Has anyone else noticed lag in FB messenger, such as going to like a message and lag on the pop up emojis or just random lag from out of nowhere?
btw, using S20 Ultra and 120 hertz

When I try to delete SMS threads that are even slightly large (around 50 texts) it lags really badly. If I try to delete threads over about 100 or 200 texts, the phone just stops responding. It'll occasionally ask if I want to force close Handcent, and if I do, Handcent just won't open again, it'll freeze and I'll have to pull the battery. I have had this problem on stock and SkyRaider 2.0.1, but not when I was running CyanogenMod6.
Is this a known problem? Is there a fix?
Did anyone noticed that lately (a month? ) twitter make the phone lags when the app is in background ?
I have sync disabled on Twitter, but after i exit the app with back button as usual, sometimes after a random time I notice the phone start to be slow.. Then if I open quick system info I see that twitter started to constantly use around 5% of cpu
As soon as I swipe it away from the recent apps, the phone back to be smooth as usual
This happening from a month and I find it strange that twitter didn't fix this yet.. It was happening also with stock 4.2, so I don't think it depends from the rom (stock 4.3 actually)
Anyone else noticed it?
This thread is also a warn, if your phone start to lag without reason, try to swipe away twitter from your recent app.
yes these twitter and facebook apps does make the phone lag
I suggest Falcon Pro
that or either use Greenify to freeze the apps
ya, but the phone really get slow after twitter start using cpu in background without reason
I'll try an other app
I use Plume because can't get Falcon Pro to authorize my account(disabled).

-I've been experiencing major lag when I open S Health. It seems like everything is initial
I usually open the app from my Pedometer Widget.
Does anyone know if the lag I'm seeing is normal for S Health?
If you're using another app, what might that be?
I can't find a solution in the web so I am trying it here.
Isn't there a way to properly force 120hz on google maps on a S20 without root? I have no clue what Samsung had done. Especially the app opening and closing animations are horrible. Stutter everywhere. I tried everything including having the newest software and factory resets...
I have a Xperia 5 ii in-house and this device didn't have this problem. It's totally smooth in comparison. I get it that some apps are running on 60 hz to conserve battery life but this is strange. Hopping in and out of the camera app doesn't lag at all although the app is also running in 60hz. Anybody has a solution and can confirm this ugly behavior?
Anyone else having the random, but often enough, issue where you'll be casually scrolling in any app (Facebook, Instagram, Samsung Internet, and others) and suddenly the scrolling speed goes crazy fast and skips through a bunch of stuff so you have to then scroll way back up to see what you missed? I think it started happening with the update to Android 12.
