Downloads always go to the internal sd by default. This fixed it for me http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2684384 . Post number 6 suggested an emulator to use and is what I went with.

you can use this apps... it works for me.. fix, grant su permission then reboot.

No... I have to put the APK installer file into internal memory... Not after installing.... Is b4 installing
In the basic sense of the question, it means just put the APK "NOT" within the sdcard or any folders under it. I think this only possible if you're rooted.
In any case, I wonder why there's such requirement. APK is just an installer and even in the sdcard level it should work or run. Then when you install, default is the app will be placed in the INTERNAL memory. That should be what you wanted.
Maybe tick the unknown sources option if its not already?

I suppose that's what i will do also even if doing so sounds strange. If still don't work probably its a bad apk. Try it on another device or look for another source.

test using titanium, so you can integrate the game to system, it can work maybe
For what purpose?
i have a *ahem" game called "Spectral Souls"....
but i can't install~
You can put it to system/app with Root Explorer if a install from sd card doesn't work.

No external storage in gallery

I'm sure there is another post about this but I will be away from my PC tomorrow for a week so would like to solve this before I leave. When I go to gallery or camera it says no external storage and closes. I've tried reflashing ROM and fixing permissions but have had no success. Any help would be huge

[Q] how to swap memory in AOKP Jellybean?

I used this rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1972018 but i cant swap the sd card and external sd...please help...
Hello,
I Should make a post on how to swap cuz it is very easy, working on every ROM and many requests about it. However the easiest and most accurate way to swap is the manual way. These are the steps: (follow them carefully)
1- download a file browser that has a build-in text editor(i prefer es file explorer) and uses root
2- launch it and go to /system/etc and find the vold.fstab (it's a file there)
3- Open it with your text editor and swap the words sdcard and external_sd.
4- reboot and enjoy

How can I delete Morphology Folder?

I flashed moar and loved it but decided to give slimbean a try and now there's a folder in my internal memory that cannot be deleted.
I tried loading it onto a PC and deleting it. I've tried using a root explorer (ROM toolbox) and I've tried es file explorer. Anyone know how I can get rid of it?
Try using different file explorers, such as ones that require root maybe. Also try androzip qnd mount by tapping r/o and it should change to w/o and then try.
That's my best answer

Also. Twrp 2.5.0.0 had a file manager you can use. I confirmed that I can delete from it. Might be worth a shot, since it'll be done in recovery mode, when there's no way that the system would be using it.

Flash this in recovery and delete from it then do Menu > Exit, and reboot
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1646108
Make sure you mount system before flashing it though, or tell the file manager to mount all blocks on start
Love you guys. I didn't know Twrp had a file explorer. That worked like a charm.
Thanks!
