Okay can some developers please tell me if I should turn on Power Save Mode and limit CPU to 1.2GHZ or are these ROM (battery tweaks) designed to work with power save mode off? In theory, turning it on would save battery life by limiting the frequency of the CPU. BUT I don't know if these custom roms have battery tweaks that work better with the power save mode off.
I am currently using Wicked JB v4.
Hy,
anyone can test and tell me how long does the phone lasts if extreme power mode is enabled and the screen is always on?
thank you
I have this problem where the power saver battery mode sometimes changes to power saving mode by itself (I set it to normal mode or performance mode). This means that the networks turn off when the phone sleeps - a big problem for me because I am using an ip phone service (no 2G voice) that needs an always on connection. I have the Z008 (ze550ml) on the latest .92 firmware. My wife has the same phone and also has this problem. The only solution I can find is to disable power saver completely, but obviously this impacts on battery life. Does anyone know why this occurs? Is it a bug, or am I doing something to cause it? Is there any fix other than disabling the power saver?
There is a setting allows power saving mode to be activated automatically by schedule, I would check that first

Hi, I have the same problem. Did you find a solution?
Has any one try to use the Monsoon power monitor to trace the energy consumption on google pixel phone? I have the tool but the battery is not easily removeable. I also tried the software android build-in power profile to estimate the power consumption but it seems like it does distinguish the power consumption of GPS and Sensor usage with different update frequency.
When I have my phone plugged-in and press the power button to turn the screen on, there is a significant lag, versus un-plugged.
Anybody know why? My guess is everything is reduced to save power.
