She sent me a message that the Fold 4 is on sale at Costco. We're in Melbourne Aus and the sale is up to tomorrow 03/05; online purchase only. From $AU 2394.95 it's down to $AU 1449.99. Not sure if this works across other Costco stores in different states. She works in the CBD and shipping is free. She's already purchased one and it'll be delivered to her office. If you go to the website, the sale item is there for the Fold 4. Clicking on it, the sale price is not there but if you "Add to Cart", the sale price comes up per the attached pic.

How much do they charge for shipping generally at smartmobilegadgets. I feel cheesed that I bought mine for $770 CAD
I originally purchased through SMG when the price was at $639. With 2-day shipping, the finally tally was $670.
When mine was ready to ship, his price went down to $619. This was on a Friday; so instead of refunding me $20, he upgraded my shipping to overnight with Saturday delivery.
Exact shipping costs I can't recall, but he was very fair to work with. And his communication was great.

Is the Note II an online only item or will it be on sale in stores on Tuesday? I'm wondering because the AT&T smartphones page has it listed as web-only, but that could indicate the pre-order. The language on other tech sites is ambiguous as to whether physical stores will be carrying them.
It goes on sale on the 9th, next Friday. It should be in the stores. Tuesday is the day that the pre-orders are supposed to ship.
As far as I know the 9th is the official release date. So I can only assume the should have them in stores that day.
are their any officially projected sale prices for the galaxy note 2 during the upcoming sales frenzy and also, where will be the best places to buy the note 2 (in terms of price, extras if any, gift cards or kick backs, accessories, extended warranties)? I know for the Holiday season, Best Buy is price matching their online competitors. So it may be beneficial to support a brick and mortar store as opposed to an online retailer. Also, Samsung has a Black Friday sign up on their main website at Samsung.com, so you can always check their and sign up to be notified.

According to Sony, it's not officially released in US yet. So where do you guys buying it from? I see it's being sold on Amazon (US) but is that an official Sony US retailer? Others mention eBay and someone mentioned a store in the mall (DC I think?), etc. I understand Amazon merchants could be from UK or in general outside of US, the same with ebay. So, are there any official US stores that sell it? And for those who bought it in US, where you able to contact Sony support (in US) to answer your questions?

Yes mine came from a company in NY called TECH1 and it came in official Sony packaging and everything.....definitely an official watch. The US customer service has been able to help me with a few questions on the watch.....I love it

Amazon listed as 2-4 weeks and the other companies listed on Amazon are not Authorized Dealers. I checked. So I found it on Newegg. They were in stocked and shipped next day. Love the watch but I wish there were more apps. Where's the weather app and no watch faces.

newegg all the way. originally ordered from mobile fun, but after they backordered it for two weeks despite them having it listed as in stock and ready to ship, i cancelled and called newegg. the girl said they had about 76 in stock so i ordered it from them. 199 +25 for overnight shipping. ordered it friday and got it on monday.. ive had the watch for about week and i love it, even though the amount of apps is pretty depressing. give me a music widget and a battery percentage icon, and ill be good for a while. :good:

Sony.com has both models in stock now for $199.99/$219.99. I just placed my order. There appears to be a glitch right now that allows you to get the 3 year replacement/accidental damage plan for free! Add the watch to the cart, but do not select a warranty plan. Edit the warranty plan within the card and for some reason the 3-year plan is $0. I used Chrome, if that matters....

MobileFun is bad news. I ordered from them and wasn't even given a confirmation email. Very poor communication and their US phone number just rings. I had to get my credit card company involved to cancel my order. They said it was in stock when I ordered (Oct 15th) and wouldn't give me any further information on shipment or backorder status.
Does anybody know if Amazon is going to put up a page to pre-order the Note 7?
I'd rather pre-order from Amazon than the carriers directly.

+1 on that. Everyone's saying you can preorder on Amazon but it's not listed there. Also, Target doesn't have an ATT option yet on their website. When I choose ATT it says sorry we don't have any available at that store.

I have Sprint and target said the same. It's a shame I would have liked the $100 target gift card. At least by buying it via Sprint.com the waved the $36 activation fee and gave free shipping.

For those with Sam's Club nearby, they are offering preorder, with either fit 2 or the 256 gb card. The are also giving a $150 Sam's Club Gift Card. I think they have ATT, Verizon, and Sprint, no tmobile. I believe that is the best preorder deal so far assuming you have a Sam's Club in your area.
