Please help me to repair this Diamond... It does not power on, or enter boot mode
It came from a friend who tried to unlock it without sucess and phone was working fine before...
Is there a way to force bootmode? by hardware or something?

I was upgrading my O2 xda II. suddenly my laptop battery died & system went into hibernation mode & as such upgrade was interrupted. My device was dead & it's Screen dosen't displays anything other than O2 logo.
I tried to start upgrading process all over but windows dosen't recognizes the device or finds the device to b turned off.
Pls advice me Wat can i do to turn my device on.

Thank's for ur reply bro. I tried to put device into bootloader mode (power+reset+Dpad) but it isn't working. the splash screen isn't gone yet. For how long do i have to hold these buttons. Do i have to hold these 3 together or press them one by one. Pls send me some more details. Thanks

even i cooked my own rom and flashed it to my xda orbit.
but now i've got the problem the screens stucks at the first screen where the hints like IPL, SPL, GSM is.
i think its over with my phone. put out the battery and so on doesn't solve the problem.
what can i do now?
please help me
Make a hard reset or enter bootloader mode and reflash it again.

I've a problem with my touch Diamond. The Touchscreen doesn't response from any pressure. But the device itself works fine. So first a softreset didn't work out, a hard reset didn't ether. so flased it back to a original rom and. I'm trying to flash to the originel 1.34 spl with this post : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=2324837&postcount=20 . because i want to send it back, or if someone knows how to solve it keep it ofcource. The device is stuck in the "press on the screen to calibarate". I go to the bootloading menu used the volumedown - reset button. When I flashed the orginel spl it just keep saying 1.40olinex. So how can I get my touchscreen working again or flash back to the original spl.
Btw, sorry for my bad gramma

Try to do a hard reset?
Keep us posted as to what stage your at. Just a reminder if you haven't already. Internally Flashing Roms/Radios is the safest way to go.

Volume down + Soft reset will enter boot mode and flash it again via usb
Yeah there is a way to fix it, but you should read a few threads before flashing! I hate topics like "HEEEEEEELP ME PLEEEEASE MY PHONE IS BRICK"
any way: enter phone in bootloader mode and flash with RUU then
I guess you don't know about entering bootloader mode so: press volume down and reset simultaneously
Next time read the forum!

Don't worry either. The only time you bricked your device is when you cannot go into bootloader mode. If you can't see the tri-colour screen, then your device is "bricked". Even in this state you can unbrick via Jtag or send for service and hopefully get a replacement.
Sorry for the newbish title ... I justmoved from a vogue to this and panic set in quickly! i got it into boot mode then reflashed it. works fine now ...
