hello guys my LG G3 very hot after opened my screen 15 min ago
i have rom blisspop 2.3 and i see my cpu 2.76 ghz in cpu-z
how can i fix that

I suppose Euphoria OS is good for battery. In my case Cloudy is best and it's giving me about 6 hours of SoT. Changing kernal would also help to increase battery life.

It's more about understanding Android and what you do with it, google location reporting by example will get on cloudy and cm roms and reducing the use of wake lock alarms etc help a lot I would point you to battery topics more then roms also CPU governor can have a huge impact.

Help please!! LG G3 851 32gb shows minus 50% on all benchmarks!!

Antutu 6.0 shows 25,000 and all other benchmarks (geekbench etc) show also around minis fifty percent from the official scores for lg g3, all cpu cores are working, checked phone and seems original specs perfect from cpu z( dpi, resolution, gpu, cpu ,ram perfect) guys help me please I'm desperate, model is t mobile 851 32gb running lolipop 5.1 stock lg

there's no 5.1 update from lg..
Have you tried a factory reset?

Sorry 5.0.1 btw im thinking may be i was charging the phone so cpu throttling may be

I think it fixed itself now left the phone to cool down run again and now 40,000 on antutu and geekbench 750/2000 single n multi core, is that normal?

If the phone was hot yes its normal, LG throttle down the cpu if its too hot.

G4 gaming issues

I had the h812 G4 wondering different g4s have the same issues
the issues are found on nfs no limits and kairosoft - beastie bay to be specific
So what i found was extreme slow/lag on beastie bay and gp story from kairosoft
And it lags several times in the middle of driving on nfs no limits
Things ive tried - disable useless apps, turn off game optimization
Tried on two G4s cuz the first one was defected, change launcher
Devices ive tried - quick test on s6 edge, nexus 5, nexus 5x, g3, g4
Not to offence but only g4 and g3 lag the crap out on beastie bay
Any ideas on this guys?

SD808 sucks for gaming, for G3 if u root you MUST change governor to conservative, that will massively reduce the lag, u can try the same for G4.

Thanks for the input, i just found the gov thread on g3.. would probably try it
Nexus 5x based on the same platform and hardware does a great job
All i want to say is lg system optimization sucks.. if i didnt get the gov thing wrong

Had G3 and it was so bad at gaming, until i rooted and make that tweak it changed everything.
G4 is sligthly faster than G3 but nothing major, but i think that tweak will help you.

LG G3 getting very hot even despite heavy CPU/GPU throttling

Hey guys!
If searched a lot for a threat regarding this problem, but I only found general overheating issue threads. So please don't be too harsh on me for opening a new one.
I have the LG G3 D855 (16 GB with 2 GB RAM). I'm on Fulmics 5.0, but it's basically on every ROM I've tried since Lollipop.
My G3 gets very hot (up to 75 C° or 167 F°) when I play games, even with "simple" ones like Crossy Road or Clash Royale. Yes, it warms up when I use Chrome or other apps, but never that much, it just gets a little warm. But games really make a small oven out of my G3. Funny thing is, I have Xposed installed and use the module "Performance profile" to throttle the CPU to about 1200 MHz and GPU to 300 MHz in games. It still gets hot, as if I havent changed anything. But I can see the toast notification that the profile kicks in as soon as I start the games.
I've already swapped out the battery (for a new, original LG one and a 6000 mAh extended battery - problem persists). I have Greenify installed and use it for Facebook etc. I have frozen all unneccessary apps like LG Health. I've (clean) flashed different ROMs, I've tried different kernels, it gets maybe a little bit better, but the problem still persists. I changed my DPI from 640 to 550 if that is of any interest.
Other than that, my G3 works like a charm!
Maybe you guys have any advice
