Does Oneplus ask us to return the phone back to China or the return address is within US territory?

Can i return my device for replacement after 15 days? I have Nexus 7 lte and i have screen bleeds but I'm using a custom rom.

It depends on where you bought it from , and the return policy. Most places have a 15 day return policy. I would flash it back to stock before you return it if allowed to where you bought it, otherwise you can try going through the one year manufacturer warranty. This is from my personal experience.

I bought it in the Google Playstore. The nexus 7 lte don't have the factory images yet.

Gotcha, I'm sure once those images become available which should be soon you can flash back to stock and send it back for a warranty replacement. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Even after 15days? I'm also thinking for keeping it and when it's pretty old i have an excuse for replacement. Will that work?

That's for return. How about for replacement?

Their policy has been with the Gen1 N7 (I'm assuming that you mean warranty replacement) was to send another to you along with PP shipping of your old one during the warranty period. They place a hold on your CC until the old one gets back into their hands.
I'm certain that emailing them will give you the exact current policy.

So is it allowed to be replaced within the warranty period or one year? I can't send them back may device cause it's running on a custom rom.Can i just keep it and when it gets old like for 5months then let them replace it for the screen issue(screen bleeding)
The policy is as stated.
For clarification, contact Google via the PlayStore.
Anything else that anyone else says or speculates on has no bearing whatsoever.
When you get clarification from them directly, you can be totally certain.
In the 13 hours since the first post, you could as easily have gotten a concrete, iron clad, definitive answer from the only people who matter in this - Google. The rest of us can only guess, conjecture and interpret.
They're the ones with the final word.
Generally speaking, though, installing any custom ROM voids the warranty, whether it's a hardware or software issue. Again, they get the last word - and the only one that matters.
My device 16GB wifi has random reboot issue. It reboots so much time everyday.
I have done every possible way to solve my problem but no luck
Now in stock 4.3 (franco kernal) which gives less reboot than any other ROM.
1st i think, its a apps issue, soon i felt its not a app issue rather its a hardware issue. I have used 4.3, 4.4, 4.4.1, PA, CM, Slimbean, Slimkat, and many other roms and kernals , also i open back cover to solve reboot problem but no luck, reboot occurs as usual.
Also talk to google help center, give factory reset and they suggest me to send to RMA for replacement. I bought it by my cousin from US play store.
I am now outside of USA, so cant send to RMA now but i have cousin in usa who can help me to send it RMA.
Before doing that i want to know every details about RMA and how to send it from my cousin home? how much time would it take, Any cost for sending and receiving of the product (Any Courier charge)
Pls someone give details about RMA, I am kinda noob about that.....
Call your cousin and tell him to start the rma.

He would send the tablet back and get a new one, or use his credit card to order one if u don't wanna wait for Google to receive your old tablet

It will cost the price to ship. You pay. Google will pay the price to ship it back to you.

I bought an LG G4 and it specifically said it was the H815(no submodel) and I got a H815SEA(south east Asia) it is way past my return period but do you think they will do anything about it?

What a huge disappointment. I just got off the phone with samsung 1-855-726-8721. I placed my order Aug. 3. They said they can't distribute the phone before the carriers. So my phone should be shipped out on the 26th but with it being Verizon it could be September 10. [emoji35]

Cancel it and just pick it up in store tomorrow if it hasn't shipped out yet.
