To go back to your original ROM (10B,C...,Kiss 20..), Right after first start, use "Windiag.cab" to enable windiag. Then soft reset the phone. Now you can use the engineer menu 2676625720# and flash in normal mode if necessary.

Cause: Used 6.1's file set together with rickou26's flash.bin
Solution:
1. Detach the battery
2. While it is off, holding Browser+Send Button, connect the USB cable to your PC. You should see the green light at the top right.
3. You should be able to select port from LG flash utility. If not, reboot your PC.
4. I used a 10B Chinese DZ file to flash the phone again. I guess any other file set will also do
*NV restore error while flashing ?
For my part, I always flash in emergency mode without making restore NV since I do not use the erase function (EFS to an e once when moving a file to a branded NV -> Unbranded).

Very good build and rom, after a couple hours of testing. Seems like the standby battery draw doesn't seem quite as good as on 25014 though and GSM reload is a little slower.

I flashed the 0c0A version, but it seems like it's a Spanish version. I searched and found out that the Traditional Chinese is either 0404(Taiwan), or 0c04(Hong Kong).
Could you make a version under either one? I am using the Eng Version(0409).

I think the build 250xx work a little better but I do not have Rollup-All-Pkgs to the ROM Multi_lang.

Titanium is Windows mobile 6.5 new UI, also known as cmHome !!!

The cmhomeres.dll.0409.mui contains all the language text for the app.
So I just take the cmhomeres.dll.****.dll from all the rar files in this theard

So it overwrites the orignal files, if you have a swedish rom (041D)
You will ofcource rename it to cmhomeres.dll.041D.mui.
Then I made a cab with the language registry changes and the new cmhomeres.dll.****.mui

So if you want to translate lets say the SMS application in a English ROM to Swedish
Swedish Language ID = 041D
English Language ID = 0409
The SMS app MUI files = outres.dll.0409.mui located in Base_Lang_****
Step 1.
First I download the Swedish rar file from this theard http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=544445
Step 2.
Then I locate the outres.dll.041D.mui in the base_lang_041D folder.
If the file is a Module ( A folder ) you will need to convert it using Ervius kitchen, klick on the button "from module to file" and select the outres.dll.041D.mui folder
Step 3.
Next you rename the file outres.dll.041D.mui to outres.0409.dll.mui
Step 4.
Rember to backup your Contact and message before trying modfiy files in Windows folder
Step 5.
Now the file is ready to be installed to the phone, you will need to make a cab file to overwrite the orginal outres file. Or use another file explorer becasue you dont have the rights to overwrite files in the \Windows folder with the orginal file explorer..
I use WinCE CAB manager.......
If your phone stop working after you modify a file:

- Hard Reset
1. Turn off your phone
2. Press n hold the VolumeDown and the center button and start the phone
3. Relase the button when you see the grey screen
4. press Volume Up to format and restore the phone ( your internal memory will be safe )
OR
- Flash a new ROM
1. Turn off your phone and plug the USB cable in
2. Press n hold the VolumeDown button and start the phone
3. Release the volume and power button when you see the color stripes
4. If you can read USB in the bottom stripe your phone is ready to be flashed

User Customization:
To configure user customization you have to place a SDConfig.txt file in the root directory of your storage card. Be aware that this customizing step will only activated on the first boot (hard reset).
The following commands are possible within SDConfig.txt

Also notice that you have to define the full path to address files. If you store for example a CAB file on the storage card you have to define the following entry: CAB:\<StorageCardName>\<Directory>\<CabFile>.
The <StorageCardName> depends on the ROM language, i.e Speicherkarte for the German ROM.

At the moment I can´t tell you exactly because I´ve installed WM23541 for testing on the Artemis. But the free memory is round about 24..25 MB
If you want to know it in detail there is one way to find out...
I installed the German version and I found no bugs so far. Speed is normal but RAM could be improved. I had around 18MB after installation wich reduced now to somewhat 16MB. Still OK but Shady313 showed impressingly that there is much more to squeeze out.
As harrycaine is just starting up with his ROMs I assume he will work on that whilst gaining experiences.
BTW Respect to harrycaine. I looked into cooking German Artemis ROMs myself but I had no patience to work it out. Unfortunately there is no kitchen out there which is idiot proof and easy to use.

Hi Froggerboy,
thanks for your feedback. I´m wondering why you have so less RAM because I haven´t noticed that at my tests. My current test build 23541 has 24,8MB after starting (without active ArkSwitch).
As soon I´ve finished my tests I will upload this build.
I think that is a quite normal RAM consumption for a "standard" ROM. I had that with several 6.1 and early 6.5 ROMs in the past. I have to mention that 16MB free RAM includes running Home screen ++ and Active Sync.
Once you upload new ROMs I would appreciate a short "what's new" description.

What I reognized is that the German version needs to be converted to Region Germany after installation. Not much of a problem but can't this be built in already?

I´ve build up this custom ROM from the scratch with a decompiled Artemis stock ROM. I´ve already removed some trash but I´m still doing some cleanups and remove unnecessary things.

Can you configure ArkSwitch not to start on boot, perform a soft reset and start Hibernate?

Primarily I started cooking for personal use because existing ROMs has issues or cooks decided to stop development. I uses the GER version for my phone but I have decided to make both WWE and GER versions available for other Artemis users. I know about the current situation that not so many cookers scramble to do Artemis cooking at the moment.
As long as I get feedback from users that this ROM is useful for their purpose I will continue with delivering updates. So I´m glad to get feedback from user who are using it or have thrown it away...

You don't need to translate mui files. Windows Mobile 6.5 Standard already have Polish localization files (0415 PLK Polish Polska).
hTC rom editor is not the best tool to use. It's better to cook a Polish ROM for Ozone.

You don't need to translate mui files. Windows Mobile 6.5 Standard already have Polish localization files (0415 PLK Polish Polska).
hTC rom editor is not the best tool to use. It's better to cook a Polish ROM for Ozone.

This model doesn't have 0415 (Polish) localization files but only 0409 (English) and 0C0A (Spanish).
Actually I did find similar model with Windows Mobile 6.5 Standard which has 0415 files so I exctracted them > changed names to 0409 > made CAB file > now OZONE has half of the desktop and half of the applications in Polish so we need to translate the rest.
I can send these files too to someone who is interested in translating.

Ohh.. you're doing it the hard way.
I supose you use OEM packages from hTC Snap. Most files are the same, so there should be no need to translate them, you just need to replace the corrent ones.
But you will also need to change some registry keys to match Polish language, if not - it will stay half English, half Polish.

first of all thank you for your good work. But I have problems when I try to Install German Language. Your files with Russian works perfect. Then I downloadet the German file, add this file(110kb) to your folder and become error massage that the Update was not successfull.
My OS Version: 7.10.8862.144.
Can You help me? Or give me downloadlinks for the correct language files?

1)pls .download russian ver. from first post ( file to your windows ver )
2) extract files
3) need to delete all from files- ___start name diff** ____from :
(Folder)+(UpdateWP)
4) now download new attached file German (0407) extract new archive files and copy files twice !!! to (Folder)+(UpdateWP)
5) try to install .

I try the five steps, then my phone says Update Successfull. But there isn´t the German Language in my Phone. Only English, Espanol und Russian.
Any Idea how to solve this?

Then I applied the update.
Once phone reboot, it says "phone update success", but when I go in settings, I only have "english" or "spanish" languages, no "french" :crying:
Do I miss a step somewhere?

Maybe it needs the initial language pack, because in AT&T there is no french?

WP 7.5 or 7.8 does not supported right to left languages not at arabic or hebrew
* only to install hebrew keyboard from store and do copy paste to messages
official support only in WP8

no i downloaded all cabs from cracked wp rom - problem on regedit of wp tables

Edit2: i downgraded my phone to the oldest 7.5 Version. Installed All languages an reupdated my phone via zune, but german not included. But many other languages. I dont unterstand why not german ?!
