Samsung Galaxy S9(Exynos) stuck on Logo screen - Samsung Galaxy S9 Questions & Answers

Hi xda forum I'm new here so nice to meet you all.
I'm currently facing issue with rooting my s9 (Exynos).
which is I was trying to root My phone with twrp and simply format data and install all the essential files
such as no-verify-opt-encrypt-6.0-star.zip, RMM Bypass, samsung anti removal 2.4 and supersu or magisk.
After I complete my installation I rebooted the system from twrp.
And I face this problem which was stuck on the samsung galaxy s9 logo and doing nothing.
I forced shut down my s9 and went to download mode to flash new firmware by odin and It cameback nicely
But everytime when I try to root with twrp like I just said my phone just bricked and stuck on the logo.
I tried it about like 4 times fo this and nothing can solve it. I can use my phone without problem without root
but I really want to root my phone are there any solution for this?? please help:crying::crying:

Note 2 stuck in boot screen ...pls help

Hi there,
i had CM 10.3 on my n7100 installed. After the display was broken and a repair service fixed it, they removed everything back to stock and installed the newest firmware with knox. So i tried to remove knox and root again, but after many hours of try and failure with many tutorials and forum posts im out of ideas.
The note 2 is stuck in the first boot screen. I tried to flash cwm in odin in different versions, everytime its stuck in the boot sceen. Same with stock rom.
Emergency repair in kies ends with error. The only thing i still can is to enter download mode.
Please help me. :crying:

[Q] Bootloop, and factory reset is stuck [SOLVED]

My device is rooted with towelroot, I installed supersu afterwards...
before bootloop I installed fontexplorer, and installed few fonts, it asked me to reboot, i rebooted, and now it just bootloop's all the time, LG animation and vibration, I can't get into fastmode, tried all kinds of button combinations..
When I try to factory reset, after pressing yes it shows erasing, and then it's stuck on boot logo, not animation..
Download mode is stuck also, just shows 0% but at least then pc's device manager shows com device found
How to fix this ?
All this happened after I rebooted my phone, before rebooting I installed few fonts with Font Installer ★ Root ★(com.jrummy.font.installer) app
THIS guide will help, you've softbricked, only in this guide you will of course need the dll and tot files for your phone and not Sprint. As long as phone comes on,computer recognizes it, and, it goes into dl mode, you should be good.

That stinks huh?!
I've been using iFont and Fontster from the Play Store without any issues for future reference.

G3s to me are finicky about changing or modifying. I modified one build prop setting, rebooted, same thing as op, mine wasn't bootlooping tho, but stuck on the big red 2 screen. Flashtool is your only friend at this point.

Found similar topic about this.. it's jrummy app again, looks like most of his apps are corrupted..

Wow, I can't believe I fixed it, I thought it's impossible
I just went into download mode and used LG Flash Tool 2014 to flash to stock firmware..

I think I read back when I was unbricking that .KDZ files have to be converted to .tot, to use with this version of Flashtool.
Quick Question
Hey guys,
I am a bit of a rookie with rooting and i have an LG G3 for tmobile. I rooted my phone and had TWRP installed and accidentally attempted to install a software update and it soft bricked my phone. Here is my problem-all of the solutions i am finding for this issue require a PC, and I, unfortunately, am only running on mac software. I have no way to get lg flash on my mac and to make it comparable with my phone. Is there ANYONE who can help me? I am at my wits end and CANNOT believe I was so stupid as not to make a backup flash but I, as per usual, did not think about it at the time. If anyone could help me, I will be forever in your debt.

I believe you can run virtual Windows on a Mac, not sure if it works with Flashtool though.

Why so serious, use bootcamp and install windows 7 directly, and come into my debt.

Unable to boot my rooted LG G3 S (beat), stuck at lg logo.
hello everyone. I recently rooted my lg g3 s (beat) D722K. After a few weeks I was trying to install apps as system apps using ES file explorer for which I had to copy the desired apk in the system/apps directory and restart the phone. it worked for a few apps (which I successfully made sys. apps) but not for a majority of apps . Everything was fine until now . After that I wanted to normally install an apk but the phone was unable to install it showing ' application not installed' . Then I tried to install other apps but got the same result . I decided to reboot my phone but it got stuck on lg logo and won't boot .
I tried to factory reset it using hardware keys but after wiping all the phone data it again got stuck on the same sucking LG logo .
I also tried to update firmware by connecting it to windows(8.1) pc in download mode which didn't work either. The firmware download got stuck at 0% everytime I tried.
please help me in getting out of this issue . I will heartily appreciate any help regarding this issue.
thanks.. in advance.

Hi all !
So two days ago i wanted to update my Sm-t310 to 4.4.2 from the tab itsself, but it wasn't possible, because i had rooted it before. So i tried to remove my root and then something happened and my tab got stuck in firmware upgrade encountered an issue. please select recovery mode in kies & try again charging battery screen.. i looked for solutions with both kies and odin, but they get stuck at 7% while flashing????? Nothing seems to work, i tried it even through the philz recovery mode after wiping cache and deleting cache partition, but it only gets stuck at the boot loop and then when i try to flash it with odin it gets stuck on system.img at about 7%... Since you mentioned that you still have your Philz custom recovery, have you tried flashing a rom. It may or may not work, but it is worth a shot.

[Q] "uncommon" bootloop

I'm sorry if i'ts called "common" by you.
I'm already had experience in flashing with my N7000.
And now i try to flashing my new phone N7105.
But now i had the "boot loop" problem.
And i already tried almost "anything" like :
1. remove ur phone for second then wipe factory, dalvik
2.just like number 1 but add additional wipe cache
3.Wipe all the data and reinstall
4.Install zip with TWRP recovery and CWM recovery.
But still BOOTLOOP.
any advice ??? :crying::crying::crying::crying:
which rom?
just stick with rom install instruction or use stock rom and odin

Ressurection remix 5.1.1

Orion LP 5.1.1
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-2/development-n7105/rom-orionlp-rom-t0ltev1-2-t3161098
and all those can't work ( boot looping )
In the end i flashed kyubi rom based on 4.4.2
http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...bi-rom-v9-lollipop-style-s5-s6-note2-t3109259
and it's working perfectly, is it issue on android lollypop for galaxy note 2 ?
it's my first time rooting & flashing new rom on N7105

You may brick your device lad. .maybe they are no solution other than reformat to stock rom. .because ive never been there. .maybe the problem came from the rom u used. .

it's already hard birck, or try change the battery first, u pressed the power button too long maybe there's a issue on the electricity
or it could be SDS, so common among note 2 users

i think it's can't be SDS, because it's worked perfectly on custom rom that based on 4.4.2
i think i missed something to do before i flashing a 5.1.1 rom
