I attempted the debrick method using both nix and winblows.. no results whatsoever . not a single error. in fact, i cannot get my T999L to do anything at all. i plug it into the pc and IF the battery is out, the red light comes on. with the battery in, it does nothing at all. ANY help would be greatly appreciated

Can you get into download mode? Does it show up on Odin? If it does then flash a root66 img root66_TMO_T999UVUEMJC for my Tmobile T999 This is what I used when I thought my phone was bricked. I used Odin to flash TWRP recovery and then format, and flash a custom rom. Good luck

Rom Manager most likely partitioned your INTERNAL SD Card instead. You'd have to Flash Root66 for Android 4.2 via Odin.

You may need a debrick.img created from a device with the NC1 firmware. Do you know what build you were on before it bricked?
We dont have that NC1 image yet, that im aware of, but ill see if I cant find someone to make one.

I was on the pac 4.4 nightly, had flashed new nightly updates regularly for nearly a month with no problems, but then decided to switch to cm11, when I tried to flash that it gave me the bootloader error, so I went to the method that was a supposed fix for that and flashed it and thats when it went dead.
Same Problem
Hey guys I have the same exact problem heres how it started, which I think accurately describes everyone else with the same problem:
1) I downloaded the correct TWRP for my phone and unlocked it previously with ODIN.
2) So far everything is fine, now I find a nice new ROM which is stable and try to flash it. The rom was: FlashingDroid_S5_v2.2
3)First I deleted cache and dalvic cache as well, basically the default wipe.
4) I flashed the ROM and it said it was succesful, I click reboot, and nothing
Symptoms
1)No vibration
2)No screen image whatsoever
3)No signs of booting up with computer
4) Does not boot up using JIG method
5)Computer does not see phone
Notes
1) I tried checking the pulse of the phone W/out battery and gave me very little wattage, and eventually it drained out
2) Then I tried plugging it into my computer and the front red light went on but no power in phone and PC cannot see it
3) Sometimes when I put the battery in, it gives me a quick flash, from the flashlight on the back, OR it gives a millisecond of a vibration
4)Before I flashed I had android 4.3 Jellybean stock with root-again I tried to flash FlashingDroid_S5_v2.2 w/TWRP
Trials to resolve in which did NOT work
1) I tried putting it into download mode, with JIG but no battery and had someone put the battery in WHILE i was pressing HOME+POWER+VOLUME DOWN with the JIG
Results: It sometimes gave me a small vibration, but no results
2) Tried to install correct ODIN and KIES software
Result: Gave me negative sound on laptop meaning it does not recognize device-it does not show up in My Computer either
Having the same issue.
I used the FlashingDroid_S5_v2.2 rom. Wiped the phone before flashing, the prompt said successful and rebooted.
Then nothing.
No response from charging, power, download mode... nothing.

why did this happen to your device? has it lost power, or is it a hardware change (sdcard or sim-card)?
is the bootloader unlocked or not?

i'd suggest going into fastboot and then reflashing the stock image if you don't mind losing your data.
if that doesn't work i'd suggest going to a shop of some sort.

is it recognised in fastboot (you must have the drivers)?
I've already gone through a ton of posts regarding hard bricks, so there's a couple of things I would just like to confirm with an expert
How I bricked my phone - One day it suddenly started randomly doing a boot loop, and in order to fix it I booted my phone into CW recovery and tried to restore from an old image. Half way through my phone turns off and gets stuck on the boot screen so I take the battery out and was not able to get it to boot into recovery or turn on ever since
I also bought a USB Jig here: http://www.ebay.ca/itm/191271190580?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT but it doesn't work.
The only other alternative solution I've found in the forums is this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2439367 I was just wondering if this works 100% so I can go out and buy a 32gb microSD card; also I was wondering if it has to be class 10 or not?
Any help is appreciated! :good:
What happens if you take out the battery, and put it back? Does the phone do anything at all? Assuming it has a charge. The unbrick method works, but don't try that yet. And yes it has to be class 10

If you connect the phone to a Windows PC, does the phone appear in device manager as Qhsusb_dload? If it does, the de-brick method would be one choice. Paying for a jtag service is the other.
Yeah, try the debrick if there is no response. Or jtag as the above poster replied

When I connected it for the first time on my new computer it successfully installed a driver that had Qhsusb_dload in all caps. I'll start with the debrick method thanks!
EDIT: Im explaining the problem and how i got to it better.
HOW I GOT MY PHONE HARD BRICKED
So i flashed CM 14.1 and forgot to falsh the specific baseband needed. The phone got into boot loop, i enterd the recovery and flashed resurection remix after trying wiping throw ext4 (or something like that) without succed. The resurrection remix also got the boot loop, so i downloaded lg flash tool to try to get it back to stock.
I put the phone into downloaded mode and connect it, firmware started to update, but when it was in the 38%, warning pops up saying the phone had been unplugged (it didn), and it says to click retry when phone is connected. I click retry without touching the phone, it gets into donwload mode and start updating firmware again, when it is at 38% same thing happens, over and over again.
Tired of this, i unpluug the phone and thats where the hard brick appeares.
CURRENT SITUATION + MORE INGO
So now my phone.
doesnt go into fastboot
doesnt go to recovery mode
doesnt go to donwload mode
doesnt power
led dont do anything
BUT, the phone gets recognised as QUALCOM HS-USB QDLOADER 9008, when i plug it without the battery, pressing no buttons.
When i try BoardDiag, the phone gets recognised and passes the ap check start, but when the emmc test starts, it says that it failed to open partition from emmc, and the test stopps, not being able to do anything.
I have been looking around a lot, and i think that the phone can be fixed with the help of a 16 gb micro sd card, im i right?
What can i do?
Maybe this could help: http://www.droidsavvy.com/unbrick-qualcomm-mobiles/
Have yoy tried the kdz files for lgg3 to vet back to official firmware or the tot method? It will set everything back to complete stock...if you want root you need the tot method to downgrade to 4.4.2...look up tot method lgg3 d855 and you need the 10b file...good luck
I think this method will solve your problem.

Hello. I was recently trying to install a custom rom on my Lenovo vibe p1. First I tried to root the device and did is successfully. Then I tried to flash the custom Rom but couldn't do even after several attempts. Then I tried to install my ota update to 6.0 but every time my phone restarted it have an error saying I need to access through fastboot. but then I decided to unroot the device and I also did that successfully. But then an issue happened as my phone turned black. It's not powering on only Blue led light is showing continuously. I've tried pressing the volume keys and power button simultaneously but the phone is not switching on. Then I tried to use qfil tool and whenever I try to connect my phone to the computer it is showing multiple disks (f, g, h, k, j) and it is asking to format it. I'm not able to find my phone in the device manager but all these disks are showing.
Please suggest what can I do. I'll be grateful to you. Thank u
