Anyone else receiving this when going into the downloads section of the market? I can get into the market itself fine...but when I hit menu...downloads... it tries to load the downloads and comes back with that error.
This started approximately 11 pm New York time.
I have a rooted stock 2.2.
I'm having the same problem. I've tried doing a factory reset and reinstalling Virtuous 2.7 and a NANDROID restore but both return the same issue.
Rooted, S-off, Virtuous 2.7 with Adrynalyne undervolt kernel.
Running into the same problem on stock non rooted DINC. Also trying to download new programs is taking forever to get to the point where it instals
This looks to be a problem with the android market and not with our phones. I say just sleep on it and try again in 6 hours.
Same here glad I didn't reset phone
Sent from my GT-I9000M using XDA App
Looks like google fixed the issue as its working again.
Only when i got the phone with the factory 2.2 ota update did it work. I have tried numerous roms to try and find one that gets rid of this issue. I open the camcorder app and it will run fine for 5 seconds, freeze then reboot. Phone was downgraded to 2.1 then rooted with unrevoked3. I have tried CM6, CM6.0.1/2 ans nightlies 94-97, Shadow rom, uncommonsense, jagerrom, virtuous, and a few others. no kernal updates. I never had issues with my moto droid any insight would be appreciated.
I had isues where the camera would freeze up, but no reboot, when i try to start the camera up again, my phone says it cant detect the camera, ruby 1.1.1 unrevoked3 + forever
Don't know if there is a correlation to the two, but they sound similar, did you try ruby 1.1.1?
yes i tried that too. just tried kings kernals too. same no matter what
Which radio are you running? "Phone was downgraded to 2.1" sounds like you might be running one of the 1.00 radios.
2.05 is what it says for baseband
Went to 2.15 seems to have fixed the issues.
I had the same problem with my old ROM and upgraded to Froyo 2.2f and still the phone hangs and restarts after i open the camcorder .... please if anyone knows how to solve the issue tell me ...

Update your radio.
So I updated my DInc to CM7 and updated the kernel to the latest Incredikernal version.
Two days ago, I noticed that I had no 3G connection at all, but could still make phone calls/send SMS. I updated to the latest build (33 I think) and the issue still persists. What next?
Try goin to rc4 see ifit fixes wait to flash kernel cw just may hav not wiped properly
sent from dinc
I heard there were problems with RC4 and Build 33 so im still on build 32.
Just a quick update - I did a *228 after posting this question - thought it might have something to do with Verizon as they are updating my area to the 4G LTE and my wife's phone (DInc - unrooted) was having similar issues. Upon doing the *228 and waiting about 15 minutes, everything was back to working normally. Just a heads up if others are having similar issues.
I am on OMJ GB Rom and I have seen this with other GB ROMS... I don't see the update profile and PRL icon... any suggestions on how to get to this or is there any APK around to add this? I searched in the forum and could not find it. Thanks
You need to flash a sense rom, update there, then flash back.
Wierd I assumed I was on a sense rom although. Even the codes work it is just that the "settings" are different. Thanks anyways
Never a problem. I always keep a backup of myn's warm 2.2, just to update my PRL; I primarily run CM7.
For the last couple of days I have been getting busy signals whenever I make at outgoing call, sometimes it continues for quite a while, sometimes I can hang up and call again and it goes through. I'm running MIUI 6.10 and I upgraded the radio/PRI to latest last week. I did not flash back to sense to update the profile however. Any ideas?
I'm having the same problem with outgoing calls giving what sounds like a fast busy tone. Rebooting the phone sometimes corrects the problem, or updating my profile and PRL sometimes fixes it, but not permanently. After a few hours, it happens again.
I was running the MikG v1.03 ROM, with the newest radio/PRI, but kept having this problem and thought it might be specific to the ROM. I have formatted my SD card and done a completely clean reinstall of the MikG ROM (great ROM btw!), and the stock rooted 2.3 ROM. However, this issue persists, so it's not related to the ROM.
I'm thinking about rolling back to the old radio/PRI, to see if that helps.

Hmm, just curious are you integrated with Google Voice?
Yes, I am integrated with Google Voice. I hadn't thought of that, wouldn't surprise me if it was related.
I decided to call Sprint tech support, and they reset my profile, then had me update the profile on my phone. That was about 45 minutes ago, and I've been able to place and receive calls normally since then.
I'll post an update here if I start having problems again, or with an update later today if it continues to work fine.
Thanks let me know, I don't want to flash back to Sense if it's not going to work

Just got a text from a friend that tried calling, who got a busy signal. I've placed several outbound calls with no problems, but something is still not working correctly.
Sprint tech support said the next step is to restore to factory defaults, but I'm saving that as a last resort. Here's my phone info, if you want to compare yours.
Hardware version: 0003
Android version: 2.3.3
Baseband version: 2.15.00.05.02
Kernel version: 2.6.35.10-g4e39384
Build number: 4.22.651.2 CL60865 release-keys
Software number: 4.22.651.2
PRI version: 2.15_003
PRL version: 60679
I'm still considering flashing back to previous radio/PRI. Also thought about removing Google Voice integration, but would think there would be more people reporting this problem if that was related. Sprint tech said they haven't had others report this issue yet.
i also HAD this problem ....it only happened after i flashed the latest radio & pri....i just flash to back to the old pri 1.77 & i havent had the problem sense
No issue for me I'm running kingdom with latest ota radios downgraded pri.
Downgraded to PRI 1.77 I'll let everyone know how it goes. But so far, so good.
--woops dup--
I flashed the 1.90_003 PRI yesterday, and have had no problems since. Thanks everyone for the suggestions!
Downgraded to 1.77 PRI, no issues since.
