OK guys,my power button is faulty ,and I want to use home button as an alternative ,so here is so far what I've done: on mokee ROM r5 (4.2.2) I installed xposed framework with xposed additions which can remap buttons ,I assigned the power menu to the home button, but now it no longer wakes up the phone.
So how can I restore wake up functionality to it along with new functions?
thanks in advance

maybe, you can use volume up and down buttons for waking up the phone. I think there is an option in settings like that.
Hello guys,
I just unlock bootloader, root with kingroot and replace to superuser using ADB. Currently using Resurrection 6.0.1 ROM.
My problem is before using Resurrection I'm using another custom ROM and facing lock screen freezing frequently, then I started using Resurrection and the freezing problem are back and frequently. It seems that I can slide my screen lock after wake the screen up but if I press volume and power button I can see that it can function perfectly. I need to use yellow button to restart the phone back but after a while the screen keep freezing again.
Is there any permanent fix for this issue?
Thanks guys

Why do you need to open another useless thread when you can ask your questions on the already created ROM thread?
And you are already looking for another Rom...

You should root with magisk. It is up to date, and it is made to support these newer versions of android. Reboot to twrp by holding power, home, and volume up simultaneously. You might need to reflash hades.

FYI - To power off you need to hold power & vol- until it turns off (20-30 seconds), not just the power button.
Follow the advice from @SnowFuhrer and let us know how you get on
thank you guys, I let phone discharge but now I made it work, thanks to you guys
I left my phone overnight with a low battery and not charged. The next morning, my home button stopped working. Just my home button and my fingerprint, my back and recent buttons were working fine.
I have been using on-screen buttons since. I have a stock ROM running OxygenOS 9.0.6. I am also not rooted. Thanks to anyone who helps.
you can either backup everything and download an unbrick tool and run it or you can just stick to onscreen nav buttons which i always use because the hardware buttons are overated
I do not have a unlocked bootloader or a custom recovery. And I don't want to reset my phone. Just wanted to know if there was a way to fix this without any modifications. I use my Google pay so I can't root or do anything like that.
well unless you reset your phone there is no other way unless you buy another phone
Ok thanks for all of your help ?
