Dam that is such a disappointing changelog... There's so many basic issues with MIUI and they chose to "FIX" 5 "Problems" that really doesn't matter... Such a shame..

Probably not, Google doesn't allow call recording since Android 9.
It's not Xiaomi's decision I believe, on China ROM it's still present.
You can switch to xiaomi.eu as it's on Chinese base, or root and install call recording app.

So what's your explanation, Xiaomi is only annoying it's non Chinese ROM customers?
There's even an online petition to bring it back: https://www.change.org/p/google-inc-google-bring-call-recording-back-to-android-9
Google the subject and you'll find many articles about this subject.
It's the only logic explanation why Xiaomi stopped call recording on global ROM, except for Indonesian ROM, so it's probably something legal or Xiaomi was instructed by Google.
China, India, Indonesia ROM all have Mi Apps with Call recording and call waiting
EU, MI , RU are using Google Apps

There's a magisk module compiled by a guy called "Ko-hi" that you can use to install the Xiaomi dialer/contacts and messaging. This way you can get call recording back.

Xiaomi has nothing to do with the removal of dialler and the messaging app. Since June 2019 the EU has forbidden call recording apps/diallers for privacy reasons so they are just obeying the law. It's annoying since we all got used to MIUI dialler but the only solution I know is unlocking bootloader and custom ROM/ Xiaomi.eu . I don't even care about call recording, I just hate Google dialler and messaging app.

There wouldn't be an included one I don't think, afaik Samsung are the only ones who do that. Never tried it though tbh
I've had good results with Taskbar and 2nd Screen.

It is very easy to enable Desktop mode in Oneplus 9 pro, just watch the video for the steps. I'll drop the link below,
I tried to downgrade to Android 10 in my Realme 6 pro by official methods but when I try it says 'the current version is newer than the installed version'. This method is working fine with some other Realme devices but not mine. I real reason I want to downgrade my Realme 6 pro is because I can't unlock bootloader in Realme ui 2.0 yet. The official "in-deth testing app" isn't optimized for Android 11 yet. Do provide me some solutions please!
I am a Realme 6 Pro user as well and updating my phone to Realme ui 2.0 (with Android 11) was a huge regret as my phone is unusable since then- I can't unlock or dial calls or perform ANY action on my phone due to the touch screen not working at all so I tried factory resetting it but its back to android 11 again and same issue prevails. Hi i try everything and NOva is buggy on Android 11 on realme 7 - i saw thread about that year ago on reddit on other devices Nova was to not wrotking properly - on every start of the phone i start with stock laucnher than it switches to Nova, u know how to fix this?
I flashed PixelExperience Plus for begonia 12.1 official rom on my RedMi Note 8 Pro (indian variant). 'Spilt app to top' option in recent apps gives error 'Pixel launcher keeps stopping'. Any fixes for that? Is there any way to use the floating apps in the same way as it is in MIUI other than freeform windows option in developer options? While screen recording this error, I happened to use the screen record feature for the first time after flashing the rom and my phone freezes completely and needs to be restarted.
