Anytime that i send a mms through google messenger texting app it compresses the photo way to much to make it so that you cannot see the photo. Anyone else have a way to change this?

When i receive mms picture messages the quality is real bad and blurry.......is this happening to anyone else and is there a way to fix it or a setting to change?
I'm more concerned about incoming pictures being compressed than outgoing. All of the pictures I receive are about 20-30kb and look overly compressed. I am running CM7 and using the stock messaging app. I have heard of changing the user agent in the MMS app to fix the issue, but I'm not entirely sure what to do. Has anyone else come up with a fix?
Anybody know?
not sure if this has been discussed but i have a att galaxy s3 and each time i get a mms on my stock messaging app i get the pic in a slideshow as if its a video in order for me to zoom in and out i have to save the pic and then i ca nzoom in and out. is that a carrier thing or am i doing something wrong?
Mine does the same thing, and also sends pictures in a slideshow by default. My Captivate used to do this too, which leads me to believe it's a feature of Samsung's messaging app, not necessarily an AT&T thing.
Nobody sends me MMSes. No dongers and such... :crying:
When I get an MMS and click it, it plays as blank audio file and I can't see the picture unless I tap-hold and save-as. Before the picture would show up in that actual text...
Anyone?
Is this done when anyone sends you a MMS? I know when my brother sends me a MMS on his blackberry I get it like that.
Since the latest MMS update I can no longer seem to send pictures as a slideshow, which makes it difficult to send to my wife when she just wants to go through a group and pick which ones to save. Does anyone know how to reactivate that setting?
