I read that in order to have high speed battery charging, Realme uses 2 batteries connected as one. I was trying to estimate battery capacity of my GT master with Accubattery app, and there is in settings to be checked if the phone has dual battery, so does it have?

Look for Wh and V printed on the battery.
mAh = Wh × 1000 / V
Example:Samsung Galaxy S3: 3.8 V 7.98 Wh7.98Wh × 1000 / 3.8V = 2100mAh
Looks too good to be true.However,it might be real,considering that the charging time is 5 hours.I believe this is a protection measure to not overheat the battery,after all it's not an original one.However,I don't understand how are they going to limit the current which enters the battery as that's dictated by the micro controller in the phone.In my opinion,after couple of months of usage,it will broke.
However,if you decide to buy it try to use it only when you don't need the phone too much,so the phone doesn't heat up a lot.I believe heating it up too much might cause the battery to swell and worst case scenario,it will blow up.

Got the HSA 3600mah battery today from aliexpress. Have attached some screenshots.
Inserted the battery into phone. It fit perfectly and charging it now.
Please suggest some android app that displays the correct battery information. So that we can validate what i received from HSA.
Will also update the charging hours it took and how long one full charge lasted for me with HSA battery in the coming days.

How much did you pay it finally ?
As i checked in the Aliexpress they are charging too much for delivery , so did you choose any particular vendor ?
And finally keep posted abt the performance of the battery
it was free shipping only... as previously mentioned paid only 595.
I am not able to find any app that displays the correct mah of the battery.
Its getting charged in 5hrs using redmi charger...
Got an usage time of more than 24hrs.. which i was already getting in my stock xiaomi battery... with dual sim, data and Wi-Fi usage.
So i guess the battery is similar to the stock one given by Xiaomi.
Should try konpson next as suggested by deepak kumar android.

You can use "AIDA" to see battery information, also "Ampere" is good enough to show battery information like ~Input Current, Output Current etc.
Used AIDA app as suggested.

The battery for redmi 1s (BM41) its 2050 mah and is same size as the battery for redmi 2 (bm44) 2200 mah.
I was looking to see if anyone has tried installing a OnePlus 3T battery in a OnePlus 3 and how did it go and the software recognize it was a 3400 capacity and not a 3000

No, you can't just charge a battery to higher voltage. That would ruin it. Also battery degradation will be alot faster in the OP3t then OP3.
Don't burn your phone a higher capacity battery is able to deliver more current when required. And i guess you understand more current than design may pose risk. Use a battery bank for charging on move.
but it lasts the same... i used several applications and all of them detect 1900mah.
No chance, you have too selfcompile the kernel to change the capacity. I have a 2100mah battery and the same "problem".

So is the "detected" capacity actually hardcoded to what the oioginal vendor's battery was? Is that even a problem then, other than the misinformation on the battery info? I mean, it should still charge to its full capacity, since even if it's bigger - the charge process should still stop charging it at the same limit voltage, and it should be very similar (if not the same) whether it's 1900 or 2100 mAh battery, right?
Or am I wrong here?
Hi, a real detection is only possible by testing the accu. In a externsl station. Without that you eont be enable to check capacity. The phone will charge the accu until it is full. An app doesnt can detected the capacity.
Ok, maybe its possible if the s4 mini have a realtime current measure and it adds all current over time and count all. Then ir could be possible, with a few full to low cycles.
Does anyone tried a different battery capacity? I found a 3000 mAh on ebay, did anyone tried it?

Is this battery built by HTC was is a third-party battery that is working with HTC?
It isn't a HTC battery, is a spare with more capacity, but I don't know if it's harmful or not, I didn't found anything in internet about it...
I don't think the battery capacity will harm the phone, maybe just the battery will hold longer or not, depends on it's quality.
The point is: does the actual stock battery has a fix number of cycles or whatever? The actual battery has 2850 mah capacity, the new one 3000...the difference of 150 mah will be recognized by the mobile? This is my concern..

The phone will charge and discharge the extra 150mAh but the correct capacity will not be reported by software.
Anyway 2850 vs 3000 is a little change, and if the battery quality is lower than HTC original battery maybe you'll not see any difference or maybe the battery will hold shorter.

From what i've seen on the Galaxy Gear S forums, somebody fitted a bigger battery inside and it worked just fine.
And his watch now lasts a few more days.
Anyway, for 150mAh more is simply not worth the risk.
hellou guys. wanted to ask a question about battery, cause somewhere on internet i saw that battery capacity info is saved in kernel.
ive replaced stock battery 3430mah with a battery for 6200mah in google pixel 3xl. But in any battery info program and in AIDA64 it shows the same 3430 just like before replacement.
so the question is, do anyone knows how to change phone info about battery capacity?
Probably the capacity of that battery is wrong.maybe is the same or lower.and as far as I know the kernel has to be updated to the correct capacity if it's not a fake one that you buy.

ive monitored im getting charge counter more than 3430 sometimes, so i can get higher than 3430. but it cant cause of limitations of charging(it hits 100% and charging just stops)
so i dont think its fake
Battery charge is estimated through output voltage, some newer phones might have smart baterries but they are also measuring current and charging power to estimate life time. What apps and phone tells you is actually capacity propotional to voltage level. Putting a double capacity battery seems fake because of physical restrictions, again charge capacity reporting is based on kernel and you had to modifiy everytime you apply an update.
So why bother, as long as you have 8-10 sot with normal daily usage ? But are you really getting that sot's ?
