root permission wiko lenny

guys i have tried all the ways you can root on this phone but I could not run it, does anyone know the way? mtk 6572 android 4.4kitkat kernel 3.4.67. Thanks in advance. help me please

BP_25, it should work indeed. What probably goes wrong is that you shouldn't do anything after the device has rebooted for the first time, because if you then enter PIN of the SIM a screen will appear saying that your is not supported.
Just let it reboot three times and wait for the confirmation that your device has been rooted!

Okay,
couldn't root the phone. I still had some sim cards installed and also a lock screen security.
Until the sim cards and lock screen security was turned on, the rooting failed. Once removing the sim card and the lockscreen security the rooting succeeded. Also make sure you have the latest version of kingo root. The one that worked for me is version 1.2.3. So I guess you need at least this version.

I bought wiko Lenny about a month ago and since then I have tried to root with kingo and a couple of other app,unsuccessful at that. Can anyone please help shed light on this? Cant seem to find anything on the web about this phone now am wondering why I got it in the first place

fallow thise advice, remove sim card before use KingoRoot. it worked for me.

i'm using *wiko lenny 2* which has android 5.1 and i have the same problem any help

I am trying to find a custom ROM for my fone,looked around the but can't seem to find any. Tried to flash cwm recovery via mtk droid but I am met with two errors; No find kernel GZ and No find split boot image. Any one know what this means and how to fix it?

Here is the solution, i tryed today by my self and it worked very well I am trying to make a costum rom for wiko lenny, it is almost finished.
You need to download and install this app: www18 .zippyshare. com/v/bzSwxbHu/file.html
put the recovery file on your SDcard and next launch the app, use it to install the recovery, and boot into the recovery, you can use the power button + up volune button, or you can use the app to do a direct boot into the recovery.
I really works, i tested today.
I will open a website only for Wiko Lenny

You can root your Wiko Lenny using geniousroot, it worked, and it install the kingroot app. You must have unknown sources activated and the USB debugging activated.

Of course it won't work. The Lenny and the Lenny 2 are completely different devices. In addition, the Lenny 2 iw running Android 5.1. You can't root 5.1 with any of the rooting apps which are designed to root KitKat and earlier.
If you want to root a Lollipop 5.1 device you have to flash a new boot image and a custom recovery. Then you install SuperSu v.2.52 or v2.66 from the SD card in recovery mode and you'll be rooted. But you must be extremely familiar with SP Flash Tool in order to do it. I would advise you to make a backup of your data before you start flashing the phone. If you do brick your device, that thread also has the FULL Lenny 2 stock firmware and you'll simply need to flash it to recover from a soft-brick. Good luck!

Instructions:
Download the Stock ROM.
Extract it.
Rename the zip files to match like mentioned in HuRUpdater thread. [Renamed already in the latest 8.0.0.189 onwards]
Follow instructions from HuRUpdater thread
Do Factory reset using stock recovery after using Huru method[not mandatory].
or
You can manually install zip files one by one using TWRP[update.zip must be installed first]

i got it via OTA.. I was two OTAs away so they rolled Full OTA for me and i was a rooted user.

I think yes you can because I am on D2 version and recieved a notification to ota update to this D1 version.
But you must unlock bootloader and flash twrp if you wish to install it through HURupdator.

My H9L purchased from india(flipkart) i unlckd my bootloader & make it twrp , then i flashed a rom ("lineage os") !! unfortunately it shows error.. after that i tried to go back to stock condtion... after a couple of days of searching i got a system img & vendor partion
after flashing that , my phone is wake up.. bt Mobile signals,wifi,bluetooth are not working...
how can i solve this prblm ?? anyone plz..

i asked service authorities.. they said that only way is changing the board !! it cost around 80℅ of price of the phone

The above mentioned system img & vendor partions are flashed via twrp..so i think bootloader is unlocked. bt dnt knw abt that FRP !! also i said that my phone is waked aftr flashing those 2 flies.. bt phn's UI is not like indian version & it seems to "unknown" as model !!

You check whether bootloader and frp are locked or unlocked!. It is easy just go to fastboot mode and read the screen!.
If both are unlocked it is easy to flash this firmware by HURupdater tool and revive your mobile.

OST only work on Bootloader unlock devices...and ntool now only support device which has july 2018 patch...after September 2018 u cant use Ntool also.

Red Magic 5G stuck in set up google account after wipe cache

i received the last update and install it, i do a wipe cache and wipe particion and then the phone reboot ok in sistem but dont pass the set up google account, the phone is not rooted y bootloader locked ,anybody can help me please (sorry my bad english)

Remove the phone from your devices in Google account. sign out and delete device on your google account. then re do a factory reset.

Download the cn ROM,put the rom into a pendrive,put the phone in recovery with volume down and off ,and flash the ROM with otg

When I press volume down and off then it open up FTM ( Factory Test mode) not sure what is that. When I press volume up with off then it just show me 3 options like pic no. 2 I attached below.

Unfortunately I’m not able to fix it. In the end I bought S21 Ultra and this brick 6r just sit inside my closet. Hope you able to find a way to fix it. If you do please let me know.

Intenta entrar en ajustes -actualizacion de software- los 3 puntitos arriba derecha - modo recuperación ,. Deberías poder flashear la ROM china después repites los pasos con la ROM europea y de recupera. Por lo menos a mí me ha funcionado !

I bought a BlackShark 3 and it didn't update, although it has an update pending. I tried to find a way to solve this problem but couldn't, until I found a KLEN2002240OS00DPX version and installed it. Today I found out that it's a beta version and I can't find a global version to install again. Does anyone have global rom to help me solve this problem?

you need to convert your rom to global stable S0

Thank you very much! I was able to restore the backup (KLEN2008060OS00MP3), but now it has an update pending and does not update. When I update, it downloads and does not finish the installation, staying in the same previous version (KLEN2008060OS00MP3).

I was able to restore a backup by TWRP, version KLEN2008060OS00MP3 but does not update even with pending update. If I do this tutorial will it solve this problem?
