Can't record video at all. No radio, too - Samsung Galaxy A50 Questions & Answers

Heya there, I have this a505G which is giving me headaches. Since my sister bought it, everything worked but video record function. Photos work well, even hyperlapses and slowmo sometimes but if I try to record a good ol' video, it just gets stuck in there. No counter begins, but I can take photos from the button in the right. Stop and pause do nothing to help. The phone came with android 10.
What I tried:
·Cache clearing. Data clearing. Factory reset.
·Alternative cameras, Open Camera and Footej
·Flashing 3 different sammobile firmwares, all android 10 (only ap slot)
·Flashing 1 android 9 sammobile firmware (ap+bl since android 10 bl didnt let me flash android 9 system) And now I cant unlock bootloader weeee
·Patting the phone really gentlemanly with a battle axe
·Crying to google to find no one has ever crossed upon this problem in this device
Any ideas?
PD:When I try to use the radio which sometimes after a lot of patting detects my earphones are indeed connected, it says something between the lines of "radio cannot be turned on while the camera is in use"

Camera, Netflix, YT, and Flashlight Apps Crash on my VZW GNex

I RMA'd my first GNex last August with a cracked screen, the one I got back had some problems:
Camera App crashes. Sometimes on startup, other times after a few seconds, and occasionally it doesn't crash until after I've been able to take a full photosphere, but usually the first two. It shows force close screen.
Netflix crashes after a few seconds to a few minutes. It does not show a force close screen, it just restarts the app.
Youtube won't load videos and when it does, it gives an error after a few seconds or minutes.
All flashlight/torch apps crash either on startup or after a few seconds.
I got tired of this, and didn't want to deal with Verizon's ****ty RMA service again, and since it seemed like it could be a software problem, I chose to root it and try to fix it with a custom ROM. I flashed CM9 and the problem persisted. Thinking it was too late to go back, I've just dealt with it until like a week ago.
Then I heard that a 4.2 update was coming to the VZW GNex, and returned to stock using this method (Would hyperlink, but don't have post count. It's the first result when you google, "Return to Factory State (Unroot and Relock) site:rootzwiki.com" without quotes. I flashed the JB files). Shockingly, the camera, Netflix, YouTube, and flashlight apps worked. However, when the 4.2 update came along, it broke everything again.
So that brings me to my questions:
Does anyone know of any way to fix this? Preferably without rerooting, but I'm still up for that if necessary.
Would I still be under warranty if I followed the linked method for unrooting?
EDIT: I'd also like to add that music playback is interrupted when either the camera or the flashlight app crashes.

I'm already stock...
To reiterate: About a week ago I unrooted and flashed a stock 4.1 rom that fixed everything. When I got the OTA update to 4.2 everything broke again.
I also just did this, and it worked for a minute or so, but the apps are back to crashing now.

Clicking noise when playing back a video

I am having an issue with videos recorded on my LGG4. During playback on the phone or uploaded to Facebook, there is a constant clicking noise that can be heard over any recorded sound on every video. I have tested several different recordings and all are the same. Here is a short sample that you can listen too...

Bad phone or is there a easy fix?
Hi. I have the same playback issue on my G4. I tried recording with Google Camera and I had no problem, no weird sounds or whatever. I guess this happens only when using the stock camera app. Mine is updated to MM v20a.
Hi, same problem here. That's the second exchange with amazon, the first one had display issues (random white noise on the right half of the display) this one has the clicking noise during video recording on the left channel. Seems like it's related with the wifi module: disabling it the clickning noise disappears, but the audio recording is still bad compared to the previous g4 i returned to amazon.

I have the same issue. Strange that everything is fine when using different app. Looks like firmware problem ? Did you sort it out ? I have just updated my phone to Android 6.0 v20c .
guys, can you try turn off wifi then record video , do you still have clicking sound ?
if u use a case, try record without the case.
Hi. I have switched my wifi off and I did not notice any changes. Still I can hear clicking noise. I do not use any cases. Strange that everything is fine when I using google camera open app... I found out that lots of people noticed the same issue. It cannot be hardware problem...
I have the same problem, but ONLY and ONLY if wifi is on, i get clicking sound in stock camera WITH wifi on, in other apps i dont have it, but when i turn it OFF , clicking sound is gone... even when i record video and during recording i turn of wifi, sound instantly dissapears, for me it's the wifi problem, i can upload video if you dont belive me
I have the same clicking noise with or without wifi on. I did not notice any issues when using open google camera app. Looks like it is stock camera app fault ?

clicking sound comes near earpiece.what default camera does is that it records audio from secondary mic which is near earpiece.whereas 3rd party camera womt use secondary mic.that too clicking sound will come more when wifi/bluetooth is ON.
Same here, and clicking goes away with WiFi off.
Wanted to ask, did anybody return and got a replacement device based on this? Or even had it fixed by service?
I mean, are there devices that don't have this problem? Cause if there are, then it's a valid warranty/service request.
I have got my mother board replaced.

Was that the only problem it had? And is the problem gone now?
We purchased one of these in December and there was no issue with the phone. We had to return the phone for another reason and when we got it back it was updated to the latest version of Android Marshmellow (It was on Lollipop when it left) and the clicking was there. We also noticed a minor reduction in photo quality, not something I can put a finger on it, but when we first got it the photos were awesome, now they are not so clear, colourful, sharp.
Edit:
We sent it back for repair again due to the clicking and when we got it back (last night) nothing changed, it still makes the same noise.
I can stop the clicking but I have to turn off Wifi, Data and bluetooth and then it seems to go away.
As I'm new to Android I'm hesitant to see if I can take it back to Lollipop and see if it stops the problem.
What version of software are you on?
Does turning off Wifi, Data, Bluetooth help? Or does it just reduce the sound?
Do the pictures seem less then what a camera with these specs should have?
Marshmallow v20d. Yes turning off things makes the clicking go totally away. Can't comment on picture quality change, as I updated to marshmallow as soon as I got it.
Had mine sent two times in less than a month, on its way to the third this week.
First time was sent with this audio problem and battery swelling. They replaced the battery and the charging connectors, but said they could not reproduce the earpiece clicking noise during their tests, despite the fact that I had included in the phone a video example showing the problem, clear instructions on how to replicate the problem and the shop lady confirming - in writing - that she had tested and confirmed that there was a clicking noise problem. Problem was, when I received the phone from the first repair I was unable to test whether the audio problem was gone or not because they changed the last account associated to the phone, completely blocking me from accessing it and verify if the audio problem as still present.
Sent back a second time on the same day, with even more clear details on how to reproduce the audio problem - since they failed to reproduce the first time, I assumed it was still there - returned after a simple software upgrade and I was able to finally enter the phone. Came home, tested with WiFi (store's wifi was down) and the audio problem was still there, completely unchanged.
Tested without SIM (in case LTE/GSM etc. could be causing interference with WiFi), tested without SDCARD (at this point I was just trying to see what they did to NOT replicate the problem) and tested with 5GHz wifi, in case the problem was only with 2.4GHz bands. No change, the audio problem was always there.
After reading this thread, and other threads in different forums, I am certain that this is a hardware problem and I will demand that the store tech writes in the warranty sheet that he confirmed the problem, along with a very detailed step-by-step instruction guide to replicate the problem, video example included inside the phone and a link to video example hosted only for them to hear clearly what the problem is, just in case they fail to understand the obvious (https://youtu.be/oZOb8tIl5lw). Finally, I'm going to contact LG directly to report this situation and to take action if the incompetent brand techs fail to replicate and fix the problem yet again.
The only good part about all this is that they have been really fast, no more than week and a half (weekends included) for both "repairs".
NFC was the issue on my android Nokia 3
I have a brand new Nokia 3 running android 7.1.1
It also has the problem of audio clicks on video recordings. THE PROBLEM IS NFC. When NFC is disabled the clicks go away. Not impressed with a 2017 smartphone model having thus issue. Though Nokia probably have the Microsoft bug curse
I have the same problem with my 2016 LG G4. I sent my phone to LG Service and they replaced my speaker obviously not resolving the problem... now I'm sending it back again.

Camera issue or phone broken?

I've got the "cannot connect to camera" issue since last summer, but I can still use the camera if I reset my phone once or twice. It became seriously day by day until now, I cannot activate my camera completely. "Flashlight" shows gray in top menu (but flashlight hardware is fine), Google Camera will FC after few seconds I open it.
I saw many threads in XDA and Chinese forums, tried safe mode, factory reset, wipe all data and even flash factory images, relock bootloader by following those instructions but nothing helps. I don't know why because I didn't do anything to my phone and it just naturally became like this. Except for the camera, all the hardwares and softwares as well as functions are working properly, no signs of getting worse.
I'm not sure the camera module or the motherboard has broken or not, anyone still have any ideas to fix this?

LG G3 Touch Feedback and System Sound not working

Hello XDA,
I have reviewed everything that is out there on the internet and have not been able to resolve my issue.
I have LG G3 Rogers version, unlocked, never rooted. It used to work fine before. I started noticing my Youtube videos from the app stopped playing giving an error message (Error code is different every time) Youtube videos from the browser play but without sound, Instagram videos/live streams/stories (anything that has sound; IG videos with no sound when posted by the user works fine) stopped playing, spotify wouldn't play music but the timer of the track would keep going. This is with headphones, without headphones. Doesn't matter. Then when I restart my phone, the issue is completely fixed, for some time until it starts again. The way I know it will mess up is my pattern unlock sound goes out first. Then my lock sound and eventually certain key taps are not recognized. But again, when I restart the phone, everything is fine. I use Action Launcher 3, I've tried without it. I have factory reset my phone and I am running Marshmallow.
Any ideas? Much appreciated.
Thank you.

If you have been using it for more than three years in a row, The android version wears out... (gets old)...
you might have to check for system updates or (in rare cases (or) you cannot tolerate kinda case) you can flash another rom on your LG G3.
Android ROMs give you a better battery life (which also eventually wears out after three years of usage) and better performance...
Hello,
I got a new battery about 6 months ago so not so worried about that part. Is there any to troubleshoot and deduce what could be causing this issue?
Hello,
Quick update: I have not had any issues with the phone for about 2-3 days now. I had pattern unlock set on my device with rain dew drops as the dots. Since I've removed the dew drops, this issues has stopped. Currently I have knock code set on as screen lock. I will now try pattern unlock again, but with basic dots only to see if this occurs again. Keep you posted.

Oneplus 5t choppy preformance after update

So i got the phone a year ago it worked flawlessly until patch 9.0.11 hit it literally crippled the phone to the point where even the boot screen is slow motion.
the interesting is that all sensors work fine audio playback is perfect but video is not at all even the camera lags.
I have tried everything even sending it to one plus, they wanted 450usd to fix it.
its right now on stock everything with an unlocked boot-loader
i have a screen recording if it see below

450 USD for a 3 year old phone. ?
It isn't worth it .
If you can't live with these bugs. Buy a new phone.
Otherwise try Gcam .
Hello, I've looked at your video and I really don't see what's wrong because the whole vidoe is laggy.. Here is what I would do: you have to probably go through your apps and delete some apps which are draining a lot of memory, then you have to boot to recovery mode and delete cache there, then download app SD Maid Pro ( you can buy it or you can find a cracked version of it somewhere on the internet). Then run the app and let it auto force close and delete app cache from all of your apps (you have to change your phone language to english for this to work. I yesterday received a new update for Android 10 so maybe wait and update it to new Android and see if your problem is gone. Good luck [emoji1696]
