First of all, sorry for my english and If i'm wrong it's my first time in xda.
Okay, My lg g3 d855 is bricked.
I can't do hard reset, whenever I try to do hard reset the phone just shuts off.
I tried to flash stock rom through LgFlashtool But it didn't worked, In the middle of process it failed and after that I can't even get to Download Mode.
When I try to boot the phone there is "security error", "verification error" And the phone shuts off after that and there blue and red light in the notification led.
I don't know what else I can do.
How did it happen?

After that I tried to go to download mode again but It says "security error" "Verification error" and It won't go into download mode now.

First tell us what the issue is?
Is it a soft brick? Just flash your TOT file by the LG flash tool and your good to go. But first you should give us some more information

If you can't access the download mode you've hard bricked your phone some way. You should send it back and let it repair by someone
If you're out of warranty and feel up to taking your phone apart you could try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/sprint-lg-g3/general/guide-fix-hard-brick-recovery-guide-t3132359
If you still have warranty, send it in.
Hey All,
I have searched the forum for this but i dont seem to get the same issue. And i dont want to make things worse, so i post it here. Hope you guys and galls are able to help.
So what happend. I wanted to flash back my G3 d855 16Gb Eur model.
Something allong the way went wrong, and i dont know what. All i know is that when i came back my phone was turned of. And my pc gave a failed message.
Now i cannot get in to download mode anymore. It gives me the LG boot logo and that is it.
When i want to enter download mode i get the download mode logo, with in the top left corner a verification error.
It goes quite fast so i cannot get the exact message. Can anyone point me in the direction of a fix. Ore is it indeed really dead?
Hello and thank you for using Q/A,
if you can't enter the download-mode, your mobile is dead. You may flashed a wrong firmware and the bootloader was overwritten with a wrong device.
Can you enter into Recovery?
Kind regards
Trafalgar Square
Nope, the phone reacts when i connect it to the pc. I get the android bootlogo. And when i power up with volume -, the i get the factory reset options but it dont work.
would the wiretrick help me out ?

Can you reboot your phone into recovery mode (If it is already rooted and custom recovery installed).
I also faced a problem like that. In my problem when i reboot into download mode it took me to fastboot mode with 4 to 5 commands on left upper edge. If you can boot into that "fastboot" mode then tell me so i can help you better.
If you can't see anything like above then tell me that too i will try best to help you get out of this problem>>
No I don't get those options.
I get some kind of miss match error
exact error is:
boot verification failed
cause mismatch_sig_len
Hey All,
Just want to let you know, that i have been struggeling with my phone for two weeks. Offcourse not 24/7. But it is back alive. I managed to do the wiretrick and i was able to load up the Qualcom 9008 driver. After a long struggle i even managed to get the phone reconized by board diag. From that on it was easy to flash back all partitions. And download/firmware update mode was back. After this all i was able to flash the KDZ file.
I then lost my IMEI, but i backed up my EFS and all other importend files in the beginning. After rooting and flasing my EFS all was back to normal.
So ... i quess the d855 is indeed unbrickable

Seems there are a number of people with this issue popping up.
I think this is the 3rd thread I've seen in 2 days.
Unfortunately no solution at this time.

Yeah, it sucks. :crying: Hoping it's not a hardware issue.
@duuardoov, were you doing anything in particular when this started happening?

I read that a damaged sd-card could be issue, make sure to try removing it and see if it boots if you have one in.
Put the twrp recovery.img into your adb/fastboot folder. Open a cmd to that folder. Then run cmd
Fastboot flash recovery NameOfTwrp.img

Hi, I'm from Argentina, I'm in the same situation as you, except that it happened to me from an update to Nougat, the cell was turned off and it never went on again, it's infinite bootloop. Same as you enter Bootloader, but I can not continue to enter either Download mode or Recovery, could you solve the problem?

Hi all its happen to me, and same case i only can go to bootloader but when i click download mode its only show logo htc same as like htc recovery logo, but after that its no show up again.. Please help me guys
while trying to flash a rom I clearly went very wrong and bricked my pad, now all I can get is "secure booting error cause :boot certification verify". i think the error code when trying a hard reset was 16420, tablet just keeps going to "secure booting error"ETC ,ETC.
Things I tried,
1 hard reset
2 lg flash
3 lg recovery
4 adb
and others
Cant even get the PC to "see" the tablet ,LG usb drivers installed etc. I have pressed "power and volume" buttons in as many combinations as possible, same result "secure booting error" etc. Only screen I can get is "Hard Factory Reset", but that doesnt work, same result "secure booting error"etc. If I can only get the usb connection going then I might be able to do something (having already sucessfully flashed my s5 to android 7). I am a novice at this so please be gentle, any kind of constructive advice would be greatly recieved
Same problem here, someone please HELP!!!

2, go to page 2
3, find [Tutorial][KDZ][LP][V500]Korean v30A How to Flash KDZ
4, follow instructions
5, worked for me after hours/days/months of trying
Good luck
