UPS? - Google Pixel XL Questions & Answers

Can someone make a module of some sort for ultra power saving mode? It just features power saving settings that can be toggled that is greater than the system power saver. Can it also alter the kernel settings if a custom kernel is installed?

[Q] Power Save Mode

Okay can some developers please tell me if I should turn on Power Save Mode and limit CPU to 1.2GHZ or are these ROM (battery tweaks) designed to work with power save mode off? In theory, turning it on would save battery life by limiting the frequency of the CPU. BUT I don't know if these custom roms have battery tweaks that work better with the power save mode off.
I am currently using Wicked JB v4.

[Q] Aeroplane Mode

How can I remove the option to enable/disable Aeroplane Mode from the Power Menu? It's only something small, though for me it would make a sleeker experience.
The Xposed Module Advanced Power Menu+ lets you edit your power menu. I tried it and it works, but crashes sometimes. Google it and download it.

Regarding Power saver

Can anyone please help me. I have g4 815H running v10c the power saving feature on my phone does not seem to throttle down Cpu speed....i have tested few benchmark apps the score stays same even if i enable power saving. Is this normal or is my power saving bugged (im coming from samsungs this is my first lg phone....or does power saving work this way on lg?) it does lower the screen brightness tho..............

Power Saver Problem

I have this problem where the power saver battery mode sometimes changes to power saving mode by itself (I set it to normal mode or performance mode). This means that the networks turn off when the phone sleeps - a big problem for me because I am using an ip phone service (no 2G voice) that needs an always on connection. I have the Z008 (ze550ml) on the latest .92 firmware. My wife has the same phone and also has this problem. The only solution I can find is to disable power saver completely, but obviously this impacts on battery life. Does anyone know why this occurs? Is it a bug, or am I doing something to cause it? Is there any fix other than disabling the power saver?
There is a setting allows power saving mode to be activated automatically by schedule, I would check that first

Click to collapse
It's off.
Hi, I have the same problem. Did you find a solution?

Ultimate Power Saver - omit / ignore user app?

I doubt this is possible without rooting, but I'll ask anyway.
Is it possible to omit a user app from the Ultimate Power Saver?
I have Gravity Screen installed, and power saver disables it.
No big problem, and I understand why it does this, but I'd like power saver to ignore Gravity Screen completely.
Thanks.
