DUDE!
For the last couple of weeks, you've been posting this to multiple threads over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.
Your phone is indeed hard bricked. If you could fix it yourself, you would have had an answer telling you how to do so by now.
You have two choices:
#1: Send it in for repairs
#2: Buy a new phone
You may not know of the rules here on XDA, but you can read them here
Please take note of rule #5:
5. Create a thread or post a message only once.
As a large forum, we don't need unnecessary clutter. You're free to edit your message as you like, so if you do not receive an answer, revisit your message and see if you can describe your problem better. Not everyone is online at the same time so it might take a while before you receive an answer.
It's time for you to admit to yourself the obvious. You can't fix it on your own

Clearly you don't understand how a hard brick works. No offense to you, and I hope you can learn, but please heed the other users' advice and do some research and stop spamming.

There is nothing to continue, either send it in for repair or buy a new phone. It's not 100% software, it's properly bricked ! Please stop being so stubborn and take the advice.
Getting all the resources and information/effort to fix it "yourself" will at least be equal or cost even more than letting it done by HTC. Even a repair shop couldn't help you.......let it go
Edit :
Now you contacted me via PM, that won't help either. The thread you linked there is for a different phone, different partition layout, different files needed. That specific post was created in April.....and still hasn't found all the needed info and files that are required.
That's all i have to say about it. I think all the several posts and threads you created said enough and the 2 best options are given several times now.

Hi all,
I have a hp 6815 and i am desperate to fix it.
I had upgraded ROM a few times with sd card fine, then i went to change the rom again and i think i didn't wait long enough and messed up the booting. But problem now is it won't go into to boot loader mode at all, it is totally black with no power.
It has an orange light when charging, so i think the battery is ok.
But i am sure the boot loader is corrupted and it needs restoring with jtag.
I have connected it up with some make shift wires and entered the jflashmm what i have heard other people fix their dead boots. It would ask me first question what i answer then it goes to next question. What is binfile name, i think ! I put in the EBO etc and have tried various ways but it won't register any. I just need help with the commands. I have already copy and renamed file for EBO_a.nb0. I just need a little help, if i fix this with help i swear i will send the person who helps at least 20 uk pounds through paypal, I would be overjoyed !!
So someone with good jtag knowledge and ipaqs would be great.
Also another thing is i'm not sure what the ntrst connection is to on jtag. Is it connected to anything at all ? As the diagram on dead boots shows this but not seeming connected, am i right ?
Thankyou in advance
Please someone give a little help.
Hello,
Please someone help with this. Just need to know about jtag[ntrst] and all the commands i need to input to fix boatloader from the 1st to last.
If i get this info and fix it i will either pay some money or give my TUROK game to you what is boxed with key and manual ready for multiplayer action, atm i'm into gta4 so don't play turok anymore. But this is a solid unreal engine 3 game.

SWEET!!!!
I guess ill try to help you,
Im going to ask you to try to "hard reset" your device...
I already googled it, and i found this Youtube Video
Tell me if that does anything....
If you still need assistance, then Private message me.
Thankyou, believe me though i have tried everything, no power only when charging. I have to fix this with jtag. Really all i need is commands from 1st to last.
Whoever can help with the right commands gets a game. Remember it is a ipaq 6815.
Does anyone know anyone with the knowledge.
I had before upgraded rom a few times with no worries and bricked it before but not where it has no boatloader.
I am pretty handy with flashing but need help with this.
Please people help a kind soul.
Thankyou
Someone must know about jtag.
Hi all,
I wanted to put a new ROM on my Touch Diamond p3700, and managed to bust it.
I followed the MTTY guide from here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=416211
I got through the steps OK, but at some point, after restarting the device I noticed that it stop booting.
It would display only TOUCH diamond, and that's it. No other red numbers with RGD.
I tried a hard reset. Nothing. I also did a hard reset with a moviNAN format, and nothing. (though I think this might have made matters worse)
I tried a RUU, and it stays at 0% for a couple of minutes and then gives an error on the PC.
I tried an original ROM, but it says Not allowed for this Vendor ID (goes up to 1%).
I tried Hard SPL 1.24 a couple of times but this also stays at 0% for a couple of minutes and then gives an error.
I am totally out of ideas, but I'm only an extreme beginner, so I do hope there will be a solution.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
check ur pm. provide me a complete update report btw. from 1-infinity what you did...
jus one question though. did u do hard spl after mtty and BEFORE flashing?

This is a board and not a private chat. A solution should be discussed in public, so maybe later, someone will find this and solve the problem. He will never find your PM... Do you understand that?

do a little more digging before you go on. this forum is cluttered with all sorts of "stuck in bootloader" requests and solutions. i only mean to save this clutter and in the process atleast even a kb on the servers of this forum..
these things have been discussed in the open and in full disclosure. but still some ppl find it hard to do search. i m saving this poor fellow from cluttering all over the forum and being bashed literally in the forum.
+ do ur research. i have replied likewise posts more than 2 times. so i think its best to go pm.
--->> and IF THE SCENARIO **IS NEW AND DIFFERENT from the typical "wrong rom wrong spl and stuck in bootloader" problems ** (which i highly doubt) and also if it is valuable to the forum i will post all my pm's related.
EDIT: See this post which was posted TODAY : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=862690
Now you see what i mean? So hope YOU understand!
Did he put his phone in BL mode after MTTY? I guess this is the situation.
After MTTY please hold VolDown pressed while you press reset button. After BootLoader connect your phone to USB and flash your ROM.
I have a big issue, I was trying today to root my galaxy note 3 from t-mobile USA. When the phone re-started there was a message on the screen saying:

Hello,
Let me give some information on fore hand.
A few months back my phone suddenly decided that it was funny to give me an error about "Settings has stopped working". This wouldnt go away. So i just downloaded this rom: 0PKVIMG.zip.
This way i was able to revive my phone whenever it decided to show that message again. So i kept it on my external SD Card. In case it would happen again.
Today, it decided to show the encrypted screen for no reason(Phone was in my pocket.). After i entered my Decryption key (It did accept my Screen lock pin) It showed me the error that the data was corrupted.
I went into recovery(Had 80% of battery left) reflashed that rom. After it said it was finished it was stuck on the bootloader for almost 2 hours.(Sometimes it took it an hour to show the begin screen.)
So i decided to reset it with the Power and Volume up keys. My screen went black and it didn't turn on anymore. So i came home and connected my charger just in case.
Then the battery charging light indicator started to blink. Then i knew there was something wrong. So i took out my ExSDCard just incase. Connected my phone to my PC.
My PC recognized it as: RELINK HS-USB QDLOADER 9008 (COM5)
After a long time spending on google i found out that this is the "Download Mode" for the Qualcomm chipset/processor.
I downloaded QFIL with some package i found on here in an other Thread for an other Device. It was for an other phone so i thought well, it's broken anyway lets try it. Ofcourse it said SaharaFail because the files didn't match with my phone.
I tried going into fastboot mode. Won't go in there. Bootloader/Recovery won't go in there either.
I was hoping before i send it in that i could fix it myself with a bit of help from you guys.
Thanks in advance, i hope i provided enough information and i am sorry for my English.
I am from The Netherlands and my English isn't that great.
Kind Regards,
FastE

Well Quallcom HSUSB mode is the mode where you can send direc commands to the cpu in hex speak... i remember that from another phone... so you will only be able to revive it if you find the correct msm8939.hex that can start the download of a partition table and partitions.... i will be honest to you... this whole process is only for very high experienced onces and you will need help from other m8s owners ( you need dumps of most partitions )
so if you find that mprg8939.hex anywhere we can try to revive it.... BUT in 90% of cases your IMEI can not be restored so you cant do calls.... in 40% your emmc is so hard damaged that you cant use it....
there is a second posibility wich is not possible on every phone.... on i9300 (sgs3) you can revive such a phone by creating a microsd card with a partitiontable like the phone and all coresponding partitions so you can boot straight from sdcard... but this case is really rare

Thanks for your quickreply. I hope someone can provide me these files. The first phone i own that i didn't root or mess about with fails on me. Lucky me!
I was hoping i could find something in a RUU but my internet speed is very slow. (600kb old telephone line..) I was afraid it was pretty bad. Still can't figure out why these "problems" happend. It just suddenly appeared. And the zip on the SD card was a good solution but i think the EMMC was already corrupted when the first error occurred months back. Will this fall under warranty? The device has some scratches on the back. A few dents on the sides. But the screen did never crack luckily.
Again thank you and i hope i can get it sort off working again because my subscription will end in April next year...
With kind regards,
Erwin

Hi, I have this problem never seen before.
I've opened already my HTC one m9 and physically he didn't have any problem but it seems it have the power button locked. The phone is in a reboot loop and I can do nothing. I have already rooted the phone and have, in the past, some problem like stock in bootloader or bricked phone. But now it's different. I don't have possibility of stop this loop. The only chance I hade once it starts is disconnect the battery. If I start the phone it start the loop and, if I enter the bootloader wit the combo (down button + power button) the phone start a new reboot loop with the grey logo of the bootloader. Please help me I don't know really what I have to do. Sorry for my bad English and I hope I'm in the correct section.
