[Lenovo K920]Recover from a hard brick

You can hard brick a lenovo K920 phone, if you (me) are too lame and flash anything you can find, so there's even no lights, not recovery/factory reset/bootloader anymore, here's how to recover:

I have bricked my Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro (ROW). I also lost the partition. How to recover? I can boot in to recovery mod as well TWRP.

Yes, in my curiosity of trying to flash various new ROMs and Kernals, I have bricked my mobile twice after which it was completely dead and this did work. When I plugged out the battery connector, there was a little spark which appears to be a static current (???!!!) preventing my battery from charging or powering on my device.

If u are able to get to bootloader, flash firmware with QFIL. You will get everything back.

There's no need to get to bootloader. He needs Qualcomm HS-USB drivers for 9006 and 9008 mods. Get the proper ROM with prog_emmc_firehose; flash(something).xml, rawprogram0.xml and patch.xml, and you're ready to flash!

Hi Guys,
I bricked my Vibe Z2 pro. Not able to make screen on. its all black. No sign of charging. when connected to PC getting message of unrecognized device. Hence not able to use QFIL utility to load original ROM. Please Help me

Hi All,
I waited to drain the battery fully. And out of curiosity just connected it to my laptop. I saw red light blinking and then finally connected to original charger. And I got my device back to life. Then installed S288_ROW using OFIL.

Bootloop Oppo r831k

Help please...
I've tried various measures to get out of trouble this bootloop
as a first step I've tried using SP Flash application tool, but it does not work at all and I do not know why is that
then I tried to use methods such as that created here by the member, IWantOneNow https :/ /forums.oneplus.net/threads/stuck-in-bootloop-no-usb-debugging.153108/
I also tried getvar fastboot command and all I got was as shown below,

is that true?
but I'm really confused about this, help me how to get out of this bootloop problem and can use my mobile phone with a normal return

Bricked my t2 dual indian ver ... Need help urgent

I have rooted my xperia t2 ultra dual with kingroot ,and tried to replace with super su binaries, and rebooted my mobile,it boots successfully and then screen is blank,cannot see anything, but by pressing power power button it appears power off,restart ,screenshot ....how should I solve this plz help anyone it's urgent...

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2764408 This will help you and also have you installed adb and fastboot in your pc? If not first install it.
Also don't forget to install the drivers as well.

T2 ultra dual cant turn on and cant charge
T2 ultra dual tried to charge it in a wall charger and tried it in usb connected to desktop charge but it only shows me a blinking red notification light.
i tried to turn it on but it wont. i tried to hard reset it with power button + volume up but nothing happen

Happened the same with me
So here's what I did
Use a branded data cable
And a 2amps output charger
Connect both
And connect it to your t2
Turn on the power of charger
As soon you see sony logo turn on the t2 normally
If it doesn't show sony logo,then disconnect everything and reconnect and repeat the procedure until it shows the sony logo
And don't let the battery go below 5 percent
Keep it to charge if battery is below 5 or 3
So yo won't have to do the 3 minutes procedure once again
And yeah..use a stable base..don't let the charging pin or mobile move during this process

Zuk Z2 boot problem

Hallo everybody,
I have a question for you, I have a Zuk Z2 (not the pro version) I received this morning the notification for the update to ZUI 2.0.069 and, since I have unlocked bootloader and root, the official update failed, so I downloaded the update .zip file and I installed it from the recovery (TWRP).
The installation went fine but then after the reboot the phone is not turning on anymore.
I guess the phone is not completely off because the white LED is on but when I try to turn it on nothing happen, and if I press the power button for long time I see a black screen with the ZUK logo in the middle but only for a second and then the screen return black.
Also the device is not recognized by the computer.
Do you have any idea what went rong? do you know how to fiy it?

You've bricked your phone, you can recover it with qpst tool. For instructions head over to zukfans.eu

Yes I was able to recover my phone thanks to the help of zukfans.eu guys, but not with qpst tool, now everything works properly.

So basically what I did was enter in fastboot mode and from there, using adb comand, I unlocked again the bootloader (I already ulnocked it before but the last update locked it again) and then I was able to reboot the phone succesfully.
During the soft brick of my device I was able to enter the recovery (pressing volume up + volume down + power button for almost two minutes) but in the recovery I was not able to wipe and flash a new room, so what really helped me was a tip from a guy in the zukfans.eu forum for enter fastboot directly using the phone buttons.
To do that you have first to completely turn off your phone (from the recovery for example) and then you have to press the buttons volume up and volume down at the same time and NOT the power button, at this point you connect the usb cable from the computer and your phone will enter fastboot mode.
Once in fastboot mode you can use adb comands for recover your phone.
I hope my explanation was clear and if you need I can send you the link to the dicussion at zukfans.eu.

i have the same problem with my phone i bricked it obviously and now no fastboot or edl mode or anything...... any ideas?

To start your device in edl mode. Just press ans hold volume down button, then connect your usb cable.
Install qualcomm drivers and flash wigh qfil or xiaomi miflash tool.

I recently bought zuk 2 mobile and facing issue from the very first day.once screen locked after some time led notification light turns on ,further phone doesn't respond either through power button or through finger scanner and required to force reboot phone. I requested for replacement phone but my bad ,even new replaced phone also showing same issue.
Is that manufacturing issue since replaced phone also shows same issue.

If you have i modded international rom, that might cause your problems. Use official zuk rom, if you want international flash cm13 or another one.

I do not understand what you meant when you say " The problem is that ......... file you need"
It appears that when you boot your phone went to stock recovery mode instead of normal mode. If you can not boot it to normal you might need to flash the firmware.

How to unroot Lenovo Z2 plus

Hi I had (in fact I still have) one zuk z2 plus 2131, bought by gearbest.
Stock rom installed, unloock bootloader, install TWRP ...
was fine, then I did something in engineering mode,
He went bootloop.
I tried to reinstall everything from TWRP, nothing to do ....
I tried then with QFIL (but I had not read that I need to lock the bootloader)
and it did not ...
I did it again bootloader block and reinstalled both QFIL that with MIFLASH but continues bootloop, can someone help me ....
I still can get into 9008 I would not even play me this opportunity

Help regarding Moto G5S

Hello senior members,
I have a Moto G5S which I rooted on stock rom but then I tried updating via Ota (failed obviously) with twrp installed and then I flashed custom rom. Later I tried flashing stock rom via boot loader. Flash command was successful but phone won't boot up and appears dead boot. I need a solution because none of the shops in Chandigarh are able to repair my phone. It has warranty but I violated it by rooting and Motorola refused to give me warranty. My device is Montana XT-1795. Please give me a solution or a fix. The phone doesn't even boot in any mode and appears dead but I see the LED blinking when connected to a charger. Please provide me a link for files and step by step guide to revive it. Thanks

Do you think I can boot my dead Moto G5S Montana XT1795 by creating a DD image on microSD card of 32gb with Rufus on Windows and the phone will boot into bootloader? I'm unsure of this method as my phone is not responding to power key and other combinations when pressed. Please correct me if wrong. Also i need link to XT1795 image file. Thanks again

Ok I tried several times patiently but it didn't work for me. The device is not at all responding except when connected to charge. Not able to boot up. Any other way bro?
