WM6 compatible wif bbconnect

Hello there guys.
I got some version of Windows Mobile 5 on my phone working with BB Connect but was wondering if any1 released WM6 working wif BB Connect yet ???
Apologise now if this has been asked b4 but cudnt find anything.

Try searching with a google advanced search - limiting your results to http://forum.xda-developers.com
Try say "BBconnect Trinity" or "Blackberry Trinity".
It's there I promise.

Graytraveler, try .84, 90 did not work for me with a stock Tytn II, but 84 did. Or I used Dutty's latest ROM from Xda-developers.com and .92 worked fine with that.
Hchickers, you can try this:
1. Hard reset.
2. Change device ID, from Start -> Settings -> System -> About -> Device ID to HTC_P3450
3. Install a registry editor, such as Resco (www.resco-net.com) or Total Commander (www.ghisler.com, I use 2.5 beta 3). Then edit
HKLM\System\Versions\AKU key, change whatever in there (like .0.0.3) to .0.4.2
Then soft reset and install Blackberry Connect. This method worked for some people (they weren't using 750, but still). It might work for you as well.

even if this isn't any help for people getting started with BBC on there trins, all new BBC updates get posted there.
p.s. If u dont have bb service from your network before!!, then bbc will never work.

D810 WM6 always miss internet mail box

I'd tryed some ROM of D810 included official version.But all version have same problem that is miss internet mail box setting when reset or down.why?Maybe the WM6's problem?

I'd success used the software but missed again for one day and some reset.I run the software again and success again.I don't how long it can alive.

Does Windows live messenger work? What about port splitter? Is it usable with TomTom7?

WLM works well both wifi and data, sorry Im from HK and we dont use Tom Tom...

I guess its singapore version, english and support chinese reading only, just like those previous ones. DHXC4 etc...

It pop up error " There's a connectivity program. Make sure you're in an area with good reception and try again " when first sign in,

I experienced these before and I thought is MSN problem,
actually is your auto config software problem and I did try.
If u just formatted the rom, use USB or wifi it works...
I use mannual input data and works well.
Please test these again, let data try last thing.

Just installed many program and optimize it .... too bad, if there any other method rather than hard-rest ?
I already retry the auto-config in operator setting and manual enter the AP but it doesn't work

This is what I tested and concluded, thats why from now on I dont use auto config.
At least you will see the phone run faster than before rite?

Thanks ~~ Finally the problem solved after HARD-REST !!
I think this build of ROM have BUG on AUTO-CONFIG.

Guys, why is everyone talking about port splitter ...? I've NEVER used any 3rd party app to get GPS up and running
TT7, GARMIN, IGO8, GPSTUNER, Sygic McGUIDER - all worked on EVERY stock ROM I've had (DXHC4+), including ALL modded EFN ROM's.. and I've always used COM8, 4800 baud..

me too...never understood what's this about?
all i had to do is to update the COM port to COM8 in GPS setup.

ried to update the phone part only.. flashing kept hanging in 57%.. hmm hope I can flash my phone part again..

I did the same thing (update of the phone part only) successfully.
Phone Firmware version is now DXHH1,
PDA is DXHE1 (EF 3.4U)

May I ask why some ppl just want to upgrade the PDA section only but not whole part?

I flashed with EBOOT + PDA + PHONE and didn't found any problem.
BTW, the HARD RESET LOGO was coming back after flashed to HH1 comparing with HE1.

imate jasjar gprs problem

hi i have a imate jasjar, the problem is i cannot connect to gprs it gives error message to check setting etc etc. i have same setting on another windows mobile,
i tried all radio roms update and also full rom update but no luck.
rest all function is ok even wifi is ok.
any solution.

Ok first of all there are few service provider cab you can find for your country... well i had problem to get GPRS working tried the customer service but no use... then i installed the cab (for me it's optus, Australia) and i didn't need to touch settings at all .. it just connected automatically to GPRS... so best option will be to find the appropriate service provider cab for your country and install...

but the issue is not with settings , i just want to make sure whether it is some hard ware issue, all functions are perfectly ok and it is a friends handset and we have used gprs some time back also.

Bro it's really hard to tell weather it's hardware isuue or not from such a little information... but it should not be hardware issue in my opinion... well try different service provider and try to install the cab and see... it should work...

Problem kaiser with android no network

HI
i have kaiser 130
I tried few diffrent android version but with evry version phone cant connect to network sometimes he connects for few minutes but not longer. With windows everything ok
I tried:
Incubus26Jc's Super Eclair Lite 2.1
Warm Donut RLS 5 with Kaiser updates integrated including battery
Im using
HardSpl 3.34
radio 1.70.19.09 (tried 1.70.18.02)
Protocol 25.83.40.02h
Maybe someone had same problem and can help me?

i just checked i was editing nbh for Warm Donut RLS 5 with Kaiser updates integrated including battery
and i was using esclair not donut. (dum) Maybe in this is problem....

No because in guide:"How to replace Windows Mobile with Android (Guide)" (sorry i cant paste link because im new user) is recommended 1.70.x and better here it is "#2 Does your Kaiser have a relatively new radio rom? If not then get one. Recommended to have 1.70.xx.xx and up. "
if it is radio fault so why on winMO with same radio working?
And one more thing kaiser with android finds not 02 but BTCellnet (in the beginning O2 was BTCellnet )

The same radio suggestion was made to me several days ago while trying to get audio working in android (via HaRET). Upping to 1.70.xx didn't fix my issues, but 1.65.xx did.
If you are able to test it in WM, you must still have WM installed. Are you booting android with HaRET?

No i think HAret if you installing to sdcard but im installing not in sdcard.

Yes, I know the sticky thread to which you have now twice referred. I am asking how you know wifi works in WM if you have replaced WM with android as the guide leads you to do.
There is no danger it trying an older radio regardless of what the guide suggests. I would respectfully suggest that you give 1.65.xx a shot, despite what the guide says. If the older one works, then you have solved your problem. If it doesn't work, you can flash 1.70.xx back on and try something else.
I am running Incubus's Super Eclair on my device and wifi works flawlessly. I am also able to do BT connections and hear audio. None of these worked when I tried 1.70.xx, so I use 1.65.21.18 instead.

Roger that. My recommendation still stands, however.
Trying the alternate radio will take you less than 5 min total including d/l time. You can find it linked in post #3 of this thread: forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=393182.
You could also try 1.71.09.01, which I see was posted several days ago.

i have a similar problem. Cannot connect to the internet with 2g/3g, but wifi works. The latest rom did not solve my problem. Maybe i'll try older ones...

Maybe I should inform you that I already have edited my APN-Settings. And I really think they should be ok. On WM6.1 these settings are working.
And I like to mention that I'm booting from SD.

Do anybody think this issue may come from the kernel instead ?

Let's see how long it works for you. I have the same setup as orcatrainer but mine works off and on some times. I must add, I have Simple Mobile. They are on the T-mobile network therefore, I cannot access 3G on my tilt. Playing with the 2G setting usually cause my phone to connect to APN until I turn the phone off. Then I have to struggle to get it to work again. I just put my sims back into my Blackjack 2 to access mobile data until this issue is fixed.
