[MODDED APK]Inverted AOSP MMS.APK

Hello GUIse
I thought I'd try my dab hand at modifying the AOSP MMS.APK and see what I could do. As you know, I helped create & ported the Black Android Theme to the SGSII so I love the theme and I love Blackifying apps. So, I present to you my Inverted AOSP (Google) MMS.APK which is COMPLETELY Black (Screenshots Below)
I'm going to be inverting alot more apps to give in mine & Pele's theme.
This should work on all ROM's. If it doesn't let me know and I'll be sure to fix it straight away.

Installation Instructions
1. Download ES File Explorer or Root Explorer (Both serve the same purpose)
2. Download the APK Attached
3. Place APK you downloaded onto your Internal (Or External) SD Card
4. Go into Root Explorer
5. Copy the APK
6. Go to /system/app/
7. Paste it in there (Click yes to overwrite)
8. Reboot
9. Done

It should work on ANY ROM including odexed ROM's.

very nice, any chance of getting it with the slide notifications on the lockscreen?

Hi NitrozK, the MMS apk looks brilliantly black. Awesome. I renamed it and replaced it with the MMS.apk in the system folder and it worked fine with the Revolution 2.6 ROM and with JKay lockscreen. But the system stays awake all the time with "Google Services" keeping it awake, hogging the battery. And when I replaced it with the original one, the system was sleeping like it should. I don't know where or what the problem is.
I didn't add it as a separate apk but replaced the MMS one, as I didn't want another one. Can you look into this as this looks superb. I've added a screenshot of the wakelock issue.

Hi Nitroz, all working fine on KH3 stock rom, apart from compose icon when pressing menu, is displaying completely the wrong icon.

yeah only for xxkps if you want to use this theme you should have to flash to xxkps f.w

can u make it universal? as in like for other rom too please?

dude as i have said previously i did not have much time to make theme and roms due to hectic schedule but i want to say that you all should have to choose a common f/w on which much developent will take place just like in i9003 the commom f/w is xxkpq and in i9000 is jvt

i install this theme on Cranium..
everything looks good except i'm lost my notification bar(the curtain)

extract the zip file and replace the systemui.apk in the system/app using root explorer

I pulled out systemui.apk from ur rom
- Flash CLeAR GLASS S+ MIX Theme
- push systemui.apk in the system/app using root explorer
attach : systemui.apk

[APP] Consolidation of System Apps [Home, Album, etc]

Been seeing lots of individual system apps floating around, and having a hard time keeping track which are the latest.
So here below is what i've collected + a few minor mods i've made.
All downloads are uploaded here.

Below widgets will work with the above launcher.

As Xperia ZL is still mainly a black theme rom, upgrading the Launcher along with the OnOffTools widget (white base) imo makes it looks weird.
So i've did some mod to make a black version for the OnOffTools Widget based off 2.0.A.2.0.
(so far, i have only edited the images for xxhdpi)
This should work with the above 1st post newest launcher.
Download here.
(rename it back to OnOffTools.apk if need be)

1. Can't seem to get this version of the Music Widget working on mine. Not sure why, guess i will leave it as such.
2. Agree the green is too pale, hence i modded the green in a similar tone to that of Xperia Z.
Download here. (rename back to GreenTheme.apk if need be)

I've already made it auto-rotate in the version i've uploaded.
PS: You will need to decompile the apk if you wish to see it & mod it yourself.

I have a tiny problem after replacing clockwidget, before by tapping i could open Alarms app, but now it doesnt work anymore. It just shows me a quick black screen.

Also i noticed that the launcher doesnt install as normall apk and tried to move and replace with root explorer results in FC.
any idea?

Here's an empty CWM zip file.
I suggest to take what you need, then put into the zip file where necessary.
Do always perform a backup first in case things goes wrong.

Edit : Do take note you should be on deodex rom from the start though.

Trying to port the other widgets as-well not getting enough success neither by CWM nor by other options

- copy and paste in system/app directory (-rw -r -r)
- reboot

Why doesn't the walkman change colour on CM 10.2? When I flash Walkman from Xperia Z which works perfectly and then install the apk over it, it changes colour o fthe background but crashes when I open the now playing window! Any solution?

Above applications provided were simply extracted from xperia device and posted, it works fine on my device (slim official). when you override two apk of the same kind there are possibilities of FCs. try to avoid this by removing cache first and than followed by replacing or deleting the respective app and than copy it again in system/app directory or install.
If still not than give it a pass.

I thought I would have to edit my build.prop for that as flashing the walkman from xperia Z does add around 10 line to the build.prop.. Anyways... Thanks. I'll try on some other ROM and I'll have my friend try on Stock!

[FONT] SamsungOne Flashable - Original & Modded

SamsungOne font which is supposedly going to be the default font instead of Roboto in the next iteration of Samsung devices. I have provided 3 versions of the font which will apply system-wide with the zips

I can confirm this works on (possibly) every Android device. Not TouchWiz restricted!

each of the extracted ttf is showing around 3MB! and windows can not identify it as valid ttf, will you please kindly check and re-upload it?

Extract it from the zip and install using Windows font manager (if you're running Windows). I don't know about Linux or Mac font managers.

just open the Zip , the ttf fonts are in the "\system\fonts" folder
