The reason I am asking this is that so far my experience with them imo is horrendous.
I bought my HOX on Handtec via google checkout without any problems and received it on 05th April.
On 8th April I contacted Handtec informing them of a dead pixel on the screen, usual automated response, then a few days later I had to fill in a return form and email it to them.
No contact for over a week so I emailed them again, it was like groundhog day as I had to complete another return form and once again nothing from them again.
I find myself emailing them now every couple of day but still they don't reply and am no closer to a fully working product.
What is your experience of them?
When is your flash sale? No invites-- but you have one hour to buy when it is in your time zone! 4pm my time!!
It was 2PM here in Ro but sadly I missed it.
I had some very important bussiness to attend to during that time.
By all accounts the servers got overloaded pretty quickly anyway, very small chance anyone got one.
I got one i opened the door early to get one before i knew servers would go down i tried 4 mins early and it worked.

The flash sale started here in Florida around 3pm and wasn't able to purchase phone with the overloaded servers until around 4:30pm.
Shipped my Pixel XL back on time with 8 days in hand. It took 4 days to reach the local USPS. Now its in a Delivery Attempt limbo for the past couple days. Leaving me with only 3 days in hand to meet the 30 day mark. Looks like the company responsible for trade-in verification, Apto Solution is only open from 9:00am to 5:30pm M-F. Not sure how is this supposed to work under this circumstances.
USPS message: "Your item is being held at the Post Office in ATLANTA, GA 30318 on October 31, 2017 at 6:22 pm because the business was closed. The item will be delivered the next delivery day that the business is open. If this item is unclaimed after 15 days then it will be returned to the sender."
Anyone else in the same boat? Already sent a message to big G, awaiting on their replies. Any advice or idea will be appreciated. Although, don't think we can do a whole lot, even though the clock is ticking.

Seems that there are a lot of these issues, sent my pixel Xl on the 18 th of October. Same boat. The good news is we now have 50 days from the time we received our Pixel 2 XL

Left an email with Apto Solutions, explaining the need for them to get the phones from the post office as they cannot be delivered during their hours. I explained it might be a lot of phones and people are getting upset.
Also left voicemail for them to call me.
I have the exact same delivery delay since the 22nd. Contacted Google twice and was promised a response but nothing, contacted them today and was given the run around but they did say this is an issue affecting many shipments. Guess they weren't lying.
Exact same shipping response here. Will call Google to see what's up. Mine has also said out for delivery 4 days in a row. Didn't give me the closed business until 10/31.
Same here, but this morning, it shows delivered as of yesterday afternoon. Also, keep in mind, it is 30 days from the day you accept delivery of your new device .. not 30 days from the start of the trade in process (at least through 12/31/17).
Through December 31, 2017, Trade-In Period means 30 calendar days from the date You receive a new device that you purchase when accepting the Initial Trade-In Quote through the Websites.
same boat here. mine's been in limbo since the 28th after a failed delivery attempt. no update on the usps website for my shipment since then. fortunately i have a bud who works for the usps so i'm having him get me a more up to date status report. will report back once i find something out.

Spoke with a person at Apto Solutions, they are to advise the person over Google Trade In to contact the post office to get the phones from the Post Office or arrange delivery.
I was also told the phones are coming in by the 1000's and that they are being picked up by Apto.
I have a bad feeling about this 3rd party Apto...

Mine just finally said delivered today.
Mine's finally shows delivered yesterday. However, so far, no received notification from google. No change in Trade-in section of Google Store either.

Google is trusting a company in my region at least that isn't trustworthy enough to be open when the USPS tries to deliver peoples +/- $650.00 phones for a trade in. Trade in for $150 in my case and the tracking lookup says it's insured for $50. That is not enough if they lose or break my 6P that I was using successfully the day I wiped it and sent it to them.

I contacted Google about this same problem. My delivery was also in delivery limbo for 3-4 days until it finally arrived at the company doing the trade-ins. I asked about the value and they said your initial quote is what you will get as long as you sent it in with inthe 30 day period. 30 days being from the time you receive your Pixel 2 XL from Google. She also called the 3rd party company and informed me that they are very behind and it will take about 2 weeks~ for them to assess the trade in and apply the credit. Then it will take however many days it takes for your financial institution to credit your account. All we can really do is just wait as we are at the mercy of Google. My Pixel XL is in mint condition if they ding me I definitely will not deal with the Trade-In next year. Swappa probably will be faster and easier and probably will make the same or close to it.
No, the problem is with the entity that isn't even open for normal hours. Post office tried to deliver for us.
Yep, I thought alphabet was such a large corporation that they could handle the logistics of all this. I won't do the trade in with them ever again either.

Anyone order on 11/21 or 11/22 and have their dispatch/ delivery time be 9-10 days with the faster shipping option? That seems ridiculous.
Its probably because of the huge backorder on phones. OnePlus announced that they smashed their record of purchases with the 5T in 6hours from the Pre-order time. Meaning that they have less of a supply than demand, so expect to wait a bit. Once they get another batch of phones, I'm sure your dispatch time will be shortened. I ordered on 11/21 and my dispatch time is 11/29
My order was estimated delivered 29th but I have the phone on hand already

That's not how it works. Paying for priority shipping does not mean your order gets put at the front of the line. It means that once the order is processed it will have a quicker shipping method used during transport, a tracking number, etc.
I ordered on 21/11 and o have received next-day morning before 11 am, because I choosed 50rs extra for fast delivery

This is getting a little amusing with the Black Friday thing that is up on the OP site right now. So they have free shipping and discounted accessories only on launch day, with Black Friday sales coming literally 3 days later. So instead of just leaving those in place through the weekend, they do it for one day, and then have the people who didn't buy it on day 1 have to wait a week to even have it shipped. I feel like the OP5 was handled better than this. None of this seems to make sense from a marketing perspective. I also hate my backup phone, so that's part of it.

OnePlus broke their own record for day one sales. It's their best launch to date. Of course the dispatch date is going to get a bit delayed. They are fulfilling and shipping orders as fast as they can. Folks who decided to wait should be cognizant of the fact that if they did not pull the trigger and get up early to order as soon as it went live, then there was a potential wait until the initial surge died down.
To me it makes good sense - get day one surge in s
Sales, then get another surge just three days later on Black Friday. Each with their own incentives on those days to lure potential customers/sales surges twice in one week. To me that seems to make the most sense from a marketing perspective. Just my opinion though...
Luckily mine will be here tomorrow (24th). I ordered on launch day (like 9:10am!). I chose the $9.99 expedited shipping option because if I didn't it would have arrived after the weekend (like 11/27 or 11/28). That would have sucked.
Expedited shipping is essentially that. Faster shipping, not faster processing or dispatching.

I second this.. They have always been very very late, and always with the same excuse of being over loaded with orders.. DONT TAKE ORDERS IF YOU CANT FULFILL IT..
They refused to refund me in previous orders, simply they say you can't cancel after few hours of placing the order, but they CAN be late with no one questioning them..
I'll admit that I've had issues with getting my items delivered in a timely manner, but it still always comes.Two weeks ago I filed a warranty claim with them because I accidentally peeled a huge chunk off and it was approved so I just had to pay $6 for shipping and processing and haven't heard back yet after making the payment.
It sucks because their wraps are pretty good and easy-ish to install. lol
I can agree. Whenever they have a huge sale posted expect not to get your stuff for at least 2-3 weeks.

Yeah I will never order from slickwraps. 1st and last order took almost a month.
I get mine from eBay with sopiguard. Order one for every phone and it's here within a few days.
After opening a case with paypal they also did not react for a week or so. Then they offered a tracking ID to another part of the country to another name / address to delay, I suppose. Personally, I will stay away from them.

Used to purchase skins from both dbrand and Slickwraps. Don't face any major issue with both of them.
The last skins bought from Slickwraps was for note9, during Christmas holiday, slightly slower processing time than it used to be but not an issue.

I have been using slickwraps since oneplus 2 never had any issues with the product or shipments, although they can take a little more time when they have any discount sales going on. "Ripping off" indicates they will take your money and won't send anything in return, i guess that's not the case here.
I ordered 2 items back in April from #Slickwraps, got an email on 4/22/19 my order has shipped....and has not arrived yet. All tracking says they are in Kansas and have been there since 4/22/19. I ordered a custom skin from #Skinit on Saturday and it is in transit now. Arrival should be tomorrow. I don't know what is up with #Slickwraps but I think I am done with them.
Can't go wrong with PhantomSkinz.

Yeah, I bought my first slickwrap for my s10+. Took 8 days to ship, but I was ok with that. However the wrap itself did not fit my phone around the whole edge. The camera cutout was fine, but both wraps were too large. It was a waste of money in my opinion.

Yup I ordered two different ones for my opo 7pro. Said 4-6 business days to ship. Was like 3 weeks like you said and I also filed a PayPal claim for both hope they get us our money back!
