MDA Vario Boot Screen - Upgrading, Modifying and Unlocking

I tried to change the initial boot screen of my MDA Vario using MDA3_bootimage_changer2, but it seems not to work, although the second bootscreen workes fine now.
Anyone an idea how to get rid of this stupid T-mobile bootscreen?

unable to flash MDA II again

Need help. I have got a MDA II and my first try on flashing went fine an now I got Syed Ather WM 6.1 Dark Edition on it.
But then I saw this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=394417
which looks very cool and I would like to install it. But everytime I try, the MDA hangs-up. As soon as this program wants to start flashing activeSync loses connection to the MDA and the program says I should check USB connection. The MDA screen is sometimes blank (looks like turned off) and sometimes frozen in the today screen. A soft reset helps for starting again the Ather WM 6.1 ROm.
Can anyone help me?
I don't know what additional informations you need..
In the Bootloader mode the screen says:
R 1.17.00
G 1337.28
D 6.1.SADE
hmm nobody can help???

Endless Boot Loop after installing DotNETCF v3.5

Hi @all,
I come from Germany and own a P3300; it's branded by T-Mobile,
so it's actually a MDA Compact III.
I could always fix problems with my P3300 by myself, but this time
I don't know what to do.
I installed the Compact Framework v3.5 from the following CAB archive:
"NETCFv35.wm.armv4i.cab", and after the installation it said, that the device
needs to be reset. (As always, when installing previous versions of NETCF).
After the reboot, the screen, where I have to enter my unlock-code, comes
up, but before I could tap the first digit with my stylus, the screen turns
black again, and it boots again...the unlock screen comes up again...
and it boots again... and again...and again...
I never had such a problem before with my device.
I really want to avoid a hard reset, because I haven't made a backup for
over 2 month (shame on me! ), but I don't see any other solution.
Does anybody know another solution to help me out?
I would be very grateful!
Regards,
ROFL_Copter

Another brick in the wall

Ok, I tried to upgrade from the original WM6 to WM6.1... didn't work (Phone was freezing at the HTC boot up logo)... tried the hard reset many time and still doesn't work. So I recovered with the original Rogers WM6 ROM using the bootloader mode but phone still doesn't boot. Now I only get a black screen.... Please help... not sure if there is anymore hope for my S621.

OK to be clear, this is the splash screen you are talking about. There is a static splash screen followed by a boot animation.
You need to be s-off and use "android flasher" to change it.
