Rooting disadvantages?

Model: LG-H815
S/N: 602
My motivation to root is, to enjoy the full features of AdBlock, Greenify, ViPER4Android, and also play around with Xposed framework.
What are the disadvantages?
Will I stop receiving updates to the operating system?
I can't use the stock Camera app?
If on marshmallow you will need to unlock your bootloader which (according to LG) will void your warranty.
Rooting alone won't stop you from getting updates (although installing them will unroot you), and won't stop you from using stock camera as before.
Probably won't be able to use instant payment banking apps.

can i install any roms without root on my mi-max?

Hello.
Can I install any roms without a rooting on my mi-max?
I don't like bloated apps on my mi-max.
So I tried to use Debloter 3.90, but it didn't work.
I have considered to try to root my mi-max to erase all bloat apps, but I don't want to root my phone too.
All banking apps from Korea are working only on the phone what have been unrooted.
So... my questions are...
1st: Can i install any roms without a rooting on my mi-max? and will it work correctly?
Because of the reason that I wrote above, I don't want a pre-rooted rom.
On any pre-rooted rom, I will never can use any banking apps even if I try to unroot.
2nd: If I can't, Is there any app replacing Debloter 3.90?

Why do/dont i have to root my phone

Hi all.
First, sorry about my english.
Second, I come from op3t and until this phone i've rooted all my phones.
I got op5t for a year almost and still didnt make it rooted.
I want to know the postivie things about root and the negative things about root.
I mean like... Does it help for less battery darin and etc.
Thanks
About the only reason I personally root is for adaway. For me there is no downside as I can still use banking and NFC payment apps.
I can't use my phone without root.
Root is necessary to completely block ads in whole rom.
Then you can theme your system with substratum
Which is best part & most beautiful thing of root.
Oos is basically root ready.. so have it.
Or you can just stay as you are with unaware to alot of things.
Some banking apps detect the root and does not work.? What is the best possible method to hide the root from those apps?
if only battery optimised is what you need, try custom kernel or wakelock app, you don't really need root for those needs

Is there anything you want to do with your phone that you can't do because you aren't rooted? If yes watch a couple of guides on how to backup and root your phone. If no don't root.

How to hide unlocked bootloader?

I want to unlock my device(Redmi Note 5 Pro) bootloader and flash a custom ROM, but the problem is that a lot of streaming and payment apps that I use almost daily can detect the bootloader is unlocked. These apps either don't work or stream at low quality. Is there a way to hide the bootloader status from these apps?
PS: The apps are Prime video, Hotstar, HOOQ, Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, etc

I do not know, honestly. You can, for example, in the settings, put an automatic ban on requests for issuing root rights to applications ...
Flash custom kernel.

Question Bloatware that is safe to uninstall?

Which apps/bloatware can I uninstall?
This question have been asked few million times. Search here, on Xda or experiment yourself. To reinstall deleted package try:
adb shell
cmd package install-existing --user 0 <PACKAGE_NAME>
Check out this thread:

It is for the X3 NFC, but it should be really close to the F3 anyway because both run MIUI 12

U need to root your phone to uninstall bloatware because bloatwares are usually pre installed on the devices and pre installed apps can only be installed with the root

Rooting your phone allows you to completely remove bloatware by installing a ROM without bloatware, yes. However, you do not need to root your phone to be rid of almost all of the bloatware that is installed on the Xiaomi global ROM. Using the XiaomiADBFastbootTools for example, you can get rid of almost all pre-installed apps, without having to root your device.

Ok that is true but they say it will come back after a factory reset

Yes they will, which is an excellent feature. I myself am thinking about returning my phone, having to only do a factory reset saves me a lot of time, rather than manually re-enabling all of the apps I removed.

You just need unblocked bootloader, not root (and sometimes you don't even ubl). You will loose your root after installing new ROM
