Problem with software ArrQw - Philips, Sony, TCL Android TV

Hello my friends.
Please help me.
I have an Android system screen (arrqw ro-58lps),
but the problem with me is that the system is not approved by Google, and entertainment applications such as Netflix do not work because the system is not approved by Google.
I contacted the company's technical support and they asked to send the screen to them to fix it as the problem is software.
But it will take a lot of time for them.
Can you help me with a Google certified software for this screen (arrqw ro-58lps)

Connection Setup Status

For those of you who are waiting on HTC to re-release Connection Setup so that you can unlock. Bad news. Looks like they don't have a solid time on when they will put it back to market. Good news is it seems like it is important to them and it doesn't appear that it was pulled due to its use in unlocking.
HTC [email protected] to me

Dear Mathew XXXXXXXXX,
I understand the HTC Connection Setup application is delisted from the Marketplace and this is impacting your testing. I know how important it is to be able to configure MMS settings and I will be happy to assist. There is currently an issue that can cause a customer to not have 3G data access after updating to Windows 7.5 (Mango) if they have the connection setup application installed, then update the device. While we can help a customer resolve this issue, I suspect the application was pulled to reduce the number of people who experience this issue and I do not have an ETA for its return.
I am sure the app or an equivalent will return because to my knowledge you still cannot self-configure the MMS settings which is necessary for some users, so they would need the app to do this.
To send a reply to this message or let me know I have successfully answered your question log in to our ContactUs site using your email address and your ticket number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
Sincerely,
Douglas

Anyone happen to have a status update on the app? I switched from t-mobile to simple mobile and it sucks so bad that i cannot send pictures.....any help would be greatly appreciated

From me
This is not a rare hardware issue as a lot of the android community have this problem. A factory reset or clearing the apps data in the setting app also causes this issue. This leads me to suspect that the app changes the files in the phone or lock your google account from using it with the phone. Not making it a hardware issue at all.
Like google music which wasn't released to out side of the US for a wile, but worked fine in the UK, this is the same with Google Wallet. When I buy a £500 phone that I am told I can use as a credit card I expect it to be enabled. I understand that only few places in the UK support this option, but I still don't want Google to limit this.
Please get back to us with a fix to this issue because a large amount of android community are very disappoint in Samsung and google due to this problem. Some first, and last, time android users.
when the error message appeared on the app I was told to contact google wallet support. One of your advisers then told me to contact the manufacture. Personally I agree with the apps advise about contacting your selfs as it was your app that broke my phone.
I went to your support forum and no contact number, help files to anything else was available to help me. Please change this as I had to spend time then searching through different forums on the subject for the contact number.
Sincerely
Luke Pring, LukeMovement Android (Market) App Developer

Fixed! Samsung perks issues

OK,I bought my device in mid November for Xmas gift. Since the beginning of the year, I decided to use one of the perks. Low and behold I am charged. I try to contact the company involved and they say that they only provide a limited trial. But Samsung states the trial period is much longer. I contacted Samsung abouot my issue, and wonder what I was not sent during my registration. I own many Samsung devices and have had my account since late 2008. So I know my account registered the device and should have had some details in regards to perks. The only thing I got was a one time webpage with a Google play code for my credits, everything else was just unlinked information for all new subscribers to the perks.
Has anyone dealt with perks and have any ideas to resolve such issues? I don't want to be charged for something I am trying out.
Possible fix
Well, I finally an answer back from the second point of contact... they stated that they normally don't support tablet but offer support through phone service. Any way now I must call Samsung support to run through the issue one more time, so they can figure out what to do.
Some head way
OK, got done with my call to Samsung.
I learned not to register the device through your Samsung account devices page. I have many Samsung items through the years, as I had learned it is easy to go and register that way.
The proper link is http://www.samsung.com/us/register-for-your-galaxy-perks/#note-8 for the Note 8.0
Also for some odd reason they want a google email account, which I never had until after registering. Take note that if you have an existing Samsung account, the email address needed for registration completion is your gmail email address.
I wish web developers had a brain, this is not the first time I have seen such a broken way cross linking account information, just annoys the krappa out of me.
Now to fix the issue with Samung Link unable to fetch account authentication information with my Samsung account. Yes, I deleted and recreated the Samsung account many many times. Just another annoying issue. (
While waiting...
OK, while I had some time, I fixed my Samsung link issue... had to make it a system app. Samsung loaded PS Touch, and Samsung Link need to be kept as system apps. Though most of all the system apps can be removed and side loaded for Google Play to manage install/removal processes. I prefer it that way for reloads and memory management outside of using Titanium Backup. The less utilities to perform tasks the better. Somebody should do a right up on using built in function to perform most all needs, instead of finding more apps to do what you can do on your own and without rooting.
I doubt I'll ever fix the Video Hub issue... seems that it is getting info from Samsung servers about the device. If the device does not match the white list at the authentication server, your a no go at getting content. At one time the Note 8.0 was in the white list, now it looks like it is region select and will check firmware along with device.
I have an app to fake the ID and location, but Video Hub is not a concern just an odd app that has some interesting features that go beyond google play hardware requirements.
Woopie! )
Samsung got me my perks rewards resent to my email address. The Google account that I had to make since I did not use goodle before owning the Note 8.0.
Now I am going to redo my account on which I paid a months subscription, so I can apply my perks.

Security policy prevents use of camera

So , after about 1 year of absence from XDA developers platform here I'm again. Today I had this " never seen before weird issue " when I tried to capture a cute Chameleon and out of the blue I had a pop-up saying " Security policy prevents use of camera ! "
It' weird since I disabled " auto update security policy " a long time ago to avoid such problems but here I'm facing it. As it's said " Expect the unexpected ".
For the record , I have an outlook account on my device used in galaxy store , Bixby and adobe premiere pro.
yesterday , I sent an email to my bank complaining about some issues related to my declared salaries using the outlook acount mentioned above.
And today , none of the camera or microphone works !
did some researches online and found out that samsung is responsible for this.
I bought my phone second hand and used. therefore , I don't wanna email samsung and complain about this problem. I'm afraid my phone was obviously stolen and if I submit a complaint they might blacklist it once and for all.
is there any way that I can fix this problem ? any workaround would be appreciated , guys.
My phone is running android 10 beta 3.
Security policy app / package is no longer is no longer available under my apps tab. Also the option to update security policy has vanished from biometrics and security.
please help me out guys.
Zack.

I'm not sure that I have a solution, but why didn't you try to install the official firmware with the latest security patch ? After all you're running a beta software which is no longer maintained.

Question Critical Bug found affecting Google Pay purchases on Pixel Phones

I have found a nasty bug with my Pixel 6 Pro and Google Play. The bug currently makes it, so any purchases done through Google Play (including in-app purchases) don’t require authentication or biometric prompt even though both options to ask for biometric and ask to authorize every purchase enabled. They all get bypassed.
Here what I mean:
The main configuration page:
https://imgur.com/Xkw4Ssb
Purchases authentification:
https://imgur.com/BK8mzcQ
I have able to replicate that issue three times. I’ve factory reset phone and only kept the bare minimal. And every time I add my Mastercard credit card to my Google Pay, it makes it bypassing all security measures. So, my kids could take my phone and make my wallet cry. But what is strange is my debit card was added and it never did that bug. Mastercard asks to call the bank and authorize your phone. As soon as my card becomes active, the bug is back.
I’ve tried to contact Google about this issue, but I’ve had no one answering me. I don’t know what else to do. Anyone can verify, and see? Three other people confirmed the bug to me so far and they all Pixel phones (5, 4a, 6 pro). I have a video too, but I need to blur it out and I need a software for that
Phone: Pixel 6 Pro
App: Google Pay
Card: Mastercard
Good find! I hope you report it to google
I've reported it to Google Play, Google Pay, Pixel Hardware and Google general update and I've got yet a proper answer. Everyone just pass the puck asking me to do many things I've done regardless of me saying I've Factory reset without backup restore which is the shotgun approach.
I want to see if this issue is more widespread. I need more sample data. But I don't understand how it could be a problem only affecting me and not other users...
bHello, I have a similar problem I think. when I add my MasterCard card to Google play Impossible to complete the configuration it blocked the validation of the cardHello, I have a similar problem I think. when I add my MasterCard card to Google play Impossible to complete the configuration it blocked the validation of the card

That is an entirely different problem. It can happen due to a host of reasons. Maybe your mastercard provider doesn't support Google Pay, maybe you used a VPN, maybe GPay didn't like your IP. It can sometimes be difficult to add cards to GPay. You are not rooted, are you? That makes GPay a bit more complicated.
m the card works great of course my other devices so i assume it is from the pixel

Currently with three tickets open, at Google Play, Google Pay and Google Hardware. All of them are giving me the same answer. Yet, I show video of the bug, they ignore it. I would appreciate if there were people here that can try and test this issue.
Else... I don't get how it could only affect me when my phone is factory fresh and has only a Mastercard credit card added to Google Pay.
Ticket was escalated higher, sent a bug report to Google. Awaiting more info on this bug.
If anyone here could try it on their Pixel phone, it would be appreciated.
From my findings.
Everything updated, Android 12, Google Play up to date
Google Pay with one credit card activated (in my case Mastercard)
Make a purchase of a cheap app. You can get it refund for free if it's the first time you buy it.
You will never get prompted for the authentication.
Thanks guys

Print authorisation required for me.
Pixel 6 Pro with Feb update...
disregard this message, sent without quoting or reply.
Follow-up, Google has been making me go back and forth with basic troubleshooting. I've got yet an answer to this bug. I'm trying to find more people with this same issue but seems I'm the only crazy one out here. *sigh*
To be continued!

Yes I do.
So. Google support is not doing anything and just ignoring my plea. I've end up with a RMA. Factory sealed phone. Up to date. No restore. Stock OS and only enter my card in Google Pay.
Bam. As soon as I do this. All purchases go thru without any authentication. Straight purchase.
I'm getting really tired by the lack of urgency on this matter from Google. This opens up a lot of issues for phone users with kids and also opens up a lot of room for accidental in-app purchases...
Anyway to go further with this issue ? This is insane. I can reproduce the issue everytime and all I'm getting from Google are emails saying. Hey, sync your accounts

Hit up some of the Android news sites like AndroidPolice and 9to5Google and contact the writers. I would bet they will write some articles on it.
