Anyone here have ordered this phone from Handtec? Have you received your ship date yet?

They're saying devices will ship on 3/4 on their website. I haven't ordered yet, plan to do so tomorrow. I actually live locally to them and hope to see if they'll let me come and pick the device up (instead of posting).

yea i have pre ordered grey.took my money last week.no ship date.wish they could send mine as it takes 5 days on average no matter what shipping i use.3rd phone purchased from them.they are good with emails if you want to hit them up

Hmm I guess no one has received ship dates yet then. I saw that they said they have already received their units a couple of days ago. I figured maybe they will send it out early, but guess not.

I've used them before, shipping from them is pretty quick. 2 days for USA. They haven't sent out any shipping info yet but their site do say back orders are going to be sent out the 3rd of April.
Also they have the cheapest deals! 403.99 GBP before VAT

i would be too worried about UPS showing up with my phone and asking for $75 or something. that would cause me to force a reversal at my bank then pick up the phone at UPS for $75. that would be an awesome deal, but i would feel bad about it.

I'm assuming the $75 you're talking about is for any import fees. Well I ordered my SGS2 from them and I did not have to pay anything to UPS. I also looked up import taxes/fees for mobile phones from other countries and it seems we only have to pay at max $2 so I wouldn't be worried about that at all.

I should have mentioned earlier, the $2 is for the import fee. You still need to pay for shipping which is 16 GBP. The last time I ordered from handtec I didn't even have to pay the $2 import fee.

Awesome thanks a lot man. I just wanna make sure ups or whoever delivers the phone to my house doesn't hold the package cause I have to pay some kinda tax on it.

I've ordered mine from Handtec, had a chat with someone from the online support team, they said that most of the pre orders will be shipping out on the 3rd and (for people in Australia) transit time is around 1-4 days. Fingers crossed to receive it before the long weekend !

Just got my shipping notification and tracking number from UPS(Handtec)!!excited!

Wouldn't mind knowing myself, took a punt on the LG Watch R at the weekend, which is nice but would prefer the Zen. I have it preordered at Expansys at the moment, got in while they were taking orders rather than just the register interest page they have up now.

I had some interest in LG G Watch R because of the circular display but I think the watch is a bit too chunky. Will have a look at expansys

I'm currently using the LG Watch R and had the same thoughts as you, but it's not as bad as I imagined it would be. However I still have my preorder with Expansys and will decide on which one I want to keep once it arrives. Hopefully soon!

Noticed this morning that Simply Electronics list this on their site for £184.95. Also that they've got 5 in stock and make no mention of it being imported. Considering a UK launch date or price hasn't been announced (that I know of) I'd be very sceptical.
UPDATE: A glance at some Google Shopping reviews suggests they might not be on the level.

they are based in HK and have some very dodgy reviews - actually rang them this morning asking whether it is uk stock and this wasn't clearly answered. I then asked about customs duty and they just said its an all inclusive price - bollox. Expect duty and RM charges on top....
I actually remember I nearly bought a camera off this lot a couple of years back but they aren't exactly truthful about location of item or taxes etc - means you'll pay customs and it'll be regarded as a grey import without warranty.
I think its sad that ASUS are dragging their feet on this. I've looked at big daddy in the US but again with their $40 fee and customs, its getting expensive!
Need an american friend to buy and send as a gift!

I decided to try se after I discussed at length where the watch was coming from (uk or abroad) , the warranty, etc. I was told it's coming from the UK. Has a UK se warranty. Ordered last week and the amount of bull I've been fed since is unreal. Been told due to amount of orders they should be able to post it by mid December! Even though they originally said 10 days..... I queried why it should even take 10 days?! They are full of sh.....
If and when it arrives, if it's not a UK warranty, I will charge it back through my credit card as I will have been mis sold the item according to trading standards. Mmm I will then follow up with trading standards and ensure they are put out of business based on their mis-sellibg practices... At least in the uk/as a UK seller.
Anyway, still no UK date grrr

Don't order from Simply Electronics. The product they have is not certified anywhere and is dodgy. They quote low prices to draw people in and you very stung after. I got taken in by the cheap price if a macbook air but it wasn't European certified or certified by America FFC. They're customer services is rubbish and they don't reply and when they do they try to get you to keep the product at a reduced cost. I had to complain through PayPal and eventually got all my money back. Lesson learnt. They are based in HK but have warehouses in UK and Europe. If you ever do order then be wary as they're not that easy in returning and will try to get away with charges to deduct from the amount you paid on receipt of a return. I would suggest you all keep away like you would with the plague!! All the reviews online are rubbish and are made up to make them look good.

Expansys have changed from a "keep me notified" page to a pre-order page. I don't know whether that's due to a site relaunch (can't recall whether I've seen that design before), or whether it's changing.
BTW, for a while now, I haven't seen Simply listed on the Google Shopping page when searching for the Zenwatch.

I pre ordered back in October but nothing since then obviously. Dunno if I should pre order again! Had a price when I first did it. £159.98 is the price that was given.
Just looked on simply be and it's on their site for pre order just under £200 - site has changed a lot since I made that horrible mistake of ordering from them a while ago.

I have a zenwatch in my possession in the UK. It was ordered from the US via Big Apple Buddy. I ordered it on Friday 5th December at around 2100, paid by PayPal and had it - with shipping & tracking information and regular updates - delivered by FedEx by 1030 on Monday 8th December.
The total cost was around $285, including service charges, but felt this was still pretty good value in the realm of early adoption, given the interminable wait for the damn thing to reach the UK.
I can vouch for the fact that Big Apple Buddy are entirely safe and reputable.
And the watch? Well worth it, especially with 5.01 sideloaded.

I looked at them^ but they came back much more expensive than this!
I've just ordered a Gear VR from Samsung US using .comGateway - very reasonable $20 plus postage.

How to purchase the LG G3 FOR $379.73 off contract with T-Mobile

Based on 6.5% sales taxes.
Unfortunately part of the deal ends today.
This is what I did:
I paid full price for the phone because I am a current customer; $598.80 plus tax.
My total payment in the store was $589.73 after tax because I traded my Nexus 4 for $48.
Next step; called customer service so I could get a credit in to my account of $60, which is the online discount that T-Mobile is offering right now. Tough work but it tuned out fine.
Submitted my claim for the promotional offer in the LG official website where they are giving an $100 Visa prepaid card. Promotion ends today 12/14/2014.
Find out that AT&T was offering $55 for my Nexus 4 trade. Just because of that I will be getting another $50 credited in to my account. T-Mobile courtesy.

I am patient and very cheap lol

You can submit your claim for the $100 prepaid card up to “no later than midnight PST on 1/16/15”. So technically you have until then, because you can always play with the scanner and change dates on the bill.

Thanks for the links. Didn't even know about this offer. Bought my G3 back in October but just fudged my receipt from T-Mo to show that i bought it Nov. 21. We'll see what happens.

It should work. It worked for me when they had the wall charger and extra battery promotion with an LG G3 that was purchased on a different date period.

So you got no paper bill? Then I guess you will have to use photoshop lol. If you are legit with your date of purchase should not be any problem with the screenshot.

By the way; $13.49! Best deal ever to purchase an original battery. Just got mine today. Was more expensive for a long time. This batteries are original and new but with minor cosmetic damage from factory. Mine came with a very little scratch and a very minimal indentation. From amazon warehouse. Read the reviews!

Unfortunately some reviews are bad because who knows what they got from other sellers. You got peace of mind when is shipped from amazon.

Haha, me too. I purchased my G3 two days past the battery promotion. Changed the date that time on my receipt to two days prior and 5 weeks later I got my extra battery and charger. :good:

Turns out that I got the phone for $17 cheaper than title said. T-Mobile pays you $50 + the difference on the trade price of the competitor. Good to know!

How are you guys changing the date on the sales receipt from the phone?
I think i bought mine in August or October but I'd really like a hundred bucks back lol

Give it a week or two then price will drop if you looking to buy it pay as you go, otherwise ebay is the only option. Price wise based on spec is reasonable

The do not have stock emailed and asked yesterday about when stock will arrive but no response...

I'm looking online since it's been available in the U.S. now and I'm seeing Amazon says there a month delay in delivery but I haven't heard or seen any posts about anyone getting the phone through Asus, Newegg, or anybody else yet.

Amazon says a month or more as a precaution. It said that before and they had it in stock that night, but quickly sold out.
I ordered from Asus. My only gripe is they never emailed me to say it was in stock, shipping, or a tracking number. It was all listed in my account on their site, but an email would have been nice. I ordered from Asus because I figured they'd ship before anyone but Amazon actually did.
I've ordered from B&H several times and they're excellent.
If I had to choose an order I'd go with Amazon, then B&H, and Asus last. It's worth noting B&H doesn't charge tax in most states so you'll save around $50.

Where to order in Canada except Amazon.COM and BHphotovideo?

I am also having a rough time tracking this phone down. I tried Newegg when it was in stock to save when I got paid last week. Now not only is it not in stock, it isn't even listed in the website anymore. Amazon is currently only one in but says will take awhile to ship when I got to finish my order so I cancelled. B&H is out so I might end up getting it from ASUS.

BHPhotovideo is available to pre-order.
Newegg is sold out.
Amazon just got more in stock.
And of course, you can order it via Asus's official store.

Just got a email bnh says they are back in stock. Has anyone ordered from them before how reliable are they? From what I've heard they don't charge taxes from your location but I've never ordered through them before

I've ordered allot from B&H over the years, lawless each time. Ordered numerous phones too, included a new 5Z on Thursday which as you mentioned, came back in stock the next day. No Tax outside of NY, free S&H, great seller.

Got an update with Newegg. They are on Back Order now. For awhile they didn't even have it posted unless you had the Item link previously saved. Just FYI

There are 2 on Swappa right now. One is at the astonishing low price of $410.

I just ordered mine from Newegg yesterday, tax free and free shipping. Within an hour or purchasing it, it went back to back order. They must go quick in newegg.
