thanks for ur immedate reply
so now can u tell me how to
install creed 3.5
I think first you should flash the stock firmware then flashing 3.5 may be completed
Sent from my GT-S5360 using Tapatalk 2
Anyway
First flash it with stock Rom
Then go to in built recovery mood
Then wipe and delete data
And then wipe cache
And then install the 3.5 version via the in built recovery mood.

can u provide me stock rom flashable with cwm because last time while using odin i nearly bricked my phone
No buddy i can't
From my experience it can't be created.
I was just like you
But when i mistakenly bricked my phone i research for days searching thorough the net for unbricking it finally i found that article and take a deep breath and wow! It was solved.
So be brave and go ahead
You can also check out white cz's flashing if you have time.
Sent From My Samsung Galaxy Y Using Truth Of Darkness
But there's a chance
You can obtain an unmodified stock Rom back up file and then have it flashed directly via cwm
I wish i could but my internet package iS only 300 mb per month and i have 107 mb remaining.

yes Creed Fusion 3.1 are for SYG & it work great in My SYG
You must have skipped a step or two. If you have a backup with CWM, then it's all good, otherwise you'll have to flash back to stock rom via Odin.
not be responsible nor liable for any damage that might happen to your device during this process though the possibility of any damage is negligible. Try this at your own risk. This process has been tested and verified working on Samsung Galaxy Y.
Overclocking Galaxy Y
What is overclocking?
Overclocking a process to raise your phones power over the limits imposed by the manufacturer. When more power is increased more it will heat up the processor but the system will run faster. On computers is common, from slight increases, sometimes even made up extreme overclocking, cooling systems using large and expensive overcoat. In our cell, which is what we want, we can slightly increase the power of the processor through different software and of course, we must have root privileges.
How to do it ?
1. Download OVERCLOCK below
2. Copy it on you sdcard
3. Switch off your phone
4. Press volume up key + power key + home button
5. Now you are in recovery mode
6. First do wipe data, then wipe cache
7. Then click on second option which instal update from sdcard
8. Select that file from sdcard use volume up key for up and volume down key for download and for select use home botton
9. Then restart you phone by pressing first option.
10. Wait because phone takes time to start
11. Follow screen instruction then download CPU MASTER below

I don't understand. Are you saying that black reactor and jarvis (the stock?) include the possibility to overclock to 900Mhz like merruk have possibility to overclock to 1.2Ghz? If I flash for example black reactor kernel then I dont't need to flash the OVERCLOCK.zip file? Do you mean that after I flash black reactor kernel I can just instal setcpu and overclock my s5360?
BUT...
If I want to stay on Savie #73 can I just flash overclock.zip without wiping data and cache safely? That is what I meant last post.

Being on boost, rooting shouldn't be an issue. It has been said by boost posters that reprogramming isn't required. There used to be a guide but I can't locate it now. May have been removed.

Rooting a boost device is no different than a sprint device. Here is my Febby approved guide to rooting ICS based ROMs on sprint or boost manually.
Step 1: download and install the samsung drivers if you don't have them installed, and reboot PC to ensure proper installation.
Drivers Download: http://rwilco12.androidfilehost.com...Files/Samsung_E4GT_USB_Driver_v1_3_2360_0.exe
Step 2: Download a custom kernel such as agats to your PC. I'll link Agat kernel thread below:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1767421
Step 3: If you don't have odin, download odin zip and extract. Link below.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1418814&d=1350807034
Step 4: Download superSU zip, and transfer it to your phones sdcard or internal. Links below
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1538053
Step 5: load up odin, press the pda slot to select the custom kernel you downloaded.
Step 6: Put your phone into download mode. To do this remove the battery, put the battery back in, press and hold the power button + Vol down button, and Lastly press Vol up to confirm download mode.
Step 7: connect your phone to your pc with a usb cable, confirm that you are connected to odin by looking under "ID:COM", It should say com5 or such. Press start to flash the kernel. Phone will reboot.
Step 8: Boot phone into recovery mode by powering off the phone. Once phone is off, press and hold the power button + vol up, till the sgs2 screen pops up (let go of the buttons). Once in recovery, flash the superSU or superuser zip by pressing "Install zip from sdcard", then press "Choose zip from sdcard" or "Choose zip from internal/external" depending where you placed the file. Reboot phone after flashing zip.
Step 9: Phone is now rooted!
Step 10: If you want the stock kernel back, just download the stock kernel for your stock ROM and reflash it via Odin.
step 11: Thank my post (Febby is my name!), share post for rooting, and enjoy life.

Hey BluesRulez, thanks for the reply, so I assume it doesnt matter what carrier I have.
I can't see the JB instructions, do I need to go back to GB because I am running ICS already, is this what the process should be:
I see this:
-Make sure you have the ROM zip file already on your SD Card before starting this.
-Download Mobile Odin Lite from here. You can also download from play store.
-Download GB - EL26 Stock repacked with CWM from here. You want the .tar.md5 file.
-Open Mobile Odin and select the kernel slot. Find the file on your sd card and select it.
-Flash firmware. It will take few seconds and phone will reboot.
-Next step is very important..
-Now one thing to keep in mind here is that you just flashed a Gingerbread based kernel. If you are on ICS or JB, your phone will no longer boot. So you want to hold down power + vol up until you see the CWM recovery.
-From here on follow the instructions of the rom you are trying to install.
Then go here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1903252 and flash any of these EL26 - Rooted or EL13 - Rooted (which one?)
and with the JB ROM that I already have on there flash it and gapps?
Am I missing something? I just had a really bad experience with bootloaders for the infuse, that's why I am asking.

Flash any rom using those steps. GB based EL 26 kernel with CWM is the safest recovery.
You are not doing anything from here [STOCK ROMS][CWM][ODIN] Stock ROM Repository - Find/Download Them All Here. That is for FULL roms. You ONLY need the kernel with CWM to flash JB which is linked in step 3.

Ok I will do that tonight. it just seemed odd that I ll be flashing JB roms with the GB based EL 26 Kernel with CWM, when the instructions say now your on GB and ICS and JB won't boot. But then I should just be able to get into CWM and flash the JB and it should install a JB kernel and work, right?!

Yes. Your current ROM will not boot anymore after flashing the EL26 kernel but obviously after you flash a new rom it flashes its own kernel and phone will boot.

Dear Specialists,
I am using GB on my Galaxy ACEII now.
When i bought it GB on it then i install JB (Offical version for Turkey)then i dont like it cause of slowness and freezinf problem then i go back to GB again...
In the past i can use CWM on this phone one time but now i cant do it...
My phone is rooted now and when i check it (with Root Chacker) everything look like ok about root...
But now when i try to use cwm again, i flashed its file in Recovery Mode then i flashed it in Recovery Menu then restart my phone then when i go to Recovery Mode again CWM not open and i see same (standard) Recovery Menu again...
In the past before reach CWM i need to flash another file or something like that (i am not sure because my brain really mixed) and somebody told me i need flash cwm.zip everytime if i wanna use it after standart recovery menu...
Can anybody help me about that cases (if possible with im [with gtalk, skype or sth like that) because really i have brain salad... :'(
Thanks a lot all replies from now on...
Sincerely...
then how so you root your Ace 2's GB? Do you access CWM to root?
Anyway, you can get rid stock recovery by using ex kernel v1.7 (i use it every time I go to GB). This kernel change the stock kernel automatically to CWM, and also it can use to root (use root file and install it via CWM)
Install the kernel using ODIN and put it on PDA

Hello Vatsalbh9, follow the steps in video to root your phone.
1. Yes you need to root your device to use custom recovery.
2 & 3. You need to use odin first to get cwm recovery installed in your phone. Follow video steps.
4. When you have installed cwm recovery mode with odin, just go to recovery mode (keep holding vol up+power+home button until samsung galaxy grand gt i9082 logo appears on screen). Der you will see backup option. So make a nandroid backup in your external sd card and transfer that backup (clockworkmod folder in your ext sd card) in your laptop or pc for future use.
Download the files given in the description of the video.

No need of downloading stock rom, just make a nandroid backup for future use if you want to go back to stock rom. Download any of the custom rom given in the development thread.

Follow these steps for nandroid backup :-
1. Enter into recovery mode(vol up+power+home button)
2. U will see many options like - reboot system, install from zip, wipe data... Bla bla bla... And BACKUP AND RESTORE
3. Select Backup & Restore option.
4. Once u select it, again many options will come but choose backup on ext sd card/sdcard01
5. Nandroid backup will take around 5-10 mins depending upon your data size.
6. Once the process is complete, you will see a text written on bottom of screen 'Backup is complete'.... Go back to previous menu and reboot your phone.
7. You will find "clockworkmode" folder in your ext sd card. This folder contains your nandroid backup. Transfer this folder to another safe location like pc or laptop.
Note.. While in cwm recovery mode, use vol up and down key for navigation and power key for selecting any particular option.
Also dont increase comments for saying thanks, just press the thanks button
For installing any custom rom, download and save the rom, GApps in your ext sd card and flash them in cwm recovery mode.
Steps for installing rom will be given in respective rom threads but generally these steps are to be performed :-
1. Wipe data/factory reset
2. Wipe cache partition
3. Wipe dalvik cache
4. Install rom(zip)
Once installation is complete, install GApps
5. Wipe cache partition
6. Wipe delvik cache
7. Reboot your phone.
First boot of every custom rom will take a longer time to boot.. Varying from 3-10 mins, so dont panic.
Also some custom roms require latest version of cwm recovery, so before installing custom rom, download the recovery and flash it..
1. In cwm( if it is a zip file)
Or
2. In odin( if it is a. Img or. Tar file)

Redo the process.... I think cwm is not installed on ur phone yet. When you see pass in odin.. Just remove the battery manually... Wait for 5-6 seconds.. Den reboot your phone.. Once a normal reboot is completed... Den go to recovery mode....
Hope u get it this time.
Ok...
Is the CWM provided in the YouTube link is latest ?
Cz if I want to install latest rom will it support ?
And is it necessary to flash supersu via CWM for installing custom rom ? Or only CWM is enough ?

No it isnt the latest version, but it will help you to proceed further. Once you get this cwm recovery mode, you can easily flash latest version as well.. And there will be a link given for recommend recovery in rom thread.
No it isnt necessary to flash super su as all cm11 based roms have inbuilt super su with them.
I already have custom ROM and 4.4.4 KitKat . I am very happy that I did it by the help of XDA forum
When can i get Android L update .
Sent from my GT-I9082 using XDA Free mobile app

Seems like you dont have usb drivers installed properly in your pc. Does the ID:Com turns into blue color when you connect your phone to pc? If not then install samsung kies first on ur pc.
See d screenshot... The portion circled should be blue... Before hitting start.
Yes sir it turns blue...it says about ID:COM(3) something...
Odin says added...
Then only I start Flashing...

1. Use this recovery by pawitp
2. Untick Auto reboot checkbox in Odin.
3. Once Odin shows pass, remove battery, wait 10-15 secs, re-insert and enter Recovery mode (by pressing Vol up +. Power button + Home keys at once until u see boot loader screen and release immediately).

Before you start odin kill kies at background using task manager else it will fail
I didnt immediately took off the battery... I let the fon boot after flashing... I think im making a mistake there... cz I had checked auto reboot in my attempts...
Now im gonna try by unchecking auto reboot option...
When Odin will display Pass, I will disconnect fon from usb and then take off the battery...
Will wait for 15 secs and then will try to boot into recovery mode...
Hope its all done... Fingers crossed...
And I have to release all three buttons(up+home+power)when galaxy grand logo appears... is it right ?
