Hello. Which roms support long runtime and fast charging?
It offers 1 day use in the rom I set.The original rom was used for 4 days.
I am also looking for a fast charging rom.

Hi, I spend the last 3 hours looking for more
information about the snq/CM battery charge fix.
I am using teppics rooted stock rom and the fallens kernel.
whith charger connected my battery decharges till 90% and then fill up to 100% again.
Sibere has made a battery charge fix kernel wich trickle charge
the battery is full but with possible damage to battery on the long run.
There is another battery charge fix made by CM / snq wich decharges to
99% and charges again to 100% wich I like to use, but I can't find
anything about it apart from that it is used in Couts99 kernel.
Can anyone point me to the right direction how to get this snq mod (flash
a new kernel wich is compatible with teppics pre rooted stock rom.)

I flashed coutts kernel and it works perfect, always charged 100% in the morning now.
Still, anyone has a link to the dev thread of the battfix self?

Hello everyone, I own a Galaxy Gio and since I rooted and installed custom roms on it I started having problems with the battery and with battery charging. It takes about 30 minutes to "fully charge" and then it discharges in about 5 hours. Before rooting I had no problems with the battery and I could go for 2 days with a charge, now I charge is twice a day. Has anyone had this problem before?Do you think that if I go back to stock it will help?thanks in advance!

got it to but the best way of fully charging is turning the device of and let it charge when it says 100% taking it out and change for some minutes again (thats the charge bug with some devices ) and you need a rock solid stock rom for good battery cm9/7/10 eats more ram

Can you guys tell me is there any option to fast charge this amazing tablet.Getting sick of waing each time 3 hours or like 5/6 hours while gaming.Had this option enabled by kernel feature on my old s3 but cant seems to find this in tablet kernels as a feature as if noone being bothered by this.Sooo any solution?
Buying new charger and increase the current by 2A or more will be much helpfull.
Busted my Moto, had to fall back to my trusty E980...
I can't use CM based ROMs because I rely heavily on BT and camera and both are a bit wonky in CM...
I've got a setup right now that I'm happy with (Henry Pham's excellent ROM) + Xposed, but it still charges pretty slow. I'm using a powerful charger- an Aukey 40W 8AMP (2.4a per port) and decent USB cables... my LG still takes far longer than my other devices to charge.
So, is there a 5.0.x ROM that does NOT charge super slow? Or is there a kernel or patch I don't know about?
You might have to enable quick charging. In my SlimLP the option is in Kernel Adiutor app, in battery settings. Before that, the phone could take only 500mA, but with that enabled - 1500mA.
How old is your battery? That can contribute...
this rom charges to fast, the faster one i've knew but the battery drains as fast as charges, is there a fix for this problem?

Don't forget t consider buying a new battery. The zero lemon's ones are really good.

How about just using the regular not fast charger with strength (A) that you prefer? With stock 2A rated charger charging takes 3h & cuple of minutes (if you don't use the phone). Guess even 1A charger should be sufficient for charging it over night but it will take about 6h for full recharge.

It's possible in kernel & not by user but opposite to you most blocks around hire will actually want to have it enabled. So just using preferred charger actually best fits all, besides slow ones are really cheap this day's & most people have them from their older phones.
