-I've been experiencing major lag when I open S Health. It seems like everything is initial
I usually open the app from my Pedometer Widget.
Does anyone know if the lag I'm seeing is normal for S Health?
If you're using another app, what might that be?

So out of no where my Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 began lagging pretty bad. I closed all of my open apps and the lag persisted. My ram was at about 86-90% being used at one point, but even when I got it to drop the Lag continued.
Does anyone know why this was happening?? and how to fix it next time it happens?
Install a task manager to see which app or process is using CPU when lagging. Don't pay attention to high RAM usage, that's how Android works,
Reboot the device in Safe Mode and see if it persists.
If you don't know how, hold the power button and long press "Power Offf" and a prompt will appear asking if you want to reboot to Safe Mode.
All 3rd party apps will be disabled (including system app updates I think?)
You can also use WakeLock detector (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.uzumapps.wakelockdetector&hl=cs, http://www.xda-developers.com/andro...one-awake-wakelock-detector-xda-developer-tv/), which monitors the processors and screens wakes by the apps, so you can analyze, if there are any apps, that can potentially cause the problem.
I'm not sure how long I've been having this issue, but Instagram is draining my battery no matter how little I use it. It seems to stay running in the processes and then eventually stosp itself, even though I see no explainable wakelocks. Sometimes, I have to force stop it myself. Clean Master usually notifies me that it's draining battery, so I know it's not me. Anyone else having problems like this?
Yeah, IG is a battery drainer at times.. Happens with both my S3 & S4, but as long as you swipe it from the recent apps it won't drain battery, that's what I've been doing for quite a while.. Can't believe they haven't fixed this yet
Sometimes I'll be using my 5x and typing on the keyboard and notice that the keyboard is slowing down. Then all the apps slow down and start crashing until I eventually have to restart. It's driving me mad!
It seems like it always starts with either scrolling down a lot in chrome or on my keyboard, I can't tell. But SOMETHING is crapping up my memory.
My wife's phone doesn't slow down. She swears that it's because I use MySMS and she doesn't.
QUESTION: How do I find what app is making everything so unstable and kill it?
I'd try BetterBatteryStats or GSam Battery Monitor in order to see which app(s) drain the most battery and thus keeping the phone that busy.

btw, Chrome and Gboard are known for memory hogger/leak. Usually I'll just clean up the cache for both apps.
Helllo there!
Since a long time, I am experiencing issue with push notifications on my device. Especially when an app is not used for few days, the notifications stops appearing from the app. The frequently used app are displaying notifications.
Is it common? Anyone experiencing this? Is there a setting which I can change to get this fixed?
Tired searching the forum but could not find any info.
This was happening when I was running OxygenOS 4.1.6 and even after recently upgrading to Open Beta 20, the problem still exists.
Any info would be helpful.
Thanks!
Turn off the Battery Optimization for the apps... it is part of Android's "Doze" functionality.
I had this issue when I chose "deep clear" in recent app management and cleared the tasks. After switching to "normal clear", and re-starting apps everything started working as normal again.
I can't find a solution in the web so I am trying it here.
Isn't there a way to properly force 120hz on google maps on a S20 without root? I have no clue what Samsung had done. Especially the app opening and closing animations are horrible. Stutter everywhere. I tried everything including having the newest software and factory resets...
I have a Xperia 5 ii in-house and this device didn't have this problem. It's totally smooth in comparison. I get it that some apps are running on 60 hz to conserve battery life but this is strange. Hopping in and out of the camera app doesn't lag at all although the app is also running in 60hz. Anybody has a solution and can confirm this ugly behavior?
