is there a way to use my pc's internet connection on the tab 3 10.1? at my work the wifi blows. pc has a t1. if i connect it using the usb can i use the pc's t1
thanks
It's not that easy. I don't if any usb to ethernet dongle is available for Samsung tablets.
The best way is buying a cheap mini portable router on ebay under 20$. Then you have your own wifi hotspot.
can i connect the tab 3 to a tv if yes , what cable do i need to buy
The tab 3 8 and 10.1 can connect to a tv through a microUSB 2.0 MHL port and the adapter.
It looks like this: http://www.ebay.com/bhp/micro-usb-to-usb-2-0-adapter
Hello everyone,
i recently got a LG G Pag 10.1 and picked up a otg cable for it, it reads flash drives just fine. i also picked up a inateck hbu3vl3-4 (a 3 port usb 3 hub and gigabit ethernet port) the tablet will not read any of the usb ports or even use the gigabit network. do any of you folks have any ideas on how to get this device to work?
(the same otg cable/hub works on my s4, though the ethernet port does not work on it either)
any help would be great,
Wizeone
I have an old USB-Ethernet adapter. It works with an OTG cable to provide me a wired internet connection. Unlike your device, my adapter is neither an USB hub nor gigabit capable.
I was wondering, is there an USB Ethernet adapter that will work with my Galaxy Tab S 10.5?
Yes I have an Asus USB ethernet dongle and it just works. The dongle was a Transformer Prime accessory but should be pretty standard and works on PCs too without drivers
Thank you for the info. I did some more research yesterday after the post, apparently since my Tab S 10.5 with Verizon has the "Ethernet" menu option so it's ready to go. I plan on getting this: http://www.amazon.com/BobjGear-Ultr...21242176&sr=8-1&keywords=android+usb+ethernet along with the USB OTG adapter.
STS-E Adapter by LAVA for Samsung Tablets
Yes, you can use USB Ethernet Adapter that will charge in the same time your Samsung S 10.5''. It's called STS-E and it can be found at lavalink.com
The product is more pricey but at the end, it also charges your tablet so you don't have to be worry about running out of the tablet battery. Cheers
