Any help would be greatly appreciated!

when you flashed to NH7 aka 4.4.4. it failed via odin. Its either a bad download or a usb problem. Try re-dowloading the NH7 FW aka 4.4.4 and flash via odin. then flash the root tar, than the philz custom recovery tar, both like you did with the firmware, reboot recovery and wipe cache and reboot.

i'll give that a try and let you know how it goes. Downloading it again right now as we speak.

Try the latest cwm recovery, KK needs to be flashed with most current custom recovery's.

Everything starts wit a mistake. I had CM snapshot 12 and i tried to flash the stock rom. Probably i wrong the version of the stock firmware. When the process ends with a fail the phone was softbriccked... I tried many things (exactly i don't remeber every thing i done...) and at the end th only way i found was to flash a new recovery. After that i flash CM12 but when i turn on the phone all the mobile connection (network and wifi) don't work... I tried to flash a lot of different modem but no one works...
I attach the screenshot of the dowload mode...
Thanks

Be careful when you format system, it's dangerous and the only fix for it is flashing a ROM.
Try these:
1. Download this and extract the files in the ZIP: http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/download/40040/I9195XXUCNK4_I9195OXXCNK5_SEE.zip/
2. You should get 2 files;
I9195XXUCNK4_I9195OXXCNK5_I9195XXUCNK4_HOME.tar.md5
SS_DL.dll
Ignore the SS_DL.dll. You will use the other file.
3. Go to Odin and thick only 'Auto Reboot' and 'F. Reset Time'. Now Insert the .tar.md5 I named above in the AP place.
4. Turn off your phone and boot into recovery. Clear data and cache. Now restart to download mode.
5. If you are asked to continue or to cancel and restart phone, choose continue.
6. Keep your phone like that and check that you have this (or similar) layout in Odin;
Now press start and wait until everything have finished and your phone boots (May take 8-11 minutes) If you followed these steps and you got a fail, then you must have done something wrong or your phone has something wrong in terms of hardware. Good Luck mate.

can anyone tell me what I can do?
Flash nk2 firmware instead of mdl and see if that works, there may be some remnant that won't allow you to flash ancient firmware.
Don't sweat knox, its harmless.

Thanks! it works now.

I think my phone is bricked

Hey all I'm not sure what happened but I reflashed to stock KitKat and while I did that I installed all the newest updates to receive Lolipop and after I finished that I downloaded CF-AutoRoot. I rooted it and got stuck with a bootloop so I went into the stock recovery and erased everything. So I repeated step one by reflashing KitKat and now Odin is giving me an error and it isn't working.

Any ideas? I'm about to pull my hair out
So you took OTA updates to 5.1.1? If so, you can't go back to KitKat which is why Odin fails. You'll have to Odin OG5 tar in order to get back to working order. CF autoroot won't work on 5.1.1 either and probably gave you the bootloop. You'll have to flash a modded kernel or entire prerooted 5.1.1 ROM to get root
I think I got it to work now

I think i have ran into the issue before with another Sprint Galaxy S3 that i root and then reverted back to stock but don't remember how or what i did to fix, I think it's related to the ROM but i need help as i'm trying to give this a gift for son for christmas
solved - i found another room from http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/confirm/41671/L710VPUDNJ2_L710SPRDNJ2_SPR/ that worked with no issue

I think i have ran into the issue before with another Sprint Galaxy S3 that i root and then reverted back to stock but don't remember how or what i did to fix, I think it's related to the ROM but i need help as i'm trying to give this a gift for son for christmas

The ROM that it ships on from FreedomPop is pretty much the Stock Sprint ROM with minor changes. You can just uninstall/disable the applications mentioned.
You should follow the instructions here if you want to use ODIN and flash the unmodified Stock Sprint ROM.
EDIT: Oops missed the second post
I just used TWRP. I've never used Odin.
