Since a reboot, when the ouya boots it is very slow and there is no network connecrivity. Check the ethernet and its fine. Wifi doesn't pick up any access point. The whole interface comes down to a crawl. I unplugged it for a few days and it came back. But the next reboot brought back the issue. Anyone else experience this? If so, is there a fix i can try?

Just got my A100 yesterday and had really high hopes for it, but it appears to have done something to my home wifi.
Everything was going great with the tab until I decided to reboot the device. Upon reboot it would not connect to my wifi (it connected fine before reboot), just kept trying to obtain IP address and failing, disconnecting over and over. I tried factory reset and no dice, can't get a connection. So I figure I got a lemon and did RMA to send it back, boxed it up ready to send. Then I try and connect to wifi with other devices (Droid X phone and 3 Kindle Fires) and get the exact same thing.
My two desktops are running over wifi and work fine. All of the Rokus in the house work fine. Just the tablets and phones can't get a connection. WTF?
It has to be something the A100 did, nothing like this has ever happened to my network before, and it can't be a coincidence that it happens the very day the A100 arrives.
Anybody have any ideas? I am guessing it changed some setting but have no idea what it might be (or why in the hell it would do such a thing).
Any help appreciated.
Have you tried rebooting your wireless router? Some times a device will lockup the dhcp lease service, you'll be able to connect up to the router, but thats about it... usually rebooting the router resolves this issue.
Wow, I feel dumb... I guess that didn't occur to me since the desktops were working.
Anyway thanks for the reply, issue fixed, now I can get back to enjoying the A100

Ok, when I am connected with my home WiFi and I am connected for awhile suddenly it will say "Disconnected" and I won't be able to connect to it at all.Even turning off my phone or wifi doesn't work. It eventually will connect after awhile. I wouldn't mind if I had 4G but I'm stuck on edge until Septmeber-ish. I had the problem starting with 4.2 and still have it in 4.3. Is it a hardware issue? A coding issue? I've tried different roms, different kernels so don't recommend that unless it has some magical fix powers.
I think its a problem with the phone it's self. Mine does it all the time at my home. Not as bad,but I'm on stock w/just an unlocked boot loader
bumpppp~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I don't know if this is really the right place to ask this but her goes.
My wife has a S4 mini and I have Note 3. When connected to our home wifi I can connect to all the same app she does, however lately when she tries to enter hayday (her flavour of the month game ) It would load up to just before entering the game and then be stuck on that screen saying loading ....
Most other apps work perfectly so the wifi on the phone works(there seems to be a whatsapp issue that I saw yesterday, monitoring to see if it persists)
I on the other hand don't have any troubles when loading.
When she changes from wifi to mobile data however it loads instantly. Now I don't know if the issue is with the wifi network or just something phone/wifi combo.
I was just wondering If anybody else have seen something similar and maybe have some advice on how to remedy the issue?
Hello,
I have noticed an issue with my phone that I didn't experience when using my Note 3.
When I am at home, my phones mobile connection seems to freeze or something. It says it is connected to LTE, yet I am unable to open up anything requiring an internet connection, such as a webpage or anything. It will just load forever or say I'm not connected to the internet.
However, if I restart my phone, it will connect and be usable for a while until the same thing happens. The little sun next to the LTE in the status bar just spins and spins and spins. Or I can leave my house and drive half a mile away and it will start working again.
My note 3 always had a great connection at my home. So I am wondering if this issue is with my phone or with the network itself.
I haven't rooted my phone or installed anything that would have an effect on this.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Should I return my phone? The 13th day is in two days. Or is there something someone recommends to fix it?
Any insight would be appreciated.
Thanks
