i had been trying to change the firmware of my s200 from a 2.9 to a 2.13 in the spanish version.
The problem comes when the process starts to instaling with a bar, then my ActiveSync gets unconnect and the program prompt a message like this "INVALID VENDER ID".
I know there is a Cross-vender firmware in the 2.15 version, but it is english.
Do you know how to jump throught this problem for my device using the spanish version?

I got this "ERROR 100: MODEL ID ERROR",... pl help
I try to upgrade XDA2 rom from "ruu172104wwe_t-mobile-uk" to "XDAII_172181_Final" and I got this error "ERROR 100: MODEL ID ERROR"
How can I slove this problem?
First I have O2 rom and I upgraded to "ruu172104wwe_t-mobile-uk", when I try to upgrade to "XDAII_172181_Final" everything look fine till the error occur I can open my O2 anymore on the screen show just message "serial v1.03"

i'm assuming you have a wallaby?
try reflashing using sd method.
dl nb1 file from kitchen
use xda-rools to write nb1 to sd
insert sd into wallaby
press pwr button and reset at same time

you are using O2 XDA2 ,right! do a "cleanjumper" , if you want update , under you use a t-mobile rom, the easy way!!
when i start the update with the qtek rom, my notebook says: " The Rom image that you are trying to use is not designed to work on your device. Please check the vender Web site and download the correct Rom update" can anybody help me??
all the time i became error 120 i used the method with MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe, but it not works, wat can i do?
Is that the Country ID error? The 120?
If it is, right after you get the error, run it again at once, it should go thru
while trying to upgrade with UNI_TMUK_130114_130232_11003_WWE_BL101_Ship giving erro 113: also tryed with JASJAR_WWE_11353_137_10301 and also with UNI_CDL_001_13076_164_10900_A2DP_MSFP_WWE_FINAL
The error is same. What could be the problem?.Now it struct in the boot mode (serial on display)

i tried to upgrade to WM6 after installing hard SPL 1.20.
ive got the message:
error 294: invalid vender ID
what can be the problem?
you must use update no id and u can find here.

I have a device with a wiered ROM flashed already, so just want to rever this back to the standard ROM. The device is branded HTC (BT device) I downloaded two roms, 1.33.422.1 (Worldwide English, WM6) and ??.?.?.? (BT rebrand, WM6)
I beleive the device is not locked, but tried using "SDA Application Unlock" program and "Surreal Networks AppUnlock". Got the error message phone is not unlockable, and install was unsuccessful because of insuffiencent permissions (respectively).

Gets to about 3% then Error 294 - Invalid VenderID

Ok so now got it working. For some reason the above image worked ok....
