to send out via MMS without issues.
I notice that I can't send an MMS with the Evo, it always says that the file is to large even if its 10 seconds long. I've played with the recorder settings without success.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
Thanks in advance!
What messaging app are you using?
Attachments are based on file size. Not duration of the video. I use Go SMS and for mine the file size limit is 1 MB. So if I have a video that is larger than 1 MB, even if it's only 2 seconds long, I won't be able to attach it. Check your apps file size limit and then record a video that is smaller than that size and then try to send it. If it still doesn't send then try using a different messaging app for testing purposes and see if that app will send a video smaller than its limit.

[Q] MMS Issue

So here is the question. Ever time i get an mms from some one it opens up inside the player and it goes through the pictures, i don't mind that. However when i get an mms message and its a contact information it opens up inside the player as well and i can't see anything. How do i stop this behavior? To be more cleared a friend of mine send me a contact information .vcf file, it opens up in the player and i can't see whats inside.

a text message is exactly that, a text message. It can contain text characters and nothing more.
a mms (multi media message) can be a text message, but it can also contain other media files (pics, videos, audio, etc.)
we get charged for mms in the UK as well and I think this happens in many countries unless you have it part of your phone plan.

Hmm I don't know about this....I have a feeling its the gallery from our HTC because there is video implemented in there and it thinks its a video also..
I got to find a way to remove the video part or just use a diff picture viewer... if I'm right...
Pics get converted to mms, this has nothing to do with Viper, or any rom.

not sure what you're saying here, but here's some more info on sms v mms:

Thanks
this isn't HTC specific and certainly has nothing to do with the gallery app. I've seen this in my note 3 and and note 2. Some messaging apps don't display the same message as prominently. If you try google hangouts you won't see the same message but no matter what when you send a picture your messaging app is switching it to mms.

Sprint MMS Compression

Anytime that i send a mms through google messenger texting app it compresses the photo way to much to make it so that you cannot see the photo. Anyone else have a way to change this?
