hello Guys LG G3 D855
hello Guys
I've LG G3 D855 I'm On Room CloudyG3
But Could Guide Me Which Best Room About Battery Life ?
Please

I suppose Euphoria OS is good for battery. In my case Cloudy is best and it's giving me about 6 hours of SoT. Changing kernal would also help to increase battery life.

It's more about understanding Android and what you do with it, google location reporting by example will get on cloudy and cm roms and reducing the use of wake lock alarms etc help a lot I would point you to battery topics more then roms also CPU governor can have a huge impact.

I recommend rooting, installwing CWM or TWRP, and a custom rom such as Avatar or Pac with the Wind Kernel.

CM11 Battery Drain

Hello, I just flashed CM11 on the Lg Optimus G Pro (E980) and i have noticed a battery drain about 15% (or more when playing games) per Hour. Is there any way to fix this issue?
Thanks in Advanced!

helps if you change cpu from ondemand to interactive in preformance settings. phone will charge faster too. If you dont have developer options and preformance settings in cm11 go to about phone and click on build number 7 times to turn them on.
For what it's worth, I was seeing high battery drain (and little to no Deep Sleep) with CM11 and Vanir 4.4.2 while on baseband CM9615A-CEFWMAZM-3.0.113012. I flashed baseband BM9615A-CEFWMAZM-3.0.113012 and battery life and Deep Sleep are now what I would expect them to be.
There seems to be some concern about flashing that modem.
Also, I haven't found a flashable zip for CM9615A-CEFWMAZM-3.0.113012, so to get that one installed I believe you have to return to Stock.

I haven't flashed separate modems since 4.3 ROMs and I've had no deep sleep troubles.
I always wipe internal SD, data, cache and system before flashing. If you don't wipe the internal SD, some leftover data from previous ROMs are still there which could cause problems from my past experiences on older devices.

Dear Senior Memeber,
In layman terms, how one flashes baseband BM9615A-CEFWMAZM-3.0.113012 on a LG Optimus G Pro ATT (E980) ???
go back to cm10
Ive tried everyrhing ... Cm11 is still not stable enough and using so much of my battery.
I changed it back to cm10 and everything is finaly got back to normal.
Cm11 fix this issue and fast!!

Ehh.. Thank you. Is it normal for the android and kernel to be that high? I know the screen uses the most battery but in my g3 the apps is at 60%+ while the screen obly has 30%+. I dont know why they said the screen eats too much battery but in my case the apps does eat much more than the screen. Any thoughts?

[Q] How's your G3 battery life?

So how's you g3 battery life. I'm just wonder because I'm running the latest CM 12 builds on my vs985 and am getting around 3 hours of screen on time.(screen on time is how I like measures battery life) I have 2 batteries and and external charger for my G3 with I got threw lg when the had there promotion. But before the g3 got bumped on the stock ROM I used to get about 4 hours of screen on time, but if I'm like most android geek we love our stick android and the latest version of Android. So below is a couple questions I'm wondering
1. What G3 model do you have?
2. How's the battery life?
3. What ROM are you running?
4. Have you found anyway to increase battery?
