First tell us what the issue is?
Is it a soft brick? Just flash your TOT file by the LG flash tool and your good to go. But first you should give us some more information

If you can't access the download mode you've hard bricked your phone some way. You should send it back and let it repair by someone
If you're out of warranty and feel up to taking your phone apart you could try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/sprint-lg-g3/general/guide-fix-hard-brick-recovery-guide-t3132359
If you still have warranty, send it in.

So I rooted my D850 with LG_Root and it worked. I wanted to take it a step further and install TWRP. It didn't work but the system still worked and everything. So I did a little more research and found that you need to use BUMP and you need to install a patched bootloader and version of android. I did and its completely bricked now. Well not COMPLETELY. When I turn it on it gives me a message saying security certificate error. Then it goes to a black screen with a blinking LED. I have to remove the battery to get it to turn off. I can get it to download mode so I tried flashing with no success.
I bought it at BestBuy and I'm past my free 2 week warranty by ONE day. So that sucks. Luckily LG has a 1 year warranty. Will they replace it? It says they only replace/refund/refurbish HARDWARE failures, etc. Should I dump some water in the USB port? Lol.
What should I do?!?!?
Don't jump the gun just yet. Can you give more detail on trying to flash it and not suceeding? What exactly did you try? What happens?
If it goes to download mode, its probably repairable.

ok bro
Hi,
Sorry if this is in the wrong place.
I literally just got a G3 D855 and tried to root it using One Click Root. I followed all of the steps and after having to manually boot into download mode, it said that it had completed the process and had rooted successfully and the phone restarted.
I now cannot get past the LG logo. I have tried factory resetting as I can access that menu, and I can only access download mode if I plug the phone into my computer whilst holding volume up.
I don't really know how this happened. If anyone has any advice, please send it my way.
I have tried battery pulls etc.
Thank you.

If you rooted and it failed, the best way to go is to flash the official TOT, you can see how here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2785089

Hi again,
Just wanted to say thank you!! I have now used the method you shared and it saved my device - I am now rooted properly and running CM12 :good:
All the best!
Hey all. I'm thinking I may have bricked my mother's Zenfone So I was trying to help her out by installing a custom rom on the phone as she complained about the bloatware that comes with the phone slowing things down. I couldn't get the bootloader unlocked (tried every procedure under the sun), so I tried entering recovery mode and flashing the boot.img and droidboot.img directly (saw a thread where someone did this, then tried unlocking and it worked).
The phone boots into up fine but now everytime I try entering recovery mode, I get the dreaded USB logo screen. It remains there for about a minute, reboots and comes back again. Does that about 3-4 times before turning off. Is there a way to just completely get the phone back to 100% factory settings? I'd rather just starting over from there. The problem I'm having is pretty much exactly the same as what the person in the video below is experiencing....

Sorry for the late reply. If u mean Fastboot mode, where I can see the Product name, Booloader version, etc, then no. That's where I see the USB icon.
You've screwed it up, there might be a way if you can flash a RAW image of the rom on there but you'd need to look around as I can't remember the thread name, something about recover hard brick (which is what you have)...

Hmmm. Well I came across this thread...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/zenfone2/general/unbricking-research-unbricking-method-t3162848
They seem to have procedures to help with my issue. But I came across another problem. Hopefully someone there could help with it. I post here if I succeed.
hi, I removed os from my Asus and now it is not entering fast boot mode any one can kindly help me pls.
Hey All,
I have searched the forum for this but i dont seem to get the same issue. And i dont want to make things worse, so i post it here. Hope you guys and galls are able to help.
So what happend. I wanted to flash back my G3 d855 16Gb Eur model.
Something allong the way went wrong, and i dont know what. All i know is that when i came back my phone was turned of. And my pc gave a failed message.
Now i cannot get in to download mode anymore. It gives me the LG boot logo and that is it.
When i want to enter download mode i get the download mode logo, with in the top left corner a verification error.
It goes quite fast so i cannot get the exact message. Can anyone point me in the direction of a fix. Ore is it indeed really dead?
Hello and thank you for using Q/A,
if you can't enter the download-mode, your mobile is dead. You may flashed a wrong firmware and the bootloader was overwritten with a wrong device.
Can you enter into Recovery?
Kind regards
Trafalgar Square

Can you reboot your phone into recovery mode (If it is already rooted and custom recovery installed).
I also faced a problem like that. In my problem when i reboot into download mode it took me to fastboot mode with 4 to 5 commands on left upper edge. If you can boot into that "fastboot" mode then tell me so i can help you better.
If you can't see anything like above then tell me that too i will try best to help you get out of this problem>>
No I don't get those options.
I get some kind of miss match error
exact error is:
boot verification failed
cause mismatch_sig_len
Hey All,
Just want to let you know, that i have been struggeling with my phone for two weeks. Offcourse not 24/7. But it is back alive. I managed to do the wiretrick and i was able to load up the Qualcom 9008 driver. After a long struggle i even managed to get the phone reconized by board diag. From that on it was easy to flash back all partitions. And download/firmware update mode was back. After this all i was able to flash the KDZ file.
I then lost my IMEI, but i backed up my EFS and all other importend files in the beginning. After rooting and flasing my EFS all was back to normal.
So ... i quess the d855 is indeed unbrickable

Hello.
Yesterday I was trying to get Ubuntu Touch on this and due to some inconveniences, I decided to go back to android.
I was flashing the stock firmware when I got an error that said it was waiting for the device.
I turned off the phone as I had to leave and returned to it a few hours later.
The phone won't turn on at all, not even vibrating. I plugged into my battery and it is charging at 5v and 0.5A.
I tried getting it into EDL, but no luck.
I think the phone might be dead, or at least the battery, but I don't know how to check or how to save it.
Is there anything I can do?

did you reboot to EDL the soft way (comand) or hard way (open the case) ?

I finally managed to get it into EDL. Only the hard way is possible as the phone gives no sign of life(no screen flash, no vibration, nothing).
Upon attempting to flash I get either a firehose error or a Sahara error. I tried both with the original and with a no authentification programmer. This was with QFIL.
I also wanna try QDL on my arch, but I'll get to that tomorrow.
It's still kind of a hassle to get it into EDL as it sometimes works, sometimes doesn't.
Do you think there still is a chance with this, or should I be looking for a motherboard replacement instead?

depend on what you did before
if you mess with the standard partitions (boot/dtbo/system/vendor), that can be solved with EDL
if you mess with hidden partition then look for replacment
try with what you have first ...
