I Have A P3300 And After Changing Rom (had Greek Rom) And I Put The Pdaviet The Pda Can Not Boot.
I Tried With Hard Reset To Make It Boot Again But Even If I Tried Several Times The Result Is Always The Same:
Ipl 3.04.0001
Spl 3.04.000.
Gsm 02.93.90
Os 4.0.0.0
And The Booting Stops There

can you enter the boatloader?
Boot Problem
Unfortunately I Can Not Syncronize It So I Can Not Put The Boatloader
you can go into the bootloader by pressing the voice speed dial button and soft reset your device.
then you will get a 3 collor screen (red,green and blue). if you are in the screen connect your usb cable and you will have a connection so you can update the rom.
first use USPL and after that run the rom update utility

Unfortunately The Spl Can Not Finish And Stuck Always In 50.
From 30 To 50 The Message Is :cant Spawn Cmd.exe.:no Such File In Directory C:
I updated my rom from the original spanish version to a Artemis_Touch_3.01
After some use, the device is blocked.
It starts the HArd reset, after "Format messages" It starts HTC white screen
IPL 3.13.0001
SPL 3.13.0000
and nothing more
.
It also works ROM update mode (Three colors screen) but when I execute the Rom update frommy pc, it reaches 2/3% and gives different Errors depending the ROM,
"Ivalid Vender ID [294] when I use the ROM HTC_P3300_SPA_3.13.412.1_4.1.13.44_02.94.90_Ship_R
ERROR [270]: Update Error -The Image File is corrupted - When I use Black & Blue 4.3 or Artemis_Touch_3.01

hello,
First you must open the bootloader menu,
hold voice dial button and press soft reset.
If this not working hold voice dial and on/off button and softreset.
You must connect first your htc with your pc and the start the bootloader.
When you are in the bootloader menu, you can upload an orginal fabricrom to your htc.
Search xda-developer for the fabric rom.
And then you can change your rom for something else but don't forget the uspl.
When you want to change image you must install the uspl first otherwise everthing will blocked
the problem you have is that you have to run the uspl first before you can flash another firmware. If you run the uspl you will see that the spl loader of your device is version 1.11.000 and than you can flash an other rom of your choice

I have a dutch rom on my htc P3300
IPL: 1.12.0001
SPL: 1.12.0000
GSM: 02.67.90
os: 1.12.0.0
my HTC remains stuck on the startup screen (logo HTC) and will not get any further.
Connection with active synch is not possible, ans holding the buttons reset-voice rec-on/off buttons don't react. WM cannot be started in that way.
is it possible to find a boot program which allows me to start up WM again like a regular PC? something like a emergency startup disk? I have a 2GB micro SD card. After reading and trying so many things, I lost the way in this site and was hoping maybe you can send me some useful links that can solve my problem? I would appriciate the effort.I don't know if it's allowed to send my personal emailadress? If it is allowed please let me know. Maybe we can exchange directly some info, otherwise I don't have a problem mailing this site.

1. I tried USPL , its not loading as device is not getting detected in my laptop.
2. Volume Down+Reset is not working

Hi there, I'm Italian I'm here because your'e the only one on this planet who can help me.....so sorry for my english.....
I had some trouble with my diamond, the touch screen is no longer working so I have to send it back to htc, now I have to restore original rom and spl.....
I installed olinex 1.40 and the last original italian rom 2.03....
Now I downloaded my former rom (1.93.772) from italian server, I installed it and everything seemed to be right, (I can't check it because the diamond blocks me at the aligning screen, the touch screen is broken and I can't start the phone...the aligning screen appears to me forever and there's no way to bypass it)...
Then I downloaded the original spl 1.93 from your server...I cant use active sync because I can't start the phone so I have to work in boot mode.....I followed carefully the procedure, that is quite easy, but there is no way to remove the olinex 1.40, the process starts, it reachs 100%, but when i check the spl is always the 1.40 olinex....and restore original spl...I try also the usb trigger mode, with the spl putted as dimndimg.nbh...
Please help me!!!!!!!!! I' going crazy!!!!!

I read everithing and now I'm a sort of diamond technician, but I cannot solve this problem, I can only flash in bootloader mode cause the telephone cant initialize windows, it' blocks in the aligniment screen and can't go on, so maybe the bootloader mode isn't strong enough to by pass the write protection of the 1.40 olinex and overwrite the hardspl...HELP HELP HELP
I'got the same issue, you have to install a rom !! and use ActiveSync in order to get the SPL1.93 ! I think in bootloader mode, you can't change the SPL!

Freaky, I have the same issue it will not remove no matter what.
HTC have sent mine back, they say the HardSPL 1.40 OliNex damages the mainboard and causes touch screen failure! They want £230 for a new one
If you find out how to remove let me know, I've flashed all sorts and no luck it still says it.

PS) I have activesync working with a failed touch screen (stuck on the align screen window), copying and running stock 193 in /internal doesn't change it. When I try:

In order to switch from 1.40 to 1.93 HARD SPL, you must you the jump spl program. It's in my signature. Also read the txt included for the instructions.
Let me know how it goes...

First plug phone into computer via active sync....
Then:
Copy the following files to the Diamond root directory
"Copy JumpSPL.exe & "copy SSPL"& sspl-1.01-reloc-mod.nb
Then: "execute Diamond SPL now - screen may trun black"
Then: "run DiamondCustomRUU.exe to flash any HardSPL

Copy means either to right click and select copy to then past it to the root of the diamond directory or you can choose to drag this file to the diamond directory. Then continue to copy the other files.
Another way is to just start with the Diamond-SSPL.exe file and it will tell u to copy these files one by one. Make sure that you are activesynced prior to started this.
What I mean is WHAT IS sspl.exe
It's not in your magic zip file.
And when I find it, how can (I / We) execute it with failed touchscreens?

You must flash in bootloader mode and run ROMUpdateUtility.exe in "C:\ROM" with file "RUU_Signed.nbh" 1.93 version in his directory (C:\ROM).
Use Windows XP and cable miniUSB original and Activesync of course.
1)Use Activesync conected.
2)Copy ROMUpdateUtility.exe and RUU_Signed.nbh (HardSPL 1.93)
3)Enter in bootloader mode
4)From "C:\ROM" run ROMUpdateUtility.exe

Why remove the 1.40 is so hard?????.....why flashing in bootloader mode doesn't bypass the overwriting protection?? why olipro is not answering my private message?

my p3300 keeps freezing after a few seconds on booting, it gets stuck on the boot screen where it displays your spl and gsm versions, also when i put it into bootloader it freezes if im quick enough to attach the usb cable the screen fades away to nothing.
does anyone have an idea i have even tried hard resetting but it says "format failed"

it was running wm2005
my computer is win7 ultimate 32bit

only exception is that mine agrees to hardreset ... "Format is complete"
I have replaced the battery with a new and charged it before trying to boot.
I can enter the bootloader (this 3 colored screen) but I'm not really sure on what is safe to do from there.
I would prefer to try and put a original ROM from htc.com on the device but they have removed p3300 rom's from the download page
I have not used the device for half a year or so... is it a y2k10 problem ?!
looks like I found the solution.
I managed to put a old rom onto the p3300 from my SDCard described here

I can get into bootloader mode but doesn´t know what to do then. Tried a hard reset but ends up with the same start-up screen.
I downloaded mtty because I saw in another post I might need that. Think I also need a Danish Rom, but have no idea how to get one.

you cant go no further than the start-up screne because I GUESS you tried flashing with no USPL..
click 1.11.cmon in my signature to download..
uspl 1.11.cmon will basicly take the security off the device so an unofficial/cooked rom can be flashed no matter what the rom size is.. instructions inside uspl1.11.cmon folder..
youl need your original rom though which can be found here
so.. to do list:
*find original rom - i think its the English or French rom..
*flash original rom - run ruu or use mtty
*do uspl 1.11.cmon - DONT SOFTRESET when instructions tells you to!
*flash new unofficial/cooked rom
DONE
