[Q] Fire phone IMEI change - Amazon Fire Phone

i have amazon fire phone unlocked but i can not use in my country. because it IMEI is blocked for using for not standart IMEI number.
how can i change my fire phone imei
it has Fire OS 3.6.8 with android 4.2.2 based

You should make a request to Whitelist the IMEI (range) at Your carrier. Blacklisting serves to block the use of stolen phones.
Changing the IMEI for other than educational purposes is highly illegal in most countries.

You typically can't change the IMEI without special factory tools/software.

[Q] Tracking stolen HTC Mobile

Hi,
I have a HTC Wildfire S mobile. I'm using it in India. I lost it when I went to a vacation to other state in India on Jun 8, 2013. I had Tata Docomo carrier last used in my cell phone. Today I found in Google Play account a mobile with HTC Wildfire S and IDEA carrier. The activity shows that last used on Jun 17, 2013. Also, the apps that I installed in my mobile don't show up in the google account. Can any one suggest me is there a way I can track my mobile ? I have to check if I have the IMEI number on the box. I have to search for the box. I'm unsure if police will help in tracking the mobile as I lost it in Goa and I belong to Andhra Pradesh.
Any inputs are highly appreciated.
Thanks
Santosh
Push androidlost app ftom playstore to your phone, and try to locate where it is.I don't think the police will help you, they probably don't care.
Your best bet is androidlost app.Google it, and you'll find how to use it.
Although, you will not be able to use its full potential, since it won't have root privilegies.

mostly you should call the police i don't think any other thing will work.
and they may help you will tracking it with IMEI no.
If you can still install apps on that from the internet install anti theft apps but ur best shot to get it back is a police complaint

[Q] Network Unlock Code Didn't Work

Hi Everyone,
I was recently supplied with a Network Unlock code by my old carrier which failed to unlock the phone (xperia so, stock firmware, no root)
Their tech department are adamant the code is correct and should work.
Their latest advice was to take it to a phone shop who of course were complete useless.
Has anyone any ideas?
My gut tells me the carrier has supplied the wrong code but I don't see how I can prove that unless I pay to get it unlocked on the highstreet.
record a video and send it to your network provider
or use some of the online services to unlock your device for free
(google somewhat)

[Q] Has anyone registered their Canadian tab S?

I had no problem creating a Samsung Account for my Canadian purchased Tab S 10.5 and the account shows my device when I login. The problem is when I try to complete registration including entering my device's serial number, my name ...etc the web page only allows entry of zip codes and US states which obviously I don't have. There is no field to change countries which is the norm for North American registration web pages. I spent a good 15 minutes searching for a Canadian version of the product product registration web page but didn't have any luck.
Has anyone full registered their Canadian purchased Tab S? I'm concerned about voiding my warranty if I need the tablet repaired in the future.

'About Phone' different phone number than mine

Does anyone else have a different phone number (to what your number actually is) in the about phone section under settings?

Yeah I do too.
This is due to me buying the phone with a new sim plan, and then transferring my number over a couple of days later. For some reason the temporary number is still displayed under about phone.
Yeah, I think I recognise the number as one I had a year or so back but never used it on this phone. Very strange. Not sure how to change it as Where'sMyDroid wants to use that number
